Liked that they started putting the calorie listing beside their food but also got me to switch to eating salads. Caesar salad is good and salads are very large so usually end up sharing or taking part of it home.

I have boycotted Zaxbys because of terrible service for 6 mnths… just went thru drive thru. .nothing has changed. .order taker rude… cut me. off when chosen sauces… had sauce wrong on order. …TERRIBLE. .I recommend you spend your $ 25 to feed 3 somewhere else!

BYOB-​means bring your own broom in this stores case! Nasty! We stopped here on our way home from Florida going for another great experience as a location in Georgia and we were so disappointed! Just awful! Nothing was even comparable. Food and trash all over the dining room floor. Nasty bathrooms. The employees seemed extremely slow. Awful!

Food is always fresh here. The boneless wings with sweet and spicy sauce is delicious. I also like their grilled Cajun chicken sandwich and house salad with fried chicken. My husband likes their chicken salad sandwich. They have kids meals that come with fruit snacks. We eat here 2 – 3 times a month.

The Zaxby’s sauce is what makes this place! Chicken meals are always served piping hot, so they must be cooked after you order. Highly recommend their grilled house salad. It’s huge and has lots of toppings; it’s not anemic looking iceberg like most restaurants. Insane buffalo wings and crinkle cut fries are excellent as well.
