Note that the location has changed. This store used to be inside the building near where Dillards was, but now the entrance is from outside, a few stores away from California Pizza Kitchen.
We were promptly attended to by Adam upon entering the premise. We wanted to upgrade our phone to iPhone 6S. Adam helped us setting up the new phone, trading in the old phone, and gave a tips on how to transfer the apps over to new phone. He was very friendly. On top of that Adam noticed we were on an older mobile plan, so he suggested a new cheaper plan but with 1G more data allocation. Yay!
We’ll definitely return here for my next mobile related purchase.

They sent me to the Apple Store to get my issue fixed. They said «it’s apple phone it’s apples problem» but the issue was with my service! The phone was just fine! We tested it at the Apple Store and I had to go back to ATT my account got disabled from data that’s why it didn’t work! Didn’t do their job. Switching carriers!

Worst customer service ever!!!
I came to the store and try to get a price match for my iphone 5s bought last week. All my friends get their money back at other ATT store but the Agent failed to provide any assistance to us. I talked to the manager, but the manager refused to help at all.
Finally I paid $ 35 to return my iphone and terminated all my service at AT&T!

Received great customer service from Daniel Ernsberger. He helped me once I entered the door and assisted me with finding a car holder for my cell phone. I had received horrible service at the down town SLC AT & T store and that is why I was visiting this location. Keep up the great job Daniel!
