Salt City Consignment Store and Auction

Spending a morning at Salt City was an absolute riot. It was every bit as fun in person as those TV shows make it seem. And the items they are selling — whether something they owned themselves or on consignment — I was very surprised at how diverse, interesting, eclectic, and eye-​catching they all were.
The auctioneer was an absolute pro. I’ve attended a handful of lifestock auctions and while their auctioneers were good, Salt City’s was better. I can’t tell you how much fun it was to see him at work.
The wife and I will absolutely be back for more auctions. This place is great all around. The staff was friendly and energetic and courteous. The items they’re selling make you think «man, I’d like to bid on that!» and the fact that they’re a home grown, local business — what more could you want.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. Top notch local business and a very good way to spend a morning!

I have no respect for a company that won’t pay it’s bills. I have been waiting over two months to get paid for items consigned to auction. They won’t return my calls or emails.
Be careful.
