An unethical business far beyond any I have ever dealt with before. My elderly parents were looking for specific lenses for their pre-existing canned lighting. Tyler took a deposit of $ 20 and assured them she could order them. That was in November of 2014. She told them she would call when they arrived in a couple of weeks. Between an out of town wedding and an illness in the family, my parents were unable to stop in and check on the status of their order. Early February 2015 they finally stopped in and were told that although the lens covers were shipped, they could not find them. Instead of returning their $ 20 deposit, she then suckered my dad into buying new canned LED lights that did not fit. She charged an additional $ 35. So now my parents were $ 55 in the hole, for lights that wouldn’t fit. Not to mention, these lights cost about $ 35 — $ 40 for a pair at Lowes. So I’m guessing Tyler felt like the $ 20 deposit was hers because she had to work so hard to swindle my parents. When my father and I tried to return the lights for the total of $ 55, the sales associate said she was not authorized to do refunds and that we would have to come back the next day when Tyler would be in. I was unable to go back the following day however my parents did. Basically, Taylor at first tried to avoid refunding any money. She said the lens covers were a special order. Then she told my parents she would only offer in store credit for the lights she sold them because she could have sold them while my parents had them at their house. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous? She did end up returning the $ 20 deposit because the specially ordered lens covers never did arrive, however, she refused to return the additional $ 35 and would only give in store credit. Long story short… if you want to be over charged, spoken to like a three year old and not be able to return an item and actually get your cash back, I would suggest the extra few miles to Lowes or Home Depot. At least they have reasonable return policies and they aren’t shysters. I’m guessing Tyler can’t give refunds because she manages her business so poorly that she has your money spent on paying for her overstocked showroom where the product just isn’t moving. Laura C. is right… one star is even over rating this company, however you can’t select zero.

We ordered a light fixture in December and paid in full at the time of order. When it arrived, we picked up the box and gave it to our electrician to install. Unfortunately, it was the wrong item and it was missing a piece of hardware. I have tried unsuccessfully since then to get the missing piece of hardware. TYler, who says she is a co-owner has the worst custom er service skills. DOesnt follow through and only once has she kept her word about calling back. Today when I called completely frustrated about the lack of follow up from last week, a woman named King actually mimiced me when I said Yeah… in response to her telling me that I would have a call back from Tyler. We decided to keep the fixture in spite the fact that it was not what we ordered but at least make it an effort to get the missing piece. DOnt tell me how hard it is «being stuck in the middle» Take care of your customers. One star was too much for their rating
