If you are looking to buy large appliances I DONOT recommend Sears, not so much the product itself but if you want it delivered after you pay for it GOODLUCK, husband took off a entire day of work to wait for it to be delivered and it never showed … After calling numerous times and being told they will be out in the next few hours after waiting till 9PM and no one showed up or had any record of us calling to check status and explain step by step directions to get to my house. I like to think I’m very patient and don’t get upset easily but setting up my delivery to receive my fridge 5 days before I have my house warming party and I HAVE to have a fridge only to call to check the status of delivery AGAIN and find out someone just canceled my order and I won’t be receiving a refund for up to 14 days to even get my money back so I can take my business somewhere else. I hope your experience was better because for me all they want to do is make a sale and no one cares if you ever receive your appliance that you PAID for because once you call you don’t deal with the store you deal with most people that barely speak English and if you ask for a manager or superviser they will either tell you that don’t have anyone or they will put you on hold for 15 – 20 minutes so you will just hang up. Thought it would be better service to call the store and speak with their manager but you only get told by an associate that they will call you back in 5 – 10 minutes, 2 days later no one has called. I WILLNEVERSHOPORRECOMMENDSEARSTOANYONE!!!

I have bought a refrigerator and a treadmill, the product and service is very good. No complaint at all. If we buy any appliance Sears is our best option.

Bought a mattress at Sears in Temecula– worst experience I’ve ever had with any purchase! Took over 6 weeks to get my bed! Every time I called, I would get an, Sorry– you need to call the delivery company and when I would call the delivery company of course I would get, Sorry– you need to call Sears! Spoke to my mom about my horrible experience, she said the same thing happened when she purchased an appliance there last summer. Don’t shop at Sears!!!

We purchased a GE dish washer from Sears in April 2014. We purchased a protection agreement for a hefty price. About 6 months after purchasing my dishes were no longer getting clean. In Nov we had our first repairman here, who could not seem to find a problem. Since then we have had our 5th service call out to our home with yet another part(5th) ordered!!! In the past 6 months I have been forced to do my dishes by hand due to the appliance either being broke down, or waiting for a part or dishes just plain not being cleaned. I have now been informed today that yet another part will be ordered and of course another 2 week wait! I am frustrated & angry beyond words!!! This has been a total waste of money for us. The dishwasher & their protection(warranty) both have been a total rip off! My mistake, I should have known better! I was totally cheated when they sold me a Whirlpool wásher about 9 years ago! After I bought it I discovered there was a class action suit against it and of course by the time I figured this out… I was about a month to late to get included in that. Moral of the story: STAYAWAYFROMBUYINGAPPLIANCE S @ SEARS¡!!! They sell junk!!! I’m done!

People in the appliance department sucked, sales folks were lazy, manager was rude. Take the extra drive somewhere else

Normally I would not be caught dead at a Sears however they had a last minute Bday item in stock. The people there were helpful. Also noticed they had designer fragrances for men maybe I’ll pick some up whenever I need a new lawnmower, tools, or refrigerator.
