One of, if not the only store that sells the«KENRA» line of hair products, KENRA #5 is the only product I put in my hair and smells amazing my wife thanks me every time I have it on. All my experiences here have been wonderful and the staff have always been professional and very helpful!

Had everything I wanted and more so the trip there was worth it. For what I had to get they had It, so no more going to San Diego for it. Yeppiee.

This is a nice place. It is one of the few places I can find most of the natural haircare products I use in one place. The service is always prompt and pleasant(even when I call on the phone to make sure everything I want is in stock) and they are always willing to answer questions I have. The only bad thing is that I wish they would not store their natural products right in front of the window. I saw several of the Kinky-Curly line of products(they are in clear containers — most of the natural products are) have been discolored from the constant sunlight. They should at least put uv film over the windows or move the products in dlear containers away from them.

I go to Options for a cut and color for the convenience. But for what you pay for, I really can’t recommended it anymore. There is only water offered(on occasion). My stylist Kim is constantly on the phone, or family & friends visit, and she will actually stop working to speak to someone she knows. It takes 2 ½ to 3 hours for a cut and color. Nothing ever changes, even when I ask for a new look, I come out with the same cut and color.

The Good: — Options is conveniently located — They have a good amount of parking — They have a lot of great products — They have a couple stations for doing hair The Bad: –There is no one in the salon area. There’s no sign that states if they’re able to take walk-ins or when they may be available for appointments. — Some of the same types of products are placed together while with others, you have to trek back & forth across the large store as they are all spread out. The Ugly: They are very veclept in the customer service department. — I called ahead & asked if they were located next to Henry’s. I was actually LAUGHEDAT followed by a condescending«No, that’s not us», and then dead silence. She did then decide to say where they were at so I figured I’d overlook it and try to pick up what I needed. My bad… — When my friend who came with me & I walked in, three gals were chit-chatting and proceeded to just stare at us. It was as if we were interrupting them – by coming in to give them money. A moment later one of them woke up & greeted us. — The oldest of the gals was making phone calls by the aisles for us all to hear. Later she literally turned her back on my friend when she went to ask a question. she chose to talk on the phone instead. And she couldn’t muster up even a «Hello» when I came up to pay. — When asked about a certain type of product, a younger gal just walked away to look for them, not communicating if she was coming back or if we were to follow her. We followed & she took off to the other side of the store…
For beauty supply stores, tons of places have products on shelves and ring them up. But it’s the consideration & service that sets this type of business above the rest. It was a blessing in disguise that they showed their true colors quickly, not wasting much of my time or money. Kudos for that.
