It’s A Grind

First impressions very inviting coffee /​net café! Friendly atmosphere, subdued background music, comfortable chairs, cosy nooks, and tables. Staff is very hospitable, friendly and attentive! Wide selection of various coffee drinks, hot and cold! Noise level at this time is quite so people can talk to one another in normal voice level!

Was on my way home and stopped here for some coffee. Grabbed three drinks and try all were awful. There was only one barista working and a lot of traffic, so that could be the reason why it was such a bad experience, unfortunately.

Quaint little spot with a cozy atmosphere and a wide variety of coffees and pastries. I love the cozy seats and setup at this location! It definitely has that coffee-​shop-​feel that you read about in books.

Back after 3 months. The barristrrss that everyone raves about is gone. The new one is also very friendly and works hard to fill orders despite the lack of help.

We got a total of 3 drinks, and not 1 out of the 3 drinks was even descent. The 2 caramel lattes we got taste like hot milk with no caramel or espresso. Not to mention they they filled a quarter of our cup up with coffee, and the rest was foam. Way over priced for what you end up receiving. I’ll stick to Starbucks.

Decent coffee shop. Definitely a lot better than Starbucks ! They have the best little desserts ! If you every come by this place get a white chocolate raspberry dessert sooo good !

The drinks are great and the staff is equally great. I frequent this coffee shop and although I do love the coffee the owner doesn’t staff it well enough which is why I can’t give 5 stars. The baristas do the best with what they have (Shauna is the
) but the owner needs to have more than one person working at a time. The line can get long and it’s not always doable to wait for your drink if you’re in a hurry. Also, CLEAN YOUR CHAIRS JAY. The iced white mochas are my favorite drink and they have good iced tea if you prefer teas. You can also earn spots with spoton to get free drinks/​pastries if you frequent this shop!

This is my number one spot for coffee blended drinks, smoothies, and pastries. I travel back and forth a lot, and I am always there whenever I am in the area. Now that I am situated in Murrieta, I go there everyday of the week and sometimes twice a day. There Funky Monkey and Almond coffee blended drinks are so addicting. They always had excellent customer service, when Beth was there, and more so now with Shauna working Cashier and making the drinks. She always goes above and beyond a customers expectations and her smile, greeting, and friendliness is so genuine. Definitely is my favorite place, and the best it can be!

It’s not only coffee it’s art!!! EVE makes the best coffees ever, you can truly taste the quality in. their coffees.

They are genuinely happy to see you here. Not the typical «welcome to blah blah…» And so on.
Great coffee, they know their regulars and courteous service.

Love their coffee and baristas are very friendly, however their service is horrible due to not having adequate staff! Both times I waited about twenty minutes to have one drink made.
Even though I love their coffee it would be very hard for me to return knowing that they don’t have enough people working and that I would have to wait so long

(I’m a big coffee drinker) Been here twice both times I had horrible customer service. My coffee was horrible and cold and the brownie I ordered was hard and old tasting. Place is lame, servers are mean and rude, coffee and pastries sucks. Worst place ever. Would never ever come back here. I’m surprised they are still open.

Great customer service, awesome staff and good environment. Quiet enough to study but not so much to bore you.

Lots of milk alternative options, good selection of coffee drinks. Don’t get their rice crispy bar, it tastes weird. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Service is slow. And every single time I go in their wi– fi corrupts my computer. I have to go through and reset all my addresses and then restart my laptop. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Ruined my whole schedule for finals.

I have been a customer since 2007. All in all, this has always been a favorite location for a number of reasons. The service is phenomenal. I highly recommend seeing Shawna. This girl is awesome! She is a wonderful girl who sincerely wants to make sure you’re a happy and enjoy your stay there. This is not to say there’s no problem at this location.
My recommendation is to add another staff to help her out, especially during busy service. I also recommend either cleaning the furnitures throughly or replacing it with newer ones. Also, the wifi needs to be fixed.
Despite the flaws of the place, I absolutely love the service from this girl. I sincerely feel she should be promoted to manager, and let her fix this place. The owner needs to do something about improving the store’s appearance and fix the wifi. Once it’s fixed, then I will give it 5 stars.

Service with a smile! Beth is awesome! I’m really digging their winter blend coffee. They have some really cool and comfortable oversized chairs.
I noticed some people complained about the speed of their WiFi in previous reviews, but I haven’t had any issues. I think it’s funny (and sad) that people feel entitled to have WiFi. Don’t be a cheap ass and up your data plan if WiFi speed is an issue.
I’m becoming a regular here and will recommend them to others.

Delicious as always! The owner might not seem the friendliest but he isn’t ride by any means. Every time I’ve been here my order always comes out just right. The only problem I have is deciding what to order in the first place.

I only go to It’s A Grind when I’m waiting for my car to get fixed at the Sam’s Club in the same plaza. I tried studying here once but I left because their wi-​fi is weak. You have to be sitting in the right spot for it to work properly. Their coffee is decent. I like their pastries slightly better than Starbucks’. This morning I asked the lady who was both working the register and the bar if she could do latte art, a heart for my dad since it’s Father’s Day. She said she was okay at it. I think it took her a couple tries, and she ended up making me a flower… kind of. A for effort.
