This is not about their taste but rather their lack of service. Have not tried their pizza yet and will not now. I tried calling the restaurant 20 mins before it closed and no one picked up 3 times in a row. I showed up to a fully open and staffed restaurant to be told that they stop answering the phone at 8:40. I told him that I was also trying to place an order online and was told that they wouldn’t fulfill the order because it was 15 mins before closing time. I asked the person at the counter who the owner is and he said he doesn’t know but he’s the manager and that’s their policy. I don’t understand how the restaurant advertises a 9pm close time when they don’t take orders till closing time. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant which I was excited to try after hearing good things about the taste. Will not be coming back.

We love pizza, I guess thats a common thought — not that we’re pizza snobs, just that we have 4 criteria for deciding on who’s pizza to get: 1) Flavor and freshness 2) Crust(we prefer thin crust) 3) After effects(important) 4) Delivery or dine-in 1) Flavor and freshness is exceptional at Marco’s 2) They do an excellent thin crust, allows us to really taste the ingredients of the pie 3) My wife has challenges with certain ingredients that contain MSG, HFCS or soy-based product that give her lots of trouble usually an hour or two after eating. Most of the pizza houses around with the exception of Marco’s, Mogios and Napoli’s affects her negatively. 4) We enjoy having pizza delivered, Marco’s is prompt and their pies are still hot. They also have a large variety of sides and fresh salads too, great add-ons. Bottom line, we’re real happy with Marco’s, great pizza!

haha on the real though this place is the best pizza in Murphy. the crust is perfection and the cheese… oh the cheese… you can’t beat this cheese. the sauce is both spicy and sweet. it’s perfect. more expensive than other places but so worth it. trust me I’m pretty so I’m right about everything

Very bad customer service !! Owner was so rude. He even cancelled my order when I questioned him. They make pizza with out wearing gloves with unhygienic way & takes forever to prepare order … I suggest to not go there!

I just enjoyed a delish lunch from here. It was nothing but spectacular full flavor pizza. Quantity of the pizza and subs exceeds all expiations.

Good pizza but last few times I tried to get a delivery on a Friday they told me that their delivery was closed. I called at 830 one time and 9 another time even though they didn’t close until 11 pm and I only live about 5 min away they told me they will not deliver. So I called Dominoes.

Pepperoni magnifico never disappoints me. One of the few places that use old world pepperoni. Thick in texture is why I like that type of pepperoni. The pizza also gets a nice coating of parmesan.

Horrible Management. My children stopped by here after school and had an issue with their credit card. Management treated them like criminals. I attempted to provide my credit card, provided image along with license and they refused to serve my kids without me being present with my card. Now they take phone orders everyday but with my kids there they couldn’t accommodate them but chose to treat them like criminals trying to get over on them. We frequent local business as pattern. Always trying to support the small town locals however this isn’t a place I’ll ever spend another penny in.

Little more expensive than I want to pay. The pizza is good but 2.50 per topping is not the norm the competitors charge. I ordered online and my 10 dollar pizza was nearly double the price after delivery fee, extra topping fee, and the tax. I only wanted half the pizza with one extra topping. Online ordering is easy. Taste is good, price is not.

I was trying to find a new place to eat in my area and came across Marco’s. When I walked in, I was pleased with the ambiance. Everything was clean and the employees were friendly. Most importantly though, the pizza was delicious, hot, and inexpensive. I was very satisfied with my experience here.

I got a mail flyer for this restaurant and drive by it often as it is VERYCLOSE. I put that in caps on purpose. I tried to order a special from the flyer and they couldn’t figure out that I live only about 1 ½ miles from them. Phone order girl called her manager(why the heck he wasn’t there on a Friday night?). So they rely so much on bad gizmos that they wouldn’t take my order. No more orders from me. Not that the first one worked. Who the heck starts a new business this way The flyer showed a map of their delivery area. Yep — I’m right about as close as you can get. She tells me I live miles away.

This place is just wonderful. We’ve built a great relationship with the owner who offered on his own a special price for my daughters birthday party. Moreover, aside from the great service, the pizza if wonderful. I highly recommend the old world pepperoni topping. Pizza is hot, delivery and pickup times are always less than they say. Just a great place to order from. No other delivery in the area will exceed your expectations like this place. Chris C

We normally order from Papa Johns, but decided to try this place for something different. The pizza arrived quickly and the pizzas were just as we ordered, including one with a special request due to an allergy issue. We all were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. I thought it had a much more robust flavor than anything we’ve had from the other place. My wife commented that it tasted more«real.» The regular crust was great — good flavor and just the right amount of chewiness. We also really liked the variety on the menu that included subs and salads. I definitely think this is one of the better chain pizza delivery places and we’ll be ordering from here more in the future.

Fast delivery and good pizza. It is worth a try, I like it. My only complaint is that they take a round pizza and cut it into square slices. If you don’t like that it like that, I do not personally, let them know to cut it the standard way.

Just a good new pizza place. Something different from the usual pizza hut or papa john’s.

NOPE — just another bad version of Pizza. Not even up to Pizza Hut or Domino’s. Hell, buy a DiGiorno’s at Krogers and save your money. Have to be suspicious about the reviews here. Those review saying it’s the best in the Murphy-Wylie area are saying more about the lack of good restaurants in the area. Would all you reviewers try Campisi’s for a comparison?

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and placed an order for dine –in. Took about 10 mins. Hot, tasty & fresh ingredients. I gave them 5 stars because it’s in par with all the best pizza places in Murphy-Wylie area. There’s 32-top tables and a bar that seats 4, so it’s limited.

UPDATE: Since the first review Dec 2013, we’ve ordered online several times. No problems, great tasting pizza, nice delivery guys and they’re reasonable on time. I’m bumping them up a star for these reasons AND the fact that they work very well with local schools, which I’ve seen happen twice in the last month. ****************************** I’m giving a 3 rating although I walked out with a 2 in mind… not because of the pizza — which was very good. Great crust, fresh veggies, made to order. The negative experience was with the order process. My kids and I decided to stop for dinner on a weeknight. It wasn’t too busy — one person was walking in circles as we noticed and commented to each other while waiting. We were given a 25 minute estimate so we decided to wait. After 40 minutes, when my littlest one began having a breakdown from hunger, my eldest daughter walked over to the counter to ask about the order. The same person who took the order gestured to the shelf & said«oh, it’s right here». Apparently, our pizza had been sitting and no one let us know. We never left the small foyer, so I’m not sure how we were missed. If we ever do go back, it will be because of the pizza BUT we’ll definitely order from the comfort of home and pick it up!
