Go somewhere else!!! The staff that works here don’t know anything about the products that they sell. Sara E and Joselin were horrible. Sara became problematic when I questioned her ability to perform her job as her product knowledge was lackluster. Not knowing what products you are selling is not a good answer in a customer service based business. When I asked to speak to a higher authority, such as a manager or supervisor, I was told that they are off on the weekends. What business run effectively, especially on the weekend, without management supervision. To make a very long story short, they never once apologized and seemed to think that Sara’s behavior was appropriate. How can you work and you don’t know anything, but the cash register. Plus get an attitude with paying clients!!! Oh and to add insult to injury, she rang up my sisters items onto my purchase!!! Wtf!!! I just paid for everything not even knowing that my sisters items were included!!! Once we realized what happened, we pointed it out. Once again she gave us nothing but attitude as if it were our fault that she can’t even process my order correctly in the register… Because of this entire situation, I just said forget it, took a picture of those two unprofessional people and left. UGH!!!

I like the products although some of the products should have a lower price point due to competitive local and online deals. One star rating due to poor customer service from a new employee (unsure how to spell her name) Sarahy. Although she is a new employees she was unaware of the products the company sold and as this was addressed she became rude. She rang my product up with another customers. I’m furious because she didn’t offer to reverse the transaction after she made the mistake. We asked for the manager or the managers number or card and Sarahy gave it but with a smug comment. Another employee Jocelyn who was not a Manager came to defuse the situation. She helped slightly. She gave her name and I asked for the other employees name but, could understand what Jocelyn said. Sarahy stated, «that’s Sarah with a Y.» Also with much attitude.
I’m not sure who manages these ladies or why they were hired to represent this store but this is very poor representation. I work customer service and patient service for over 12 yrs and this display today was unexcusable.

It’s like a candy store here!!! I love this place to get professional salon products a t a wholesale price! That’s because I’m a soon to be Esthetician.

I need a Goldwell color rep to call on me. The store gave me the wrong # I called again and told them They gave me the same # again. I guess I will call Goldwell direct.

HORRIBLE WOMEN!!! I have shopped at this store in Murrieta for over 4 years now. The «ladies» (God Help Me) in this store are beyond RUDE. I knew before I entered from a previous visit it might happen and over a year later still RUDE. Go to Escondido-​the ladies there are pleasant human beings-​even when you need return an item or forget your card.

I’m so sad about this. I just moved to the area, this is the only cosmoprof around and my experience is always not good. They have frequently been out of the item I am there for. That aside there is a female employee that I always work with there who is rude, not helpful, and always makes everything a challenge. I was talking to one of my co-​workers and she was just telling me about a run in with that same employee. It’s at the point I want to try to figure out her schedule so I don’t have to deal with her anymore.

Very unhelpful and snotty staff. Limited supplies. Went to return an item and the guy behind the counter was beyond rude.

The staff is great, fast, efficient and always on top of their product knowledge. Amy, the assistant manager, is on top of it especially when my blow dryers go bust! All of her recommendations have been exceptional and thanks to her and her staff, they make my visits worth coming in for and allow me to leave stress free when it comes to figuring out color formulas and styling product picks! Thank you ladies and gentleman, you guys are an A+ staff!

I recently accompanied a friend who is a salon professional and had NO idea this place existed so close to home. Only salon professionals are able to shop here, I learned. So, if you know someone, treat them to lunch or something and make an afternoon visit here while they’re on their supply errand. It’s near the Ross/​Toys R Us shopping center, further back and not immediately visible. Friendly and helpful staff! Great selection of products and some fun and affordable deals I never would have expected on some of these higher end salon products! Able to help breast cancer awareness on several items purchased, which was even more shopping purpose besides saving $$$; there were some amazing deals too hard to pass up. Kendra, Bed Head, Joico, Ciate, O. P. I. China Glaze, Chi, Hot Tools, Etc. and the list goes on and on and on. I hope to return on my friend’s next visit :) I can’t imagine shopping at any other beauty supply store again and not cringe at their markups. I included a photo collage of a few items I found and able to get on this visit and compared them to the online prices I normally paid, unaware of the differences until now.
