They did a good job at making custom menu items and are very friendly. I work right by here so I tend to come in from time to time. It’s starbucks so it’s pricey but fun!

You guys need to know who’s order is which. I preordered my order and I can see my vanilla bean frap. but instead of putting it where the order pick up is you guys put it in drive thru. I waited 6 minutes for you guys to realize that, that drink didn’t belong to the drive thru. Now I am late for work. Smh.

Was not impressed whatsoever and it’s due to the terrible customer service and Unprofessionalism. There is one employee in particular that talks slang and it is not only irritating before having coffee or any other time for that matter, it’s extremely unprofessional. They make good drinks but without the customer service aspect it’s just an overpriced cup of coffee.

This all changed yesterday when I visited the Starbucks on Los Alamos Rd around 1:30PM. I ordered two drinks. 1: I paid with my WIFE’S CREDITCARD. The REDHEAD who took my order and swiped my wife’s card NEVER asked for ID. HUGEREDFLAG considering my wife has a female name and I was a guy using her card! FRAUDALERT! MYWIFEWASOUTSIDEINTHECAR! 2: The REDHEAD(longer hair — looks like manager) never smiled, never said thank you and never made me feel like a customer. She makes you feel like a nuisance and a bother. Never will I be visiting this particular Starbucks again because of how inferior the REDHEAD made me feel. 3: The drinks took 10 – 12 minutes to make(place was empty) and were served cold. They never even asked for my name. No personal experience here. I was a number not a person because of REDHEAD. 4: I had to ASK for two stoppers for my drinks. When I asked REDHEAD she looked at me like«seriously dude, my job sucks!». I was a total inconvenience to her. She handed me two stoppers and did not mutter a single word nor would she cough up a smile. I left hastily and felt so disgusted with the experience I had just encountered. I told my wife once I got to the car and she was also appalled and called all her girls and made sure to point out this horrible experience I just had. We are planning a complete boycott of this Starbucks and it’s sad because of REDHEAD this store will probably lose over a dozen weekly customers.

Yesterday was not the first time I’ve gone to this Starbucks and got horrible service. Yesterday I went around 10:45am, hardly anyone in the drive thru or inside. My mother and I walked in no one said hi or even greeted us in anyway. It took about 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Then we sat there for a good 10 minutes waiting for our drinks to be made while employees stood around doing nothing or joking between one another. Like I said above not the first time this has happened either.

Starbucks doesn’t make the best coffee. But when you really don’t have too many other options, you deal with it. The people here aren’t always the friendliest either. I mean, find another job if you can’t even pretend to be happy or even smile. It wasn’t always like this, but I guess they hired new people who don’t what customer service means.

Omg… I wish I could explain what happened here … We ordered a cold brew BLACK and it was absolutely disgusting! I don’t know how you could mess it up to be honest. It just tasted like water with some coffee. We had to go to a different Starbucks to get it fixed. I don’t get how you could mess that up! One star for this Starbucks. The only good barista here is Oscar! Props to him.

Starbucks drive-thru! Wasn’t a long line in the early afternoon. I was in and out in about 5 minutes or so… I had a caramel frappé, so you can’t mess that up LOL! Right off the 215 and you can miss it if you aren’t paying attention going south on the 215(trust me, I did it before)!

Rudest Starbucks EVER… Due to Jess, came in this morning n we were the only customers. She NEVER greeted us and seemed annoyed. When I asked her if too early for her she said yes. So maybe you should move her to the evening shift… I will not come back here. The one on Clinton Keith murrieta is way better!!!

Now I remember why I don’t come to this one before work… 13 minutes in the drive thru. Employees just lolly gagging around. No purpose or sense of purpose or urgency. They are all very nice, they just don’t have any hustle to their step.

They’re usually very consistent and drinks are well made. They are also busy most of the day so expect to stand at the register for several minutes sometimes before someone shows up to help.(This always happens.)

*sigh* This is the place that I’d love to love but I can’t. Four very generous stars is the best that I can muster. The store set up is awesome, as many said however, customer service is poor. The employees are clearly busy and working hard, they seem to be trying, not too sure how to address the attitude vibe. For now, I’ll continue coming but only when I have plenty time to kill… flow is slow. I know that u guys can get out of this rut! Good luck!

This place is always jam packed around lunch time. I avoid this location because almost always the drive thru line is wrapped around the store. I’m not sure if there are enough employee’s working here during lunch hours to balance out the business. The drinks are made to order but take longer than the average starbucks. Again, not sure there are enough employee’s for the heavy traffic. The drinks are good and the employee’s are friendly.

I find myself here a lot and that’s because I’m always at the post office. They’re in the same plaza so it’s fairly convenient. They get pretty backed up during lunch hour. The only thing that erks me about this place is my tea always comes out tasting different compared to all the other Starbucks I order at. Oh! And if you see a long line in the drive thru, go somewhere else. Chances are you’ll be in that line for about 15 minutes lol.

Great location, drinks taste great and baristas were very friendly. Drive through is a little funky because you have to go all the way back to the front of the restaurant to get out and it’s kind of a pain.

ALL the baristas here are awesome! Thank you to Jen, Seth, Katy, Courtney, Oscar, Nikki, Ryan, John, Johnny, Ana and Jenni for making me feel welcomed and noticed when I come in. They really know how to make their customers feel special and happy each time I visit. I come to this location a lot because I know I’m being taken cared of and they are always so patient in helping me decide what to order. It deserves *5 stars* because of how great the baristas are, the layout and the location. Lots of people come here to meet with their family and friends or to just chill and read. I personally enjoy sitting in the corner near the bar where I get to watch all the baristas make the drinks. Also, they have big comfy couches and plenty of big/small community tables to choose from and lots of large windows. I highly recommend coming inside to check out the big Starbucks photographs on the walls. P.S The drive thru wait can take awhile at times, but I feel it in time it will progress faster since it’s a new store and everyone comes here. :)

I keep giving this place a chance because of its great location; however, today will probably be the last. In the drive thru this morning a lady complained ahead of me(I only heard because my window was down), the barista argued back and gave extreme attitude. Then it was my turn, where his attitude continued. No greeting, nothing. Just gave me my total and practically tossed me my drinks so quickly so he could chat in his headset(I’m sure about the lady in front of me). I was fine, I get it. People can be nasty, but instead of shaking it off, he continued to be a jerk. On top of it all, my drink was wrong. I wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but you continue to prove me(and the complaining lady in front of me this morning) right. Come on starbucks. I thought you were better than that.
