COMPLETE Scam Overall just to get you to purchase a $ 3,000 Vacuum!!! Which is NOT what its worth! I saw them online for the most was $ 600. They make you feel Dirty if you do NOT purchase one, which I was a huge push over and fell for it and now stuck with payments of 150/​month and ive been trying to call for days and getting no answer to cancel. Left about 3 voicemails., and NOTHING.
Such horrible mis-​leading SCAM for a KIRBY.

I spoke with the lady who called saying im in a sweepstakes to win a thousand dollars and that they would like to offer a free cleaning of one room in my house. We spoke for 15 minuts and she assured me it was completely free and really got me excited to have them over. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. When there rep showed up he looked a little shady but i did not want to judge a book by the cover so i let him in and showed him the area where he could clean. He had it in his notes that i already had a kerby vacuum and he asked to see it. I showd him the vacume and he started to explain that he works for kerby and letting me know about purchase options. I told him that i was happy with my vacuum and right then his whole deminer changed. I agin showd him the small area in my kitchen that he could clean and he sat there with a dumbfounded look on his face and said well you know I’m here to basically show u a vacume and see if u would like to buy one. I told him the lady in the phone said you were coming to clean one room for free and explained it as if i was getting the service as to help with there advertising and telling me that its there way of giving back to the community all they wanted is for me to keep them in mind when i need my carpets or floors cleaned. He agin just sat there with a blank stare and i could completely tell he was uninterested in any thing i had to say. It was a really uncompfortable feeling sitting in silence for close to a minut or two. It really made me feel like i was in the wrong for wanting my floor cleaned and no one should ever feel uncomfortable in there own home or take the time out of my weekend to set an appointment for someone to clean my floors and have them show up and be bothered that i dont want to buy anything. so with the uncomfortable feeling and seeing him tell me that he is here to sell me something rather than getting to work on the area they prommised. I asked him to leave and he said ok. He did not want to stay and work. If he was professional he would have at the least at that point told me that he was going to make good on there company prommis and spend the ten minuts to clean the area. I might have considered a purchase after seeing the peoduct work or at the least tipped him and also left a great review on Unilocal.He wanted a quick sale and did not want to work for it. They conacted me i never asked for any of it. I will never agin let them in my home and i would not recommend them to any one. It is a scam just to get in ur home and sell u a vacume. They are dishonest and waisted my time when i could have been out with my family rather than waiting there fir this debacle of a situation.
