What the heck! Every time we come here now, we literally wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes or so even though there are only two cars in front of us!!!

Again PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY THESE PEOPLE WORK AT FAST FOOD CHAINS. The Mexican lady messed up my order and her names carmen. I went back and she told me to leave I’m allergic to mayo and told them that. She then tells me to call her manager with an issue and gives me a fake number. I’m going to corporate this is ridiculous. I shouldn’t expect much from fast food but to be blatantly disrespected is gross.

Sucky service. Twice now I’ve been in in the morning around 8:45 or so and had to stand there forever before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. This morning as I walked up a gentleman who was already standing there got pissed and left muttering about I guess no one works here. So I stood there for about five minutes then asked the girl in the back if anyone was going to take my order and she just motioned to me to wait a minute then yelled for the girl. So after a few more minutes I too left. Will be my last time to this location.

We just went here with the family and the service is always great. Whoever manages this Carl’s really emphasizes good service. If there is a delay they apologize, they greet you with a smile and never get our order wrong. They even help us with discounts when we don’t know they are available. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 is the playground area and bathrooms have a little wear and tear, but what place doesn’t.

My biscuit would have been awesome if i needed a hockey puck instead of breakfast. Its amazing how «freshly made» they are made out to be, yet its clear here that someone left it in the microwave too long. Probably because it was old and cold. I couldnt even bite into it. Not to mention, it was a fiasco just ordering one simple meal. At least the hashbrowns are ok. I will just keep driving on next time.

Good service good food especially with sunday coupons. There is a playground but was not to noisy. Never been crowded but don’t know if it’s good or bad. much better than dirty jack in box on antelope

This Carl’s is awful!!! When I happen to eat fast food, I go here because it’s close to home. The past three times, I’ve ordered a turkey burger no cheese, no onion. All three times they have put cheese on my burger! This is extremely frustrating because I am a breast feeding mom, and my son is highly sensitive to dairy. Super disappointed.

Can’t even comment on the food, been stuck in the drive through for 15 minutes, with only 2 cars in front of me the entire time.
Only came to this one because it was in the way home, huge mistake. If there is a Carl’s closer to you, definitely go to that one…
This one is so slow!!!
Update: 19 minutes in the drive trough, two cars in front of me with only 1 person per vehicle… and not a single apology or explanation from the girl at the window
when I finally pulled up.
Inexcusable, lost my business.

Fast service at the drive thru. I ordered a western burger combo. Everything was in the bag. The Burger was great. I upgrade to criss cut fries everytime, way better than the regular fries.

Service at this Carl’s Jr. is the best I’ve seen at any fast food restaurant. The staff are all very polite and helpful. They are running around mopping floors that are already clean, asking if everything is to my satisfaction and picking up trays for customers that have finished their meals.
I felt like I walked into pleasantville. Still in shock.

The workers are always friendly. Food is always good. Inside is clean and my son loves the play place. I do recommend the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich, they are so good!

5 stars for the service, Carmen was very polite and helpful. She had a sense of urgency with fulfilling my family’s request & it was very appreciated since you don’t see that everyday especially at a fast food place. Brooke was nice too. 3 stars for the food… because what do you expect… it is fast food after all and it’s hit or miss, this time the food was eh but the customer service was great.

When I lived in Menifee, this was my carls jr of choice. Recently I stopped in for lunch, they are very friendly. The one employee Tiffany gave the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. She was friendly, while making her rounds wiping down tables she would ask if I needed anything, always with a smile… Star employee. Wish more restaurants were like that lol.
I give it a 4 out of 5 because the bathroom was a bit gross.

Our girls loved it, and said they’d give it a 5. As for me, I’m not a fan of fast food, and rarely eat it, but were on our way to Big Bear, and the kids were screaming that they were hungry, so we stopped in.
Best part (for us) was the play structure; the kids loved it, and their kids meals, too. I tried to order healthy, so got the turkey burger wrapped in lettuce — the picture looked so tasty, but it was awful — a pasty flavorless pressed meat patty; inedible. On a positive note, my hubby enjoyed his Six Dollar Burger w/​guac and bacon.
Will we be back? Maybe; the girls want to make it a road trip tradition.
