I had an unpleasant experience with a rude employee today at this restaurant. However the way Heidi and Hoang, the supervisors, handled the situation after was very good. I can tell that Heidi really cares about customer service. I was so frustrated and angry at the way I was treated but she stayed cool and addressed my concerns in a very professional way. Hoang also called me after to apologize and promised to address my concerns. These are great leaders and because of the experience I had with them I will be back… after all I love their food and at this panda it is always fresh.

The food is always good… but how are you gona charge me and THEN ask me if it’s okay that it’ll be an extra 10 minutes for my food. I mean it’s the drive through so I’m tryna get it and go and you’ve already taken my money. THENYOUGETTHEORDERWRONG…

I enjoy the Beef broccoli and orange chicken with white rice. Great price for the amount served and very filling. Locations I’ve been to have all been clean w/friendly staff and they do offer samples of you want to try anything! The only downfall is that they could benefit to add a changing table for infants in the restrooms! I’ve literally had to change my 6 month old son in the stall on the floor on top of his changing mat. Not sanitary what so ever to do this! Very inconvenient from a parent stand point.

PANDABUYERBEWARE: I had a long day that included missing lunch. Made it back home to Murphy, TX by 5:00 and sought out a quick meal for my family of four. The coconut shrimp looked dry and I requested some fresh product. Maybe this request was the last straw for this server(Alba B). Shortly after paying the $ 45.47 bill, I was told that additional shrimp needed to be cooked to complete the order. After bagging the order, Alba said another server would give me the shrimp. He gave me the shrimp and I went home. Once I got home the order was missing 1 entrée and 3 egg rolls. Called back and Elba said that she had to move to the drive thru and I left my food. I took the food I was given and wasn’t interested in going back up on FM544 at 5:30PM. I did return at 8:45 to get a refund. Elba wasn’t interested in my request and want me to hear how I left my food behind the counter. I wasn’t interested in a cover story and just want my money back. I told Alba that if she can’t get it done I’ll the manager in the morning. She told me that he would be away for the next few days and walked back to the restroom to continue to clean toilets. So I paid $ 45.47 for 3 meals! Now I have to spend additional time and energy to get my money.

Overall, this place is an alright place to have lunch or dinner, friendly manager, food is great for fast food — I would say it is a little bit pricy — Staffs is alrigh, — Manager is a great– very reasonable

I think today was my last visit to this location. Every visit over the years has been less than satisfactory in one way or another. Usually at least one portion of the meal is cold. This happened even on a day I ordered minutes after they opened. Today I went through the drive-through. One car ahead of me. Eight minutes later I got up to the window. I said to the young woman«That was an incredibly long wait.» She replied«Yeah, it was, they were making vegetables.» No apology, no thank you, she just handed me my food and was already speaking to someone else before it was in my car. Got home, noodles were cool and slightly undercooked. Cheese rangoon bottoms were soaked with grease. Chicken was hot and good this time.

I love Panda Express food in general. This location has been hit or miss the times I have gone. One time I went, I was charged for two drinks when I only ordered one, which I noticed on the receipt. The cashier would not refund my money because she«already rang it through», but would offer egg rolls. Well, I didn’t want egg rolls, and surely they should be trained how to correct their errors. This was aggravating. The drive thru lines sometimes moves VERY slowly. If you get a drink in the drive thru, without fail, they give you what seems like 90% ice and 10% soda. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean. It’s in a good location. And everyone(with the exception of «I don’t know how to give you a refund) has been nice and helpful.

«Best fast food chinese food» I freakin’ love Panda! I think the food here is great the chicken is never that weird grey colored chicken you get at some of these chinese place. The beijing beef… OMG soooo delicious. Cheese Rangoons… MMMM I may need to go there tomorrow after talking about it. Yum Yum. Oh the passion fruit tea. Oh yea!!! Keep in mind folks this is a food chain but the bang for the buck effect is a big bang.

i’ve tried this place 3 different times hoping that it was just me. everything i had tasted stale… the fried rice was the worst would not recommend to ANYONE. my 6 year old won’t even eat here but loves china fang down the road. (read my other reviews. i am not a basher. this is just poor quality food.)
