Not only does this store have everything you need whether you suffer aches and pains or just like comfort, but the staff is knowledgable and nice. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Very good store, best service ever, carry a lot of products which can help your back, as well as some high-​end mattress and massage chairs. Highly recommended to everyone.

Lower back pain, check. Aching calves and quads, check. Running no doubt is good for my health, but my joints and muscles beg the differ after a twenty plus mile run. Relax the Back definitely had everything to help cure me. The customer service was impeccable. When I entered the store, I was greeted right away with a friendly smile. The rep listened to my needs and fitted me into the best massage chair ever. I have never walked around with such lightness in my steps after a long run until that massage chair. They also have tempurpedic beds, a variety of office chairs, etc. I even walked away with a stress ball/​puck to exercise my wrist… working with a computer all day and fear of carpal tunnel, enough said. They showed me some exercises with that too. So thanks again Relax the Back, my aching body appreciates everything that you do.

Words cannot express how happy I am with my recent purchases. I had chronic lower back pain and tried everything I could think of. Over the last year I’ve wasted money on pillows, lumbar mesh support junk, stretches, stretching equipment and on and on. In hindsight, I wish I had saved that money and invested in the 2 items that really made the difference: a quality office chair and a Sacro-​Ease for my car. Relax the Back has it figured out! It is now my one stop shop for all things back. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They understood my issues and offered accurate, custom solutions.
To sum it up: WORTH EVERY PENNY (and I spent a fair amount of money). In fact, if I knew before my purchase what I know now… I would have paid even more.
Oh, and the free massage just for stopping in didn’t hurt either. :) Thank you Relax the Back!
