This place Does NOT do fresh juice. No wheatgrass both times I visited. $ 7.00 for a half ice blended drink (not worth it!) and added honey when I asked for none. Won’t return.
Focus on bulk-​up weightlifters not juicers.

Lately, I’ve been having a much better experience here. The smoothies have always been great, but the customer service hasn’t always been the best. Today when I went in 17 minutes before they closed, I almost expected to feel bad for it, but when I walked in, I was welcomed with a smile and asked how I was doing. The staff was friendly and my smoothie was delicious as always. Great job!

This is my first time here, and the mango smoothie I ordered is excellent, probably the best taste and texture of any smoothie I’ve had around Dallas.
I noticed that odd atmosphere others have mentioned. It was as if I was interrupting the staff by being there, or annoying them somehow. It felt like they were trying to conceal their dislike of something (the job? The customers? Me?).
I’m not sure I’d come back unless I didn’t have any other options. The experience of being in the store leaves a bad taste that even this awesome smoothie can’t fix.

I only rated this places four stars because their smoothies are the best I ever had. I always try to make here before closing time. So, today I decided to go right when it opens. I waited for a while, it was 8:10 and thought well maybe they are just running a little late. I waited until 8:40 and it still was not open. I was really disappointed.

I have stopped in quite a few times in the past year plus. The first four or five times was in the morning on the way to work over 2 weeks. The same person has been there almost every time. No greeting, no friendly banter, no offer of frequent member card… nothing. No happiness in any part of them when they take your order, just the minimum, and no eye contact.
Last time was within the last month, a little later in the morning, 2 employees, still no personality, and like someone else said, feels like I am a pain, not a PAYING customer…
I wanted to like this place as it is the only Smoothie place I know of on my way to work. Guess they know they have a corner on the market.
Only giving the second star because the smoothies are good.
The one time someone actually showed some personality was an afternoon drop in. The guy at least talked, and was pleasant…

I don’t understand this place anymore. Not a very attentive staff and the owner is kinda rude too.
Today I went in and from entering to exit the gal didn’t stop singing along with the music playing. No hello no thank you no acknowledgement of any kind.
Drinks are OK I just don’t ever feel welcome or appreciated here like I used to. Always seems like they are bothered by my presence.

Clean place with overpriced vitamins and protein powder. I don’t recommend buying any of the products here, but their smoothies are great. I always get the after workout smoothie, but be careful, these have a ton of calories with them (16 oz has 420 calories!!!). They offer nutritional menus where it has all the info.

The reason for my 5 stars there isn’t another place like this for another 10+ miles. Great location. The staff are like you’re next door neighbor and they are very informative about products they sell. Also, I like how it’s so close to the gym. They even have boba… my favorite! Close to home and to the gym. Can’t ask for more!!!

This location exceeded my expectations. After a hard workout, I stopped by and was undecided with my choice. The employees were very helpful by asking what I like and don’t like, and made several suggestions. After telling them that I didn’t like any of the suggestions that were made, the owners made an awesome strawberry colada (it even has bits and pieces of coconuts!!!) that was not even on the menu, that I absolutely loved. It tasted just like the real thing w/​o the rum. :) This location will tailor the drinks to how you like it and and also make drinks that are not even on the menu.
I also noticed the large selection of protein shakes, meal replacement drinks, supplement pills, and power boosters. Confused with all the choices, one of the owners came over and provided a complete explanation of the available products. He went beyond by asking my workout routine and provided the pros and cons. I went home and did some research and saw that the owner knew exactly what he was talking about. I then went to GNC to buy the supplements, but after asking the employee a few questions, it was obvious that he didn’t know what he was talking about. I went back to Smoothie Factory and bought the supplement pills as a satisfied customer with another strawberry colada in hand. :)
