Went to try wriggle’s for the first time and I thought it was perfect. Great friendly service and you can’t say anything better than fresh food. Definitely going back real soon.

I was driving from West Valley to the Sandy expo center for the Endurance Festival that I had a booth at and was just looking to stop somewhere for a quick breakfast. I avoid fast food places at all costs, not for health reasons specifically, but because they’re boring. I’ve had McDonald’s a million times, what is one more egg McMuffin going to teach me? So I stopped here at Wriggles because it was simply on the way. No prior research done. It’s a smaller joint that looks more accustomed to making breakfast and lunch wrap for corporate catered events. When I walked in there were two gentleman sitting in the front at a table but nobody behind the counter. One of the men shouted, «Rick, you got a customer!» A gentleman came running in from the back to kindly take my order. It wasn’t the fastest experience, so if you’re in a rush, this may not be your first option. While one of the gentleman was making my veggie breakfast wraps another gentleman stayed up front and chatted with me. He explained that their coffee is from Millcreek Brewing and is excellent. He asked if I had been there before, which I hadn’t. So he explained that he doesn’t use tortillas, but flatbread for his wraps since they’re vegan, organic and gluten free. Great! I don’t care about any of those things, but I’m sure there’s many that do. Then he said they serve their wraps in cups, also fine by me. I got my order and ran out the door. As I ate the wrap while standing up at the expo center, I felt what I was consuming was decently delicious. I also appreciated the men who served me, they were kind. I don’t quite get the whole wrap in a cup idea, as when I get to the end of the wrap I was squishing out the remaining flatbread and inside out of a paper cup. It wasn’t some mind blowing experience, but these are good local business owners and I think they beat any of the large chains any day. I may call them to cater our next work breakfast.

Wow. I was expecting to enjoy this, based upon the other reviews, but this was exceptionally good food. It’s easy to give this place 5 stars. I got the BBQ pork wrap, and my wife got the ½ wrap(chicken bacon) and soup combo. I couldn’t even finish my wrap, and I can eat a lot. My wife and I both loved the food, and the home made chicken noodle soup was the best we’ve ever eaten. Filling, delicious meal for two under $ 20. We will definitely be back. * If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, sit down place with ambience, this isn’t it. There’s limited seating and the music is fun and a little loud for the small space, but who really cares? If you want ok food where you pay to be waited on in a cozy booth, go somewhere else. If you’re more interested in getting awesome food for a great price, come here.

I have drove past this place many times, but never stopped. The high Unilocal rating finally brought me in. Wow do I regret not eating here before. I order the BBQ Pork wrap, service was quick, decently priced and the food was amazing! I will be eating here often from now on.

Was here for the first time. The BBQ Pork wrap is very good and has an interesting twist from a typical sandwich place. Their wrap is made in house and similar to a sandwich place they put the wrap in a cup and slip it into a bag. To get to this perfection the bag has to be peeled back and it will reveal the glorious wrap! Then the deliciousness begins!

Stopped in here while waiting for our car to be repaired. We walked in and were welcomed with kind smiles and excellent service! Along with the great customer service their food exceeded expectations. I made a build your own wrap and was very pleased that all the ingredients were fresh! A MUST for any salad or wrap is the cilantro-lime dressing, it brings it all together. If you are looking for a great fresh place to eat Wriggles is the spot!

I don’t normally write a review about a place after a single visit unless it’s amazing or awful. Lucky for me Wriggle’s is pretty amazing. This place checks all the boxes I look for in a quick lunch. 1. Local/family-owned 2. Fresh ingredients 3. Great service 4. Fair price The wrap I had today was awesome. I will be back for sure.

We had a book club lunch here. It’s not the coziest restaurant, but the food and friendly employees are great! Fresh, healthy meal options. Good prices. Fast for short lunch periods. Kind of difficult to find the first time.

This is the freshest sandwich in town. It is a wrap made with a delicious freshly baked Lebanese flat bread. It is placed in plastic cup and paper sack so you can eat it vertically. Just peel down the paper. The meats are cooked the night before abd shredded that morning. No processed meats. This is the best turkey in town and the veg is always fresh. The staff is friendly and it’s always clean.

Got the turkey bacon wrap to try their suggested wrap. Nothing negative to say, but nothing about it made me WANT to go back. Place was clean and service was fast and friendly. If you like wraps, you’d probably like this place. Flavor was good. As I said, nothing negative to say, but nothing making me want to convince you to try it either.

I root for places like this, I really do, small family run joints that are not in the ideal location, but trying something different to the market and keep it afloat on their own terms. It is hard for me root for this one with my dollars, though. Unlike the BBQ pork wrap, the turkey wrap I had was like a gigantic salad. When I did finally find the turkey(ratio was poor, at best), it was relatively tasteless, further reinforcing the idea of a salad. Lots of cilantro-lime ranch, which was fine, but this overall needs an adjustment. That adjustment, in my view, should be heat. Parading out bottles of sriracha is a start, I guess, but they really would do better, given the creaminess and BBQ nature of what’s there, of moving to a solid Louisiana-style sauce, maybe a nice Red Devil or even a Tennessee Sunshine. They could also add maybe a bottle of Habanero-Chipotle from Adobe Milling, all of which would work infinitely better to the bottles they currently have, which appears to be picked with little to no thought. Frankly, even the Texas Pete regular would have been fine. Maybe I’ll try to mix the BBQ pork and turkey if I ever go there again, but the food needs some help, in my view, a good solid push and there’s nothing there to provide it, so I won’t be in a hurry. It can be a nice change of pace and I’d encourage anyone to try it, but that facet by itself is just not quite enough for me.

A delicious alternative to fast food. The place is easy to get to & even though I got my order to go, there was plenty of room to sit down and enjoy your meal. The turkey guacamole wrap I had was delicious! Fresh flatbread, real turkey(not processed lunch meat), crunchy lettuce, real shredded cheese & housemade cilantro lime dressing. Super fast & friendly staff. They also have soups & salads that I’ll be back to try!

Wriggles was a surprise and a tasty surprise at that! I stopped here for lunch today and enjoyed a very good Turkey Bacon wrap with freshly ground turkey, ample amounts of bacon, lettuce and a great cilantro-lime ranch. You can add other vegetables if you’d like. They also offer shredded pork, chicken and roast beef and salads too. Their flatbread is only 140 calories, so it’s a much healthier option than most breads and it’s baked fresh everyday. The flatbread was a great medium for the wrap – I really liked it. With freshly based deserts and even breakfast wraps, Wriggles has a lot of options to enjoy. I’ll be back! I really want to try their breakfast wraps next time.

I really love when small businesses make an effort to have a product that is different and yet still recognizable. It’s also refreshing when they back it up with fantastic customer service. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. We had yummy fresh food and left feeling satisfied and we’ll cared for. We will definitely be back soon for the turkey bacon wrap with the cilantro lime ranch! Yum.

I just discovered this place recently and I’m glad I did because I needed something quick, easy, and somewhat healthy near work. It’s a small, family-run business and the menu is very short and sweet. There are three main wraps that they feature(plus standard breakfast ones): Turkey bacon, BBQ pulled pork, and a vegan one. As others have mentioned, it’s all wrapped in a thin flatbread, not tortilla(the owner makes sure to mention this to anyone who is a first timer). Along with the featured wraps, they have other options such as roast beef. hummus, etc. The turkey is moist and not your regular thinly sliced deli meat. It’s slow-roasted and flavorful. The pork is good but a little sweet for my taste. Add a bunch of fixings such as lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, banana peppers, jalapenos, pickles, as well as a few different sauces to complete your wrap! You can also get cookies(baked on site I believe) as well as chips, house-made soup, or salads. One thing that makes Wriggles stand out is the way they present their wraps. The bottom of the wrap is placed in a small plastic cup so that it doesn’t drip and your fillings don’t fall out everywhere. When you’re done, grab a fork and eat the rest of it! The price is on point with a full-sized wrap coming in at about $ 6 and it’s plenty big. I couldn’t even finish a whole one last time.
