I love this place! They pack your sandwiches up so fat and the fries are stuffed in their container. I always end up ordering more than what my tummy can handle. All of their subs are delicious and the fries are cooked to perfection. I also like that you can make your own sandwich if you don’t like any on the menu.
Staff is friendly as well!

Great subs (at 15% off if you go to MTSU) and an amazing staff. Not only do they always go above and beyond niceties they make you feel valued as a customer. Remembering names and even coming by tables to make sure everything is great. I eat here at least once a week and I’ve never been dissapointed. For a 10 $ average per meal I’ve never seen a more kind and sincere restaurant.

Eat here all the time. Chicken parmesan sub is excellent. They now have a drive thru too. A lot of times I’ll call in on the way home from work and have it ready when I get there. I definitely prefer them to other sub shops in town. Way more flavor than subway.

They have really good subs! No complaints… If I had to recommend one I would get the Pizza Sub! It’s delicious and you’ll love it if your a pizza lover. The staff is also very friendly and outgoing! Nothing at all wrong with this place

Best sandwich place in the boro and the fries are amazing. I would suggest trying: Philly cheesesteak, the club, or the Italian. They’re awesome. They also have homemade lemonade and potato fries.

I am generally a fan of the food, but the service is so slow that its not worth the effort. Not to mention that the people making the sandwiches paid little attention to basic food service hygiene: handling cash, touching hair and faces, and then my food with no gloves or washed hands is not appetizing. With a general sense of apathy towards the guests waiting 45 minutes for get some simple steak sandwiches, I was very unimpressed and do not plan to return.

MmmMmm good. I am visiting my parents in Tennessee and ate here based upon the Unilocal reviews. I was not disappointed. Excellent cheesesteak, fries and prompt service. I will visit again.

Great hot subs, quick and convenient. This is a regular stop for lunch. Nice selection. Super easy take out. And who wouldn’t lkve the fresh cut fries!

Want some good food on the fast? I think Penn Station has you covered! This is a chain (obviously?), but don’t let that detract you from stopping in. I would swear that this little shop has the BEST PHILLY CHEESE STEAK in Nashville. Seriously. Challenge me… Who has a better Philly? I didn’t think so!
I typically get the veggie sub, teriyaki style. OOey Gooey Yummy Tummy Potato Potahtoe

Best Philly Sandwich I have ever had. Bread is fresh, sandwiches are hot and the hand cut fries are fried in peanut oil. The fries are great just by themselves. The Philly sandwich is the star though with melted cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms and grilled sirloin. Delicious!

Great service, great food and you can get in and out quickly while still having a satisfying meal. I prefer the chicken teriyaki with the grilled onions, savory and sweet. A perfect place for lunch or take home on a busy day.

OMG what is this yummy goodness? Heard about it, Read about, decided to be about it and… SO GOOD! Beats subway, jimmy johns, and any other sub place I have been too. Price is great for the amount you get and the service was great too. I do believe we have found our new love in sammys! Definitely as go to place for me and the family!

3 ½ stars would be appropriate here.
Cheese steak sandwich was ok, but not excellent. Maybe my expectations were too high, but if you’re gonna call yourself «Penn Station East Coast Subs», you really need to bring it.
Fries and lemonade were great as was the service.
Not cheap, but is a good place for a fast and filling lunch in the ‘boro.

For a hot sub, it’s kind of expensive. Even with a coupon for buy-​one-​get-​one we ended up spending $ 18 for two subs, two fries, and two drinks.
That being said, The Italian sub was delicious, and the philly cheese steak was not too bad either. The hand cut fries were very tasty as well.
We went on a Sunday afternoon when families were there after church. It was kind of busy, but we didn’t wait very long for our subs, I just think the tables could have been a little cleaner.
I don’t think it was worth the price however, and don’t think I be returning since there are lots of other places to enjoy and equally good sub for about half the price.

Perfectly respectable lunch place for yourself or a group from work.
The prices are reasonable, the food is acceptable, the facility is clean. I had the namesake cheese steak sub and it was offered with a lot of options, more than I had in Philly.
I will have to come back to try the artichoke sandwich (artichoke hearts and melted cheese Mmm Mmm!
