Lowe’s

Horrible nightmare store, they are extremely under staff and not hiring extra employees to help costumer, I was waiting for more than 15 minute just to find an associate to ask him or her the location for items, the items are mixed, most of price tag not matching items and the customer service is very rude, I wont go back this anymore.

I just have to say Greg Brown at the Murphy Lowe’s has gone way above and beyond in helping me through this agonizing process or getting my extended warenty coverage. He called them and got them out to fix my washer and when it was still not working he kept calling for me until they finally gave me the full price paid in the form of a gift card. Just bought the new one just now. Greg was there and walked me through the process and understood my frustration, he did it all with a smile and with out acting like I was bothering him. He is very knowledgable in his field.
If you need an appliance Greg Brown is your man! Thanks

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store felt clean and bright and it was laid out well. There were a bunch of sales for Memorial Day weekend but I beat the crowd so it wasn’t bad.
I’ll be back here to shop again.

Our neighborhood store, and happens to be my fave out of all the Lowe’s in the area.
CON’s — Some departments are really short-​staffed i.e. the window treatment dept — I’ve never seen anyone man that area; if you need help, they pull from another dept with no guarantee that employee has knowledge on how to navigate the dept computer system (for estimates, pricing, etc). Additionally, I’ve attempted more than enough times to update my phone # in their system so they can reach me as needed however they still always end up calling my old #.

But enough with the minor CON’s and on with the PRO’s. Floor staff and management friendly and helpful. I’ve interacted with individuals in just about EVERY dept and so far so good! Checkout is always pretty speedy with ample lanes open and return transactions are painless and simple. They are well-​stocked and cleaner as compared to other Lowe’s or hardware stores. Through major renovations and small DIY projects, we’ve frequented this location to pick up supplies and tools.

I’d give this 5 stars but have to settle at 4 because it’s hard to find help when we go. This is typically midday so keep that in mind. When we do find someone, though, they are always friendly and helpful.
The kids love going too and learning about projects so I can’t complain one bit.

We are building a new house in Lucas so I am in this store several times a week. I am always impressed with how helpful the employees are at this location. I went back to thank one of the gals in the appliance and plumbing fixture department.
I had a problem I was trying to solve regarding the color of a part I needed to install a vessel sink. It only came in brushed silver and I needed a bronze color. She had the same issue at her house and she showed me how she worked around it.
She was right. The paint did the trick and the installation looks great. Keep up the excellent work, you have a great team here!

Great service! Made large purchase for home and they made sure we got the best prices, took their time with us so that we purchased what we needed; made us feel like we were the only and most important customers.
We went to 3 different departments and had best service in each.
This location has an excellent management team and it shows in how every worker treats customers.

I used to love this store until today wjen i talked to a unfriendly delivery mgt Julie. I called this to confirm and they said we Will be there @ noon… well noon, 1, 2… nothing so i called back and she said well its gonna be at 4… this not a good business practice

Great! I practically live here. Clean and never packed!!!

This is the best Lowe’s around! We have been landscaping our front flowerbeds and huge backyard in our new house, so our budget is tight. The gardening center is the best because there is always a helpful face around to answer any questions. One time I was looking around for a couple of things and an associate pointed me in the direction of their clearance section. I thought it would be dead plants, but their selection was amazing. I was able to pick out perennials and annuals for $.25 to $.50 EACH! I spent $ 50.00 to landscape our entire backyard. All they needed was a little TLC and now they’re in full bloom (nothing has died yet!). I was thankful that the associate was considerate enough to honor my budget and help me without pointing me in the wrong direction.

Not too busy when we visited. Good and plenty shopping carts of various sizes. A number of options available for the item we went there to purchase. Good selection of items on sale if you are looking for a bargain. the store was clean and the service was fast and friendly!
