I love Flame Broiler.
Its a great covenient healthier option for fast food that actually taste good too.
I normally get the mini half and half bowl with brown rice. It seems like it would be small but its actually plenty of food. Its half chicken and half beef. I also get broccoli with mine. It’s all protein mainly so it can definitely fill you up.
I like the food better here, but Waga Grill (similar concept) has more options. Try the dark (like teriyaki) sauce with your bowl. It adds some great flavor.

After a hard workout, this is where I like to go. I get the Works which has chicken and steak. It’s not a meal unless I douse it in their hot sauce which I really like.

I can only give this Murrieta Flame broiler a two star even so I come here before more often, I was just thinking maybe the small portion was the server, who ever made or cook the food I order rib and mostly all my order was all bone and with no meat or barely have, so I compare the same flame broiler on Temecula by outside mall and thank god this place is friendly and give a smile on your face the portion wasn’t serve out of greed and I love it.

I come here frequently, but the last 2 times my bowls have been pretty skimpy. They claim its because the bowls are bigger, but that just not true. The portions are much smaller and not really worth the price anymore. I’ll try the one in Temecula to see if they have changed there portions. if so I’ll start going to Waba instead.

My family used to come here often. We came in today and they changed their bowls and along with it, the amount of chicken and rice they give you in the mini-​bowl. The mini bowl we ordered literally came with 6 small pieces of chicken and ¾ rice of what it used to be. It used to be a good value but we won’t be back.

The great thing about Flame Broiler is that they are consistent, doesn’t matter which location you go to it always tastes the same, which is a good thing. I got my usual chicken bowl with green onions and my honey got the beef bowl, both delicious and filling. Service was good, 4 stars.

I came by on one of my routes and intended on joining my family at Yogurtland, but the instant that I saw Flame Broiler next to them, I craved their rice bowl. Immediately stepping in, it is one of the tidier and cleaner Flame Broiler venues I’ve visited. Staff is welcoming and very nice. I’m a little late on knowing about their bowls and enjoying them, but since a friend got me into this place I enjoy their rice bowls whenever I can. I recommend any of their chicken bowls or plates and opt for the additional cost of ALL WHITE MEAT. Sometimes I go the brown rice route, but I definitely prefer the white rice. Menu is minimal but just enough and tasty! Their Magic Sauce is a light teriyaki glaze/​sauce and a perfect condiment for their bowls. Enjoy!

Overall a nice experience. Hard to find places to eat somewhat healthy these days. Great selection of veggies and chicken bowls. The dinning room could have been kept a bit cleaner (dirty floors and scattered trash throughout). I will be back :)

Coming to Flame Broiler brings back memories of the throngs of college students in SD waiting to get their healthy and budget-​friendly chicken and brown rice bowls topped with green onions. While the lines don’t quite wrap around the corner at this location, it is frequently busy. The product is still good and reasonably priced. And yeah, that sauce.

Pretty darn good beef and chicken bowls. I love japanese rice and they give you a lot with sqeeze bottles of sweet soy teriyaki sauce whic is awesome cause i never get enough! The seem to emphasize being health concious but the chicken is quite charred fyi.

What a great healthier option for Chinese food!
Came here on a Wednesday during lunch time and ordered the Chicken Mini Bowl and it was the perfect amount of vegetables and Chicken. It comes with green onions, broccoli, carrots rice and meat. So yum! And I wasn’t super full after eating either which I loved.
It does get crazy in this shopping center so parking can kinda get interesting around lunch time. I would just park across the way near Sams Club and just walk over and save the frustrations!
Can’t wait to come back and try their other healthier options!

I used to love this place but now I feel differently! They are reducing their portions. I just recently went and ask for chicken bowl no veggies. The meat did not even cover half of the rice… So the bowl has rice and meat on top but this time is was so little not even a child can get full. I love portion control places but this was ridicules. This has happened before to a family member and I didn’t believe them at first. Now I am not a fan of flame broiler anymore. I will find another Teri chicken place!!! a
