Since I’m fairly new to the whole CrossFit environment, it would be unfair for me to compare them to other boxes in the area. But I can say without a doubt that they are one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. From the coaching staff all the way up to the owner. Jon, Jen, Aaron, Robert, and even the other Wayne all have amazingly different coaching styles, but each one manages to push you beyond your limitations every class. I don’t think I could have imagined finding such an amazing place!

Overload provides a great environment for anyone. The ownership has graciously worked with a local youth football team. Offering personal training with a cross fit philosophy. As a result the boys are more fit than every and ready for there season. Overload is not only the best but the most affordable.

I moved up to this area in December of 2013. I needed to find a new Crossfit home. So I gave this Box a try. I have been here a year now, and I love it! My wife and kids are now going to Crossfit and couldn’t be happier. The workouts are always challenging and the staff is always pushing you to better yourself. Lots of coaches around when you are working out, to make sure you don’t hurt yourself. Also any level can join. I see new people all the time, and. they almost always stick around for the long haul. It’s very addicting. Give it a TRY!!!

I have been a guest there for a few workouts using the free trial period. Cool place — I am impressed and will be joining. I’m reasonably fit for my age, but don’t have the proper mechanics down yet. The coaches have been very helpful and supportive of me as a beginner, which was welcoming. The last thing I wanted was to feel like I was in over my head, which I didn’t feel at all. I felt comfortable there, and am ready for the challenge.

My son really enjoys this place and the people. They also have wifi which he love while waiting for his class. A good choice to any kid who is an athlete. The staff is super nice and will to work around injuries and schedules.

You can do a week free to see if this gym is for you. If you are new to working out or out of shape, no worries. The coaches work with you to modify any movement so that you can complete the work out and still challenge yourself. The facility is very simple and yet has everything you need. From kettle bells to ropes climbs to heavy weights.
