The staff is rude, and the store is understaffed.
There is always a wait at any T-​mobile and I’m conditioned to this but the wait here is like no other locations. The staff looks unhappy and you can pick that up as soon as you start a conversation. Save yourself a headache and drive a little further to get better customer service.

Everytime i go here its always a hassle. The employees are either clueless or just dont care. The management is terrible and always under staffed. Kid by the name of herbert was the rudest little girl ive ever met. Never get any help just dissapointment & sarcastic comments from young untrained preteens

Wanted to review after fantastic customer service at this location. Matthew was extremely helpful in switching out and reseting my phones. The store was busy and we were immediately acknowledged and we were helped quickly. I would definitely go back to this location. The clerk even went above and beyond by checking on coverage for an upcoming trip. Thanks Matthew!

I wish there was a way to give this store «negative» stars because that may describe my countless negative experiences at this store. First of all, you would think that during the HOLIDAYS there would be more than 2 employees working on a Thursday evening? I mean isn’t this the time where they make most of their money? I had to wait in line for more then 30 minutes to be attended to, might I add once again DURING THE HOLIDAYS! Anyway, there are 2 idiots working at this store and judging from previous reviews, I believe others have had the same experience as mine. SUPER unhelpful, have the WORST WORST WORST customer service ever! They are unhelpful and really don’t care about your problems. On top of that, apparently NO manager works here until closing. Their manager «Michael» was supposed to call me back last week about something very important regarding my phone as my warranty is about to expire and he’s only there during the morning/​afternoons in which I am unable to stop by due to work. It’s been about 6 days and nothing. Basically they are out to get your money and once you sign up with their plan, GOD forbid you have any issues post-​signing up because they will make you feel like nothing. This store is the most convenient to me as I live nearby, however after several occasions of being treated like less than nothing, I will never return to this store. I will NOT ever recommend this store to anyone, and if you’re reading this review, please make the drive out and go to any other T-​Mobile store if you want any kind of help/​assistance.

Every time I have been in the store they are very helpful. All the reps have always been nice and courteous and I am happy they are close to my house… I hate driving 20 miles to go to a mobile store. Thanks Tmobile team, keep up the good work.

The Murphy location is a nice, newer store. We went in to upgrade our phones. We were buying both an inexpensive, no-​frills smart phone and an all-​the-​bells-​and-​whistles smart phone. On our first visit, just to check things out, the gentleman who greeted us seemed only half interested in talking with us. He was nice enough and seemed helpful, but he kept looking over at other customers. This was a little distracting and we couldn’t help but feel like we were keeping him from something. We were then passed off onto another sales person… okay…
She was friendly and helpful and more thorough in answering our questions. We ultimately returned to the store and purchased from her. She was pushing the hard sell on accessories, which I always find a little off putting, but she was otherwise helpful in answering questions and getting things setup for us.
It’s a nice, clean store and in a convenient location for us. I think their accessories prices are too high (typical of most all phone carriers), and don’t like a hard sell. It will continue to be our regular location for visiting T-​Mobile.
