For starters, every single staff member that I encountered here was very friendly. Dr. Gray was super great. He actually takes the time to explain to the jargon and the endless number of questions I had. He is super patient and helps you find exactly what you are looking for by making great recommendations and letting you know what your variety of options are. Completely unlike other places I have been to where I was wasn’t even really given any options and the doctors seem to be bothered by all the million questions I had! The associates are great and take the time to help you get the best deals too. I never felt rushed or pressured here in any way. Overall, I felt very taken care of here and I am very pleased with the level of customer service I have received here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for eye care! Not to mention they have millions of cute frames.

I had a great experience with Dr. Gray. I am a recently(within the last two years) diagnosed Type 1 diabetic. I have to have my eyes checked for normal things and then for specific diabetic damage. He gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had! He took the time to make sure that he could see everything that he needed to and made sure there was no damage. He never acted like he was in a hurry or that he didn’t have time to be thorough. He then followed up with my Endocrinologist to verify the exam had been done and shared the results. With other eye doctors, I have had to do all of this myself. He was kind, educated and patient and made sure to explain things as he was doing them. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray and Pearle Vision in Murray, UT to everyone!

This office has recently changed ownership and what a fabulous difference. Dr. Gray combines the characteristics you hope for in a professional — knowledgeable, great communication skills, first class service and interested in his patients. His approach is one of true concern for the welfare of his patients. There is a new feeling to the offices, they are conveniently located and my impression has been extremely positive about everyone I worked with there. Absolutely a place for our family optical services.

I would recommend Dr. Gray to anyone! He is the best eye doctor I’ve had and I have had several eye doctors and specialists. I had a detached retina several years ago when I was living in Georgia and lost vision to my right eye, so, I’ve spent more time at eye doctors than most people. I went in last weekend after I had hot oil pop into my eye while I was cooking. I called and they got me into their office that afternoon. Dr. Gray checked both of my retinas, and I was so impressed with how thorough he was. He also helped me get a new prescription for my contacts and glasses. They ordered my contacts right away and gave me a new pair to wear while I am waiting for my new prescription to come in. I am getting new glasses from them, too. I was surprised at how big of a selection they had compared to other places. I was super picky about the style I wanted but one of the assistants was really patient and helped me find a frame that I liked which fit my style and budget. Dr. Gray will be my lifelong eye doctor.

This is to follow-up with our original visit, when we purchased the glasses. At the time of purchase, we were told we would receive a phone call once the glasses were back at their office from the lab. On a whim, I decided to give a call and see if they were ready, even though we hadn’t been notified yet, but it had been 2 weeks. When I called the lady I spoke with advised they were ready to be picked up. I was hopeful that they just hadn’t had a chance to call us yet, that maybe they had just come in earlier in the day. When we went to pick the glasses up, the original and clueless lady we had dealt with said she had tried to call us, but the number was disconnected. She confirmed the number and of course, they had the wrong telephone number on the paper. The odd thing about that, is when we filled out the paperwork at the start of the process, we had to write the phone number down a minimum of 6 times, on different forms, etc. I personally know, for a fact, we had written down the correct number and the 2nd woman did once we were helped by her. So clearly, the mistake came from the the first associate who wrote it down incorrectly. What bothered me most about this, was they didn’t try to check any of the other multiple forms that had our contact information, even an email address; the glasses had been back for 7 days and just sitting there. No one even tried to really contact us, or they would have been able to. To top off the terrible experiences, they messed up the glasses and they were not correct and we did not get all of the features we paid for, in total, we spent $ 800 here too. They didn’t appear to be sorry or concerned for their multiple mistakes. I will never return, or recommend this place to anyone! This place is a joke and has terrible service.
