Applebee’s

This place continue’s to mess up my orders. I order a burger with no pink and it will have so much pink I can’t eat it. I also get the Pub Pretzels which I highly recommend but for some reason this location can’t give you the Honey Dijon Mustard that comes with the dish. Even the online ordering system gives you an option to say NO so it is supposed to be included. I ordered my burger without onion and pickle and it came with both. I paid a lot for dinner for myself and I could only eat the pretzels since the burger was not fully cooked. And I didn’t really get to enjoy the pretzels like I like since it was missing an ingredient that comes with them at other locations. If you eat here make sure you get what you ordered.

Applebee’s continues to be the place to go when absolutely nothing else is open around you. I question anyone who goes during regular hours.

Gross. Cockroaches in the pecans. That’s disgusting. Don’t eat here.
Seriously, I might have gotten better customer service from the cockroach. The car side to go waitress was horrible.

Never had such a horrible service like the one at this establishment. Our server was very lazy and didn’t seem to know or care about a whole lot, We didn’t see or speak to the manager once, The waiter came to our table a total of three times 1. To take our order 2. Our drinks and entrees 3. The check. It seemed like we were bothering them by being there, worst service ever!

Seriously, I’ve tried over the years to give Applebee’s a second and third chance but tonight was crazy! Server didnt know anything on the menu and brought the kids meals a good ten minutes after the adult meals. And worse of all at least three servers walked out the kitchen door eating and shoving food in their mouths. So disgusting this will be my last time at any applebees

My experience at Applebee’s was a delightful one. I went in for a meal with my boyfriend to celebrate our Anniversary, and we were greeted by a wonderful older lady, with a cheerful attitude. When we were seated, the waiter was quick with our order, and had a good aura about him. The meal that we ordered was on point. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

Unfortunately I don’t remember the waitresses name but she was great. It had been a while since we’ve eaten at Applebee’s and there were a lot of changes to the menu. She did give us good recommendations to order & though we didn’t care for one of the dishes we ordered she gladly took it back and brought us something else. We had appetizers, dinner and dessert. We were there for our anniversary so we ate like kings. The manager came by and was friendly. All the serving staff worked hard and the food was brought out in a decent amount of time. Even being a Friday night. We had a very pleasant experience.

This place needs a LOT of TLC in décor, employees and cleanliness. We sat at the bar for a late night drink. The martini was made with a shot glass and short poured into a large martini glass (price is not a consideration when you want this kind of drink so make it plentiful and good!).
The couple next to us ordered an app and had to return it as it had hair in it. Were were told just then that we had to order food in order to have a drink. This was after we ordered the second round and watched the couple next to us return their food.
The bartender offered to open our bottle of wine as a favor (this is why they received 1 star) as we did not have a bottle opener. She proceeded to use her teeth to peal the cork wrapping!!!
The building lights were off (at 9 PM), the entry lights were off and several tables still needed bussing. They were not busy at this time.

Just terrible in all aspects. Me and my girlfriend walked in here starving. We were greeted by the sight of the hosts butt as he was leaning over playing on his cell phone. When he looked up and noticed us he just referred us to the bar and told us to sit where ever. We walked across a carpet that looked very dusty and had little scraps of garbage laying all over.
We ordered two house margaritas and they arrived in tall water glasses. One had half as much ice as the other and tasted like warm sweet and sour mix. Neither tasted like they had any alcohol in them.
We looked through the sticky menus and decided on the 2 for $ 25 dinner. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer arrived. So hungry, I grabbed a chip and scooped. As my girlfriend reached to grab one i took a closer look at the plate of chips. There were hairs all over it!!! Not just one hair resting on top, but multiple, at least 3 or 4 hairs interwoven throughout the chips.
I immediately made this aware to the manager, who was standing there at the bar chatting with the *cough* mixologist. She seemed mildly concerned and offered us more chips. I pictured someone scooping up another helping out of a big bowl of chips with hairs strewn throughout, tangling and snapping. I told her to cancel our order and I would pay for the drinks and leave. She responded by telling me that I HAD to order food because i had already ordered drinks. Let’s just say that food didn’t, and will never, happen. For me Applebee’s is the worst restaurant in Utah. You’ll get far superior customer service and cleanliness at the Mcdonalds across the street.

Not that I expect much from this restaurant chain. But subpar service combined with an undercooked steak and a pasta sauce that was watery, causing me to get so sick we had to cancel our plans that evening, equates to us never returning to this location.

I went to this place a few years ago, and I decided to go there a little while ago, and it really wasn’t that great. I mean the food tasted ok, but I have had better. Customer service was fine though, nothing bad with that.

It was delicious service was amazing. Really fast. I liked our wIter nick and me and my girlfriend had an amazing time. Beer is good

After reading the reviews for this Applebees, I was very worried about eating here with my friends. But, from the moment I entered, Sandy greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Not knowing how many of our group would come, they went ahead and set up for our largest group. Unfortunately, only four of us could make it today. They didn’t seem to mind at all and we got an excellent table. We have handicap needs, and they were met with no difficulty. The restaurant was very very busy! Lots of people don’t pay attention to the reviews, obviously.
We all ordered different things. The menu was wonderful. Lots of choices and variety. Our waiter was friendly, professional and efficient.
Our food arrived hot, appetizing, and ultimately delicious. Everyone was extremely satisfied with their meals. No two people ordered the same thing, so we got to see a variety of dishes.
We did have one small plate provided for the appetizer that was dirty. That’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
A few of my friends were seated nearby, so I inquired about how they’d liked their meals. All gave a thumbs up! Two of them said they eat here a lot and have never been dissatisfied.
I feel that the restaurant needs a good review, so I’ve taken the time to write this. Our group, too, would be happy to return here again.

Let me preface this review by saying that the manager did actually comp our appetizers and the kids meal. …now for the actual review.
Got a gift card from my work for this. I brought my youngest here for his 7^th birthday. Noticed on the kids menu that there was a birthday club. I asked about it and was told that is for club members only. I was curious if the manager would make an exception but wasn’t really expecting anything special. I got an item off their new menu. Shrimp and broccoli cavatappi. I wouldn’t recommend it was very very bland. Anyway, we ordered 2 appetizers both also from the new menu. Our food came, no appetizers. I asked the waitress if they’d be taken off our bill and she said they would. I asked if she had talked to the manager about the birthday thing and she let me know she hadn’t yet had the time. She came back a little bit later and said she was told it wasn’t possible. I asked then to speak to the manager not because the waitress was mean, she was in fact very nice, but because I didn’t think one free kids meal for my son’s birthday was a huge deal after forgetting both our appetizers. When I talked to the manager, she wasn’t even aware our appetizers had been missed. I was kinda shocked that it hadn’t even been brought to her attention when I asked about a special exception to the birthday thing. We got our appetizers, on their dime and both kids meals were comped. More than I was expecting, I still won’t be back to this location.

I been here twice before and the food hasn’t gotten any better. I see that I’m not the only one that experienced this. I got a gift card, so it’s not like I chose to dine here. I can honestly say, I won’t come in this location again. And if I receive another gift card, I’ll drive to another location. The meal started out with spinach artichoke dip that was completely cold. Seriously, how does one even let that out the kitchen. The rest of the meal was no better. The only positive note was our waiter was courteous and tried to makeup for the horrible food they serve. I’m not one to follow the bandwagon on reviews, but with this one it’s a unanimous vote. just see what everyone is say and you’ll see. I would not recommend this location to anyone I know.

I wrote this location off about 6 months ago because they evidently don’t have any cooks that know how to cook meat. I ordered a steak medium well and it came the first time very rare and bloody. They recooked one and it was even worse. I asked to speak to the manager and the whole situation was handle wrong. Fast forward today. Order a simple cheeseburger and again, raw! Wtf Applebee’s? Get your shit together!

I love Applebee’s for inexpensive, filling food. However, my experience tonight was less than expected. The food took about 25 to 30 mins to get to our table and it was not the most satisfying. I ordered the cowboy burger and it came to my table burnt. On top of that, the appetizer didn’t come until after our entrees. The manager did give us free dessert for the inconvenience. I give it two stars for the food however bumped up because of our server.

Worst Meal Of My Life! Seriously! I’m not exaggerating at all.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Not only was this place a fridge inside, unbearable cold, like really really cold and when telling the manager «oh yah its been a f@#%ing shit show around here and ive been trying to get it to work.» Um yeah ok. Appetizers came out cold so we had to send them back. Nothing worse then cold processed food. Shrimp pasta did not taste right t all, sent back, towel thrown in, check please. Then the manager comes by telling us when they microwave the sauce, wait a sec, a manager admitting they microwave, really? Especially after the stupid commercials with the chefs. Point of my story is dont waste your time here.

Yeehaw! It’s Applebee’s. I don’t think I know anyone who hasn’t eaten here or who is under 65 and rates it very high. If you are one of those people I sincerely question your aptitude, integrity and mental stability. Above a 3 should be grounds for a revocation of your Unilocal account.
Again, it’s Applebee’s. No sense in elaborating on average at best and only has down side. On the upside, I know this and will continue to only eat here with low expectations when I want to be agreeable in the company of blue hairs and friends with palates like a rainy day in march.
Who knows, maybe being the overflow seating for Chuck a Rama is something to be proud of? Every class of food needs a Taco Bell, right?
