I don’t want to give any stars at all! This McDonald’s is the worst! Worst service and half the time the orders are messed up. How hard is it to make sure the cheese is INSIDE the fish fillet instead of hanging out on one side while the fillet is trying to escape from the opposite end!!! ANDITS99% of the time!!! Please pay attention to how you prepare people’s food!!! And please get your ice cream machine fixed already!

Hey! Tell the jerk in the drive thru Thanks! Asked him twice if my 20 piece McNuggets were in the bag. He said yes, got home to none! Only the dipping sauce! Ahole! Don’t choke on them when u take break! This was just 15 min ago.

Horrible slow service. Order is wrong and chicken nuggets is short. Too many workers just hanging around chatting and this place is really dirty inside. Floors are sticky and nasty. Management better look into this.

Got up this morning wanting breakfast from McDonald’s on 544 was on time headed to work but now im sitting here in the drive thru for 10 minutes now I’m late if you want Fast breakfast do not come here for breakfast this is not the first time it’s not the second time but it will be the last time I come here for breakfast thank you have a good day

Horrible experience. Waited in drive through line for what seemed like 20 minutes because of an issue that was going on with the car that was at the order pick-up window. Once you get in the line, you can’t get out but people in line were getting impatient and honking their horns due to the excessively long wait. I don’t know if it was a problem with the person who placed the order and got the wrong item or the store screwing up but all we were waiting on were two lousy drinks. You’d think they would’ve asked the customer to pull forward so that they could attend to the other customers in line while the issue with the customer at the front of the drive through line was being resolved. I rarely ever stop at McDonald’s but I was riding as a passenger in a friend’s car and she suggested we pick up a couple of drinks on the way to our meeting across town. We had plenty of time when we got in the line but have to wait while they sorted out whatever fiasco was taking place made us late for our meeting. NEVER again.

Every time I go in there, there is always a lack of help running the front registers, while at the same time there are three or four managers running around the back area talking to each other and not doing any real work. They let the employees do all the work, doing very little themselves except ordering everyone around. If they really cared about speedy customer service, they would get off their lazy asses and go up front and take care of the customers impatiently waiting in line while the drive thru gets all the attention. While I was in there, I waited over 5 minutes for two McDoubles to be made, which should take about 2 minutes.

I thought all McDonalds are kid friendly! NOTTHISONE! I use to come here all the time several times a week for a quick tea and breakfast but not anymore. Today I brought my kids up here to play and eat lunch. I sent my 9 year old daughter up to the counter for Ranch dressing and she was told they didn’t have any. I asked a different person and he was nice enough to bring us some. So they did have some. Then my kids wanted to exchange their toys for something different and they stood at the counter for like 10 minutes with everyone ignoring them. I was watching and they came back. I asked them to ask the guys walking around cleaning tables and he told them they would have to go to the counter. I explained they were at the counter for 10 minutes and no one helped them. He just kept saying they were very busy. I looked and only one person was ordering food. This place is NOT kid friendly and I will never come back to this location! I was so upset I asked to speak to the manager. She was very apologetic and was telling me that they have a lot of new employees and she will inform them that they need to take care of kids. I hope they do for our kids sakes. The kids are their customers The kids need to learn how they can ask for things and not be over looked.

I went through the drive thru recently and was given a McChicken with no chicken on it, just the bun, lettuce, and mayo. You really need to check your food here before you pull off. When you go inside, they usually seem understaffed. Employees do seem nice.

Worst experience ever waited 7 ½ minutes in the checkout line to get home with the order and it was totally wrong. Called they offered me a free one dollar cheeseburger very rude on the phone. Told them they could keep the cheeseburger and eat it them self. Manager said that they didn’t care about bad reviews on Unilocal in the Internet.

Worst McDonalds EVER! The people are rude. The restaurant is always 95 degrees while the play yard area is always sub zero. I have asked the manager about the temperature and they yelled saying that it was too hot in the kitchen. Overall they have the worst attitude and they mess up my order every single time. I now drive 3 times further if I want to take my family to a McD’s.

OHMYGOODLORD this place is slow! I’ve been through their drive through a few times and each time have waited at least 15 minutes with two cars in front of me. I thought the point of the drive through was to be fast?! I see other Unilocalers have experienced the same issue so this is an on going problem with this location.

Stopped in for some cold drinks. It was not busy but it still took more than 5 minutes in a line with 2 people ahead of me. The folks behind the counter looked like they were asleep. The place was dirty and the manager was right there. I don’t expect very much from a McDonald’s but there is no excuse for being dirty.

Okay I am starting out with 3 stars because after all the restaurant does what it is supposed to do and serves food FAST. It’s the fast mentality that gets in the way of quality food with excellent service. The use of a drive-thru does not warrant a lesser quality food or service. Like you, I find myself disappointed to arrive home only to find that I did not get the food that I ordered but a skimped version. Yes they will make good on your order if you go back. Yet on days like today going back is just not an option. Quite frankly I’m not happy with the frequency of going back to get it right that it takes these days. After looking online to find what type of salad I might order I select the Premium Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad. Arriving home I am ready to devour the Premium Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad. First I notice that I do not have any of the grape tomatoes mentioned as one of the few — very few ingredients online… not one. Disappointed I am I settle for the lesser quality salad because I am ready to eat the Premium Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Salad. and without the Ranch for dietary reasons. Those missing grape tomatoes really would have been a treat. But that’s not all that is missing — there is NO bacon!!! Really McDonald’s? A Premium Bacon Ranch Salad with Grilled Chicken without the bacon! How can you call it Premium and forget the bacon!!! This is the bacon that broke the consumer’s lunch. It seems to me that if all the fast food restaurants would take more time to deliver a quality food the first time the customers would be happier with their service. Lately they are so busy throwing the order out the window that it is quite common to find that something is not correct according to the order placed and oh, paid for. Yes, McDonald’s I have reduced the number of visits I make to your location and will continue to do so for good reason.

You know what you’re getting when you go to McDonald’s and if you’re going to give it a zero cause it’s not filet mignon or something else that’s fancy, then well… yeah… They’re open 24hrs, the staff is always nice and I’ve never had issues with my order being wrong. Chicken nuggets rock!

This is one of those McDonald locations that was constructed with very good decorating theme. I think it is now a corporate store. in any event the food and service when we stopped was very good. The place was also very clean. The food is McDonalds — what can I say. There is a drive through that we noticed moves rather slowly as there is lots of drive through traffic.

Orders are wrong nearly every time, always have to go back inside, chicken nuggets orders must be to complicated. The only reason it got a two is for the food tasting ok.

Even if you pass 2 McD’s on the way to this one, it’s worth it! If you live in neighboring Wylie, Parker, Allen, Lucus, Plano, Richardson, or Garland and you can get to Murphy in 5 – 10 minutes, comes to this McDonald’s…I’m serious! Not only is it always super hot, fresh, and fast, but they still make the original fries! Today my husband had an odd request. He wanted an egg McMuffin but with griddle cakes, not an English muffin. Not on the menu, but I asked, and she politely replied,“We can do that, we’ll make it happen.” So I pull up to the next window to retrieve the food and I am immediately handed a bag. Mind you it’s been 20 sec since I placed the order, they’re always THAT fast, so I’m thinking way too fast for a «custom» order. Pull over and check… holy bat muffin, it’s RIGHT! The whole transaction from pulling up to driving off usually only takes 1 – 2 minutes, and it doesn’t increase even if you order something crazy or therre are two ahead of you. I’ve pulled up during rush time with 7 cars in line and still been outta there in 3 – 4 minutes. Love this McDonald’s, the service is always superior and that’s because they have kept the same loyal employees since opening. That says a ton about the owner and m, management. Better service than I have experienced at high end restaurants such as Fearing’s.

I’m not a fan of McDonald’s but being that I have twins that love it I have eaten here a lot. The food is well McDonald’s food but this is probably the best location I have had. They are cleaner, fresher food, nice employees. If you have to get a fast bite then this is the one to go to.
