I used to be first to review on this South Church location and had a lengthy«story-time» review written that got a lot of laughs. I have since deleted it, and rewritten my experience, now that I am not quite as flustered. Staff: Not good. The wait is long and the workers seemed inattentive. The woman at the counter was inappropriate with everyone she waited on and commented on anything from their weight to their teeth. When it was our turn at the register, she bounced between inviting us to her church and asking questions about our physical appearance and our religion rather than taking our order. She thought that due to my long hair we belonged to a particular culture. We awkwardly informed her that we did not. When we told her this was not the case, she proceeded to invite us to her church again. It was very uncomfortable for us and everyone else in line. Food: Soggy, cold, and limp. Stale fries, rubbery nuggets. Why did we keep giving this location so many chances? I’m not really sure. It may have partly been due to the fact that this was the only B.K. on this side of town. My husband was also a fan, so we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. «The incident»: The final straw with this location has singlehandedly made me not have the desire to eat at Burger King ever again. We ordered to go, and I got a Whopper with extra pickles. I unwrapped the burger once we got home(a 5 minute drive) and it was stone cold. Whatever. I bit into the burger, and my teeth felt waxy and stiff. I opened my burger and saw that there was a whole black crayon in between my cold patty and translucent pickle slices. I had bitten through the crayon entirely, and had wads of black wax crammed painfully in between my front two teeth and gums. I flossed for ages. I called the Burger King explaining the situation and they denied this stating they did not have crayons. To signify the extra pickles, my burger wrapper had been marked with… you guessed it… a black crayon. When I confronted them about this, they said I could bring the burger and the crayon back down to the store and they would take a look at it. Terrible! This location needs to get their act together.

Évaluation du lieu : 1 Murfreesboro, TN
I don’t know what in the world has happened to Burger King in the past few years. They used to be THE place to go if you wanted a good fast-food burger but now they are actually worse than McDonald’s. This particular Burger King on South Church Street in Murfreesboro has continuously been horrible. It’s like I go there and they’re awful and I don’t go for a few months and forget how bad the food and service have been and I go back and when I get my food I’m like«Oh yeah…» The service here is usually very poor especially during the morning and afternoon. Very rarely will you ever see an employee smile here. And after an extremely LONG wait for your food which will most likely turn out to be incorrect, your food will probably not even be hot. Dear Burger King: It doesn’t matter if your burgers are flame-broiled if they are lukewarm and the buns are not even toasted and the fries or onion rings are cold and the staff look like they would rather be dead than be there. In all honesty, Hardee’s has become my go-to place for a good fast-food burger taking Burger King’s place. I’ll honestly only go to Burger King when I have no other option or I have amnesia… again.
