They are trying but they do not agree with why and where the noise is coming from. Wendy tells me they are a great nice couple. Maybe to get and others but she is not living above them and dealing with the man who obviously hates me. I mean come on I am 54 not 30. I hope he will calm down but the next morning he left and slammed the door as he left not once but twice. I saw his wife I the car. I will continue to just let it slip by but when one keeps pounding on your floor it dies get challenging. I hope for the best but realize he must be 20 and has not lived in apartments.

This apartment will do nothing to address issues that the law does not force them to do. Want your car towed because it is leaking oil or has a flat tire, Then rent here.
Is your air conditioner broke and your sweating well too bad that not an emergency at all to them.
Trust me I personally got my car towed. I personally had my air conditioner go out and after 7days nothing done to fix it. Sure rent here and pay outrageous prices and get told your not worth our help.

Terrible! Do not rent here. they are going to give you a price at move in but I guarantee you will not ever be billed the price you were told it would be again! You will always find yourself fined, charged fees for the most ridiculous things and then just run around when you try to resolve the issues. Even if you provide paperwork and proof showing the reason for disputing charges, they will ignore it and just bully you with their constant legal threats. DONT RENT HERE! Don’t let the nice complex make you overlook the red flags or warning signs! We have been here since summer 2014. Its okay! They are nice to you as long as your rent is paid on the first day of the month! Some pets are allowed! They have a duck pond, laundry room, pool, hot tub, and racquetball court! Every apartment is assigned one covered parking spot! Maintenance is done in a timely matter! (Cons) People smoke outside their door, and they don’t care to salt the parking lots when its iced.

The apartments are fine and grounds are maintained, but they gouged me at every opportunity and were never willing to find reasonable compromises.
Even though I moved out a day before my lease was up, they didn’t get around to processing my move out for three more days, so they sent me a bill for three extra days of «rent.»
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Stillwater is awesome. Very pet-​friendly! Stillwater loves dogs and dogs love Stillwater. Where else has installed poo bag stations throughout their community? Well done. Also, the resident ducks are hilarious to feed. Until they are all up on your feet giving you anxiety and flashbacks to Hitchcock’s The Birds.

The staff are demeaning women that use a smile when you first sign the lease but constantly will diminish and embarrass you at every turn.
Every new lease you sign has increased more and more rent. I had a window fixed on my front patio and they had it fixed with a third party glass company.
The third party glass company was very kind and when I asked how it was broke they said it could have been any number of ways.
The staff tried to claim that it was my patio chairs fault when I know that it was cracked before I had ANY patio furniture and tried to charge me for the price of repairs.
They did not tell me they would charge me before the repairs were made to allow me to get them done myself with a cheaper company.
When I went to the front office to say I wasn’t going to pay for the window the director Heidi told me that she can’t prove the break was my fault, called me a liar and said it would show a «lack of character» to not take care of it if it was my fault but she would take care of it.
I left the office feeling offended yet still did not have to pay for the repairs. All residents that I know either previously or from meeting them while living at the complex have complained constantly and can not wait to move out.
