I love chick-fil-a and always eat at this one at least once a week. After numerous visit they accidentally left a sandwich out of my order. I called and the manager was so friendly and apologized for the mistake, he even took my information and send me a a few free meals in the mail. I really would have kept coming here regardless because they are always great and you know what we are all human mistakes happen. However with the way the manager took care of me and how concerned he was it really made me appreciate them even more. Amazing customer services guys, keep up the great work and see you soon.

Love Chick-fil-A, and as far as Chick-fil-A’s go, this one is pretty great. Usually accurate on taking your order as well as fast and very polite service at the drive through area. Never had a problem here.

Horrible horrible horrible, get in line at 10 a.m., spend 30 minutes in the line, place my order for chicken biscuits, only to be told when i get to the window, that they are out of the food I ordered. So now I have just killed 45 minutes of my time, and still don’t have breakfast. I could understand if they told me at the time I placed my order. This is the second time in a month that they have dropped the customer service ball.

Chik-fil-a is a great restaurant with stupendous service and superior cleanliness! They have always made great sandwiches– the youth group at my church uses them for all their event. I would highly recommend them for any time of the day; they have great food from breakfast to dinner!

CFA is known for its solid customer experience but this location is one of the best. Everytime I go with my children the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I have found the service to be on par or better than a sit-down restaurant where you actually have to pay a tip.

I took my family here a few nights ago and the young man that took our orders(I’m guessing by his tie he was a manager) didn’t show any interest in us or what we had to say. He was extremely rude and wasn’t accommodating one bit. There were a few young workers leaning against the counters drinking behind the counter and we saw one of them eating where they push the food out! I guess when management isn’t there the kids are allowed to do whatever they want.

I love all chick-fil-as. I went to this location yesterday with my 1 year old son, this was my first time out to eat with a play area. I was nervous, but I loved that they had wipes and disposal place mats. Staff was amazing and the whole restaurant was extremely clean. And plus the chicken minis are always on point.

This place is super clean. Staff are very friendly. No matter how crowded, you can bet that you order will come very fast. They even come out at car pool taking orders on computer. Best waffle fries ever. Chicken is not greedy and also delicious. My favorite is spicy sandwich and their ICED tea.

I was sad to write an update but since we’ve been loyal patrons for years, it pains me to realize that service and food have both gotten worse, especially of late(not sure if it’s affected by the new Raising Cane’s that opened nearby). During a recent breakfast visit, the restaurant was quiet, highlighted by half dozen flies buzzing around checkout counter. One of the usual friendly faces at register seemed disoriented and zoned-out. She got more than ½ our order wrong(even though we order the same thing on almost every visit), the order took twice as long despite the fact that it was really slow, and even added an extra item that I didn’t order(which I was charged for). I didn’t go and argue, and even if I tried, there was really no one at the counter. The part of order that she did get right was of poor quality. Everything tasted a weird combination of bland and greasy. Usually we’d inhale our biscuits in no time but this time we ended up tossing out some food. Sadly, I’m not certain we’ll be returning…

Today during a particularly crowded lunch there were 3 girls around the age of 10 – 12 playing in the play area. Not usually a big deal until they began jumping from benches to slap the car ignoring small children in their way and then proceeded to go up into the tunnel and car. There they stayed and forbade any other kids from coming in by growling and roaring at them. A fun game to their age group, terrifying to my two small kids as well as several others. I decided that finding the in store manager was the best idea, I found Courtney. While Courtney is sweet as molasses, she had zero interest in helping me out stating that«they come in here all the time». I truthfully do not care how often they come in. The rules clearly state ages 3 and under and I expect that when an issue arises, management is competent to handle it. Unfortunately since my children could no longer play we left and decided to grab dessert elsewhere. I used to adore this store about three years ago when my family moved to Wylie but I find it getting worse by the year. I sincerely hope that someday management understands that when a parent expresses safety concerns, it’s probably best to step up and correct it. After all, customer service is the job that sells your food and the reason we will no longer be eating here.

Chic Fil A always has excellent customer service and this location is no exception. I am always greeted politely and genuinely. They never mess up my order. They really set the standard in the fast food industry. I work as a manager in customer service and always use Chic Fil A and In n Out as examples of what to strive for in terms of service quality. The reason I only give four stars is the food just tastes okay to me. I usually get either the 12 pack of nuggets or a chicken sandwich. The Polynesian sauce helps make up for the blandness of the chicken. I usually just eat here if my wife or son do which is just on occasion. The waffles fries are also just okay.

I feel weird writing a review for a fast food restaurant, but how can you go wrong with the Murphy Chick-fil-A? Food is always great and it’s a favorite of my kids. It’s obvious that CFA cares about the community as most employees are local kids. They also do «Spirit Night» for the area schools to raise money. The kids working there all have great attitudes and a willingness to serve. That is a sign of great management.

Southern hospitality at its finest! I just barely made the breakfast time at 10:21am, and they greeted me as soon as I entered. The cashier(Taylor) asked for my name for the order and was very accommodating as I messed up my order. she gave me my sweet tea(I live in NYC now so I take advantage when I can) immediately before I even put my wallet back in my purse, making sure to call me by name. Bethany gave me my order and was the sweetest. Seriously the best Chik-Fil-A ever! Whatever they’re doing in employee training – keep it up!
