Studio 12 Salon and Spa

First off I purchased a couples massage on Groupon for this location. I called and set up the appointment and was told I would receive a confirmation call back to verify the appointment. I never received a call but I did get a text message the day of my massage asking if I would be in. They had a lot of cancellations due to tornado weather. I confirmed that I would be there and while driving there I called for directions because the address they have listed is incorrect they proceeded to tell me that they had put me down for the Antioch location and they would not be able to fit me in that day. My husband took off work early to make this appointment and they failed to put it in the correct books and therefore I had to cancel the appointment because I wouldn’t be a will to make it Antioch in time because the person wouldn’t be able to stay late to do our massage. I then informed the woman that I was upset and I’ve also been an accident with no injury and I really needed this to relax and she told me to contact an employee at the Antioch location to see if they would be able to give me a massage at all. I contacted this other employee and she confirmed that I would be able to set up an appointment because it was a non-​injury accident and it was noted in the paperwork. So I called to set up an appointment was told I would get a call back to confirm the appointment. I never received a call back. So I called back three days later and asked to talk to a manager and the first woman that I spoke to answer the phone and said that I need to call Groupon and get my money back because they were refusing to give me a massage. Which I understand because it is a liability issue but the other therapist already approved my appointment. I think this company is completely incompetent in setting up appointments.
