Macy’s

I went to Macy’s yesterday 6÷25÷2016 to return a Michael Kors wallet. Well Denise the Macy worker helped me so much so make me happy I didn’t have a receipt or any tickets foe this wallet. She called her manager and they looked it up on my sons credit card and found it and said it can have full credit for it. Denise was amazing. So I bought another wallet and only owing a little bit of money. Denise was just great for event his she did to satisfy me. She was great.

My fiancé went to Macy’s last week to look for the pink dress shirt. He found one but they didn’t have the right size, so he ordered one his size and had it sent home. When it arrived, it was packaged perfectly… Except the black ink type stain it came with. Very disappointed it wasn’t checked properly.

I recently made a mattress purchase at Macys, Temecula Promenade Mall. I can’t begin to tell you what an amazing and outstanding experience it was, from beginning to end. Wow… people shop all the time for great customer service. Lisa Gillespie was our first contact in the department and she made our job very easy. Who knows how to pick a mattress, and give the mattress test? Lisa does!!! She was very informative and helpful, and went above and beyond the job requirements. Needless to say, the customer service carried over to the delivery, which was painless! Did you ever have those deliveries where you have to stay home for 4 hours, and then find out they are going to be late? Well, these guys went the extreme and even put on the bed skirt after they vacuumed. Can you believe it? I kid you not. Buy from Macys and see for yourself. Also, with the discounts and interest free financing they offer, it’s even better than the mattress stores. Trust me, I did my homework.

Very impressed with the service and product! I got a quote for my groomsmen’s clothes. When I came back with all their measurements and money there was a problem but they were very helpful and willing to work through the problem with me. If you want to be treated good then you definitely want to go here.

Just left Macy’s and bought 2 pairs of jeans and I had such amazing customer service from Leslie. you are lucky to have her Macy’s :)

I was a very annoyed in Macy’s today. I went in to return 2 items that didn’t work out for my son. I stood at the counter without being greeted. Watching and waiting for the woman walking around to even acknowledge me. After standing there a few minutes I did notice her helping a man try on coats and I also noticed that the area had been rearranged. The last time I was here, what is now Ralph Lauren men’s used to be apart of kids/​babies. So I stood there a while longer just waiting and still nothing.
What irritated me the most was the fact that she was facing me but still never said anything. So I looked for another register and walked over to the one that is actually set up «for kids» and was assisted by Cristy. I have been helped by her before and I do not like her. She needs to learn how to smile and greet customers and act like she wants to be there helping people. She’s always standoff-​ish and has a snobby looking face. Her face gives off the impression she has an attitude and today she was no different. At the end of our transaction, I said thanks. She said nothing back. I then said thank you, and still nothing. She continued looking down at the register or the counter. I then said «CRISTY! .Thank You!» And left the store. Then she says oh I’m sorry and tried to play it off like she didn’t know I was talking to her.
I was having a great morning until I walked into this store. The experience literally just ruined my mood. Macy’s you need to get these people in check with some updated customer service training or just let them go. They are definitely NOT an asset to the company!

I went shopping here for shoes and had a great experience. The sales associate that helped me was friendly and kind. She went searching around the entire shoe section to find the shoe I was looking for. She wasn’t pushy or hovering either. After not finding any shoes in the general section, I went to Finish Line to check out the converse. The guy who helped me out was nice and checked in on me to see how they fit. I ended up purchasing the converse (black high tops) and we signed up for the rewards card. The cashier who rang us up at Finish Line was also very friendly and respectful. I will be coming here again!

Andy in the men’s dept is top notch. Best in the business customer service. 10 out of 5 stars. Ask for him when you shop at Macys. He is unbelievably genuine and over the top helpful. Make him a manager please!

This rating is for the worrynomore warranty and the quality of my Natuzzi Italian leather couch. First, DO NOT BUY the worrynomore warranty is covers nothing and is not an extension of the manufacturers warranty. The Macys agents sell it as extension of the warranty and was sold to me as such when I bought these couches. When I called worrynomore they ask you to explain the problem, they record you… then they tell you you’re not covered. On their website you cannot put any comments and the service is horrible. Basically the agent hung up on me when I complained about her service level!
Second, I paid $ 4200 dollars for these couches and foam is starting to crumble and the ottoman is starting to sink on 1 side from very light usage. The leather is holding but the structure is bad quality. Macys left me high and dry because manufacturers warranty is only 2 years. Im still shocked! I’ve spent over $ 20k in furniture with macys throughout the years and blown away by the fact that they are willing to lose my business over this… Jeromes and Mor offer extensions of manufacturers warranty… I’m sick to my stomach over this…

Thanks Adrienne for going above and beyond for me and my daughters when we were trying to put together an outfit in a hurry. Your are truly a professional. Love this Macys. I like walking in to a store being confident I will find something I like. Not always the case at other department stores.

They are understaffed and the customer service is horrible! I waited 40 minutes in the watch/​jewelry department… then for them not to help me. Never coming here again… Temecula needs a Nordstrom!!!

I got super lost in the maze of all the different entrances of Macy’s. I was in a lot of pain physically and didn’t feel like I could take another step to try and find the exit in which I had entered the store… To my great fortune, I tapped on the right ladies shoulder to ask if she could help me figure out where my exit was.
Julie didn’t hesitate one moment, she got on the phone with the Malls security, and arranged for them to pick me up and drive me to my car.

I used to work at Macy’s down in UTC back in 2007 so I know how the return policy works and the sales and such. It’s still one of the best places to shop for my husband. A few weeks ago, my husband and i came here to get him some new sweaters. They didn’t have the size he wanted, so the lady went to the back room to look and got him one in his size.
We went to the woman’s department (separate location in the mall) and my husband found some clothes he liked on me. I tried them on and ended up buying them as well. My husband’s Macy’s card was expired so he couldn’t use it, but the cashier gave us the 20% coupon anyway since she saw we were going to use our Macy’s card. I thought that was really nice of her.
To top it off, we went to our car and realized neither one of us had the keys so we went back to the men’s department and the lady that helped us with the sweaters had them at the register for us.

Jolyn in impulse always goes above and beyond with her customer service and tracks down items for me from other stores. Always very friendly and knowledgable.

Visited the woman’s shoe dept and was impressed with their service, there was nothing on the floors and this area was kept clean and organized. The guys that brought out the shoes were nice and didn’t keep us waiting, very good experience.

I love how easy it is to return items in store, even when they’ve been purchased online. Lost your receipt? No problem. They can find your purchase via the credit card you used. I’m always impressed when I shop here. Excellent customer service. I never walk out frustrated.

I shop at this Macy’s a couple times a month. The brand selection can’t really be beat if you have a preference for quality, and the fact that they are pretty much constantly running a sale makes it a lot easier on the wallet.
My customer service experience is pretty much limited to men’s suits and shoes, but it has been exceptional. In particular, Craig has helped me out more times than I can count, and has never seemed hassled by the fact. Whether it’s an honest opinion on a brand, a suggestion for a matching piece, or just simply a return, Craig is eager and happy to help.

I had an outlandish experience when trying to purchase an item during a pre-​sale event. It was so wild that I had to cancel my pre-​sale item to deal with the issue. The issue was independent of Macy’s, nor under Macy’s control. However, Macy’s stepped up and took responsibility even though it was clearly not there’s to take.
To ensure that I was a happy camper they offered Macy’s money as a thank you for attempting the transaction.
Clearly this company stands alone when it comes to customer satisfaction. Truly above and beyond.
