Finally found an honest appliance company. Bob, the technician and owner, had my ac fixed the same day after having a different company out that tried to sell me an entire system and said it couldn’t be repaired. The funny thing is I almost believed the other company and bought the new system. Bob fixed the issue and saved me thousands. I found out that this is a family owned business that has been in the area for over 35 years. It’s nice to know there are still honest and hard working companies out there!

My wife scheduled an appointment to repair our oven, the“tech” showed up acting a «little weird» which made my wife uncomfortable without the needed tools, then tells her, «you will have to call the office to reschedule next week» we have 4 children to cook for and we already waited a week. The tech couldnt care less, and left. My wife called me and told me what happened, i called the office and asked to have a“tech” get the tools he needed and turn & burn back to fulfill our week long appointment! She said, talking over me, «call somebody else if you cant wait!» Hey! No problem!!! I had to give a star? Thank you «Appliance Quick NO SERVICE»

I’m so glad I found this company. Our washer started acting up last night. I called them this morning and they were booked solid. Being up against the holiday, I expected this. However, Stephanie managed to work us in this morning. When Bob got here, he checked out the different cycles, and it seemed to work fine. Not sure what was wrong with the washer, but it’s okay now. The washer is less than two years old and this is the second time there’s been a problem. We will definitely call them if we need appliance repairs in the future. He even gave me some tips on buying our next washer.

Hector fixed my dishwasher and I highly recommend asking for him. He was fast & explained everything in detail. He also went over simple maintenance to prevent future clogs. Very impressed!
