Came in around 10:30 as this place was picking up for late breakfast-early lunch. There were 2 ladies manning the entire restaurant but they fully earned a 5 star rating. Seated quickly and drinks immediately. You could tell the lady cooking was dong drinks with her speed back and forth. And the waitress was super friendly and informative about the menu. I rolled the dice and ordered the most«questionable» item on the menu… buffalo shrimp wrap with bleu cheese and husband had a cedar wrap while our twin boys are eggs/bacon. My wrap was fantastic! I couldn’t believe how good it was. I also mentioned as we ordered that I wanted a piña colada shake to go when we paid… I forgot about it but in the utter chaos that the waitress was experiencing(my experience was rather pleasant as my kids colored in the books the provided) she remembered my shake! This is a small place probably 20 tables and is tucked away by the garden beach pier in between the arcade and ice cream shop… easy to miss but worth looking for… did I mention they have a full coffee menu and great drinks as well? Popped by the day before we are abc enjoyed a fancy cappuccino while walking the pier.

Coffee was fresh and yummy! Had a mix of the French toast with fruity cereal, waffles, fried chicken, etc. Everything was tasty and fresh, and it was cool to get some different menu items then the usual breakfast menu.

Definitely a must! I love getting the strawberry waffle they have! Very cute little café and the service is always good! I come here every year, 4 or 5 times while we’re here for meals, while vacationing with my family.

Took my Mother in today for Mother’s Day brunch and we both loved it. I ordered the sampler platter and she ordered an extra waffle and this was plenty of food for the 2 of us to share. Waffle and bacon were cooked perfectly and the hashbrowns were good too. Service was a little slow but in the end it was worth the wait.

Quite possibly the best breakfast ever. The menu includes the traditional items with some very fun creative twists. We ordered the traditional items and were very impressed. How did they do that? The hash browns were real shredded potatoes with perfect crispness and flavor. The sausage gravy was the right combination of rich creaminess and spice. The waffle was a beautiful golden color with a perfect texture. I hit the jackpot with the blondie latte(caramel and ?). The waiter was nice and personable who seemed to enjoy being there. The music was happy, which created a fun atmosphere.

Saw reviews on Unilocal so we decided to try it out. The service was exceptional. The Latte was off the hook. We had 3 different types. The food was very good. I would be coming back for sure

Good lattes! We had the pumpkin spice and bourbon vanilla. Husband enjoyed the Elvis waffles which had bananas, pecans and peanut butter sauce. I had the French toast which was good, but nothing special. Friendly service and opens at 8am.

OHMYGOODNESS! We stopped here for breakfast on our way back from MB to Charleston. AMAZING! Service was great, but the food was even better. We felt at home here. We had a 1 year old, 2 year old and 4 year old with us and they all ate every bit of their food. The boys loved the waffles on a sticks. They were crunchy when you bite into them but so fluffy inside. IFYOUAREREADINGTHISLISTENTOME! GETTHEWAFFLEON A STICK WITHSAUSAGEINSIDE. LIFECHANGING!

We found this location by searching online and sure glad we did! Michael and staff were wonderful and welcoming. Our food, the Fruity Pebbles Strawberry French Toast(they have a different name for it) and the Captain Crunch Chicken & Waffles with their own Maple Bacon syrup was YUM-AZING!!! This is a unique and fun location that is a «must» for any breakfast connoisseur.

I am absolutely in love with this place, it’s a definite must try in Murrell’s Inlet. Again, I have to thank Unilocal for this one, because talk about an unassuming location! Great food, absolutely amazing staff, and all around fantastic experience. It’s a cute little restaurant across from the Pier at Garden City, and it’s really a pretty basic place. The menu was creative, but not extravagant or ridiculous, and everything was just done extremely well. We stopped in for breakfast, my boyfriend opted for the french toast, which he said was the best french toast he’s ever had(and I have to agree). It was just basic french toast, but it was cooked to perfection and delicious. I settled on the Captain Crunch chicken tenders and .god were they amazing! The Captain Crunch almost scared me away, but I had to try it and I’m so happy I did. It really made the perfect coating for chicken tenders, I couldn’t believe how good they were. Not at all sweet like I was expecting, a definite must try. The shredded hash browns were also cooked and seasoned to perfection. do you see a trend here? Food aside, the service was prompt and probably the friendliest we had in South Carolina. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about this place and we can’t wait to go back!

What a hidden gem! The restaurant itself is really clean and well kept. The service is excellent! I had a vanilla cappuccino which was delicious! The food was affordable, the menu had a big selection, and the food was DELICIOUS! I had the ham and cheese waffle sandwich, amazing! The music was fun and they are so friendly. I would definitely go back!

Quaint little place close to the pier. In fact we walked out on to the pier after breakfast. The waffles were definitely good: Light crispy outside, soft fluffy inside. JJ had chicken and waffles which came with bacon bit syrup. I ate the sampler platter: waffle, 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, grits or hash browns and a side of gravy. The gravy was honestly almost better than my mom’s. It had small bits of sausage. I poured it on everything but the waffle. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars, was the service. It seemed just a tad scattered who our server would be. When the food arrived, the gentleman tried to serve all of it to the table across from us. You would think if the first plate didn’t go to the other table, neither would the second. Everything was clean, quiet, and inviting.

Waffle & Sausage on a stick, enough said. Well, Unilocal wants this to be longer so… the atmosphere was very cozy yet bright, colorful artwork on all of the walls, the music was nostalgic, perfect oldies reminiscent of driving to the beach with your parents singing in the front seat. Baskets of salt water taffy and timeless candies line the bar while locally made delights are sold above. The coffee was GREAT! Finally a locally roasted REAL cup of coffee! The food was perfect. Not the place to go if you want quantity over quality, it was just perfect. The staff was so sweet and kind, being greeted and seated by Kenny Rodgers look alike was a nice touch.

Loved their breakfast. Everything tastes homemade and the waffles are out of this world good. My husband had the waffledogs(hotdogs with waffle batter) and bacon syrup. It was so delicious

The cheese grits are just grits with cheese on top. The grits themselves were good though, traditional southern consistency. The flavors of the food was pretty normal stuff, not much stood out. They are rated as a good brunch spot but they don’t serve anything unique for brunch… It’s just a later breakfast you can get. I was hoping for a brunch as in bloody Mary’s, cantaloupe, fried green tomatoes, etc… Nope. On the plus side the prices were very affordable(many around $ 5) & an a la carte menu which was nice. The waffle-on-a-stick was very delicious and was pretty much the only noteworthy thing for myself. My dad liked the coffee beans he was able to buy in bulk bags, the local beanery he was looking for. Our server was kind and prompt and we appreciated his work. As for the food it was so-so for breakfast… Certainly not a real traditional brunch.

If you want CHICKENANDWAFFLES, THISISTHEPLACETOBE! Dont let the Captain Crunch Chicken tenders scare you. It is so good and it’s not at all too sweet. I really enjoyed it, and I’m even more happy to find this hidden gem. I’ve lived here all my life… shame on me!!!

Don’t let the«fish» on the sign scare you off no preaching here just down home good eatin. The food here is wonderful, servings generous and staff extremely friendly. They serve probably the best grits and gravy I have ever tasted and their specials are imaginitive and fun. I had their confetti french toast, who would have thought french toast coated in Fruity Pebbles with strawberry compote could be so good. Lastly their coffee is the best in the area, so good I bought a pound of the ground coffee to take home with me.
