The online service is horrible. Waited longer then the people in line and was told it depends on when you order? The employees are not friendly and scowl at you if your not a regular. Your coffee will stay at the bar and get cold because you don’t hear them call for you. Again, this is the customers fault. I spend a lot of time in coffee shops to catch up on work. I think I will find another coffee shop. Starbucks is not the only game in town. Too bad I spent so much money here already. It’s not deserving of my hard earned cash.

This was one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. I can’t wait for the Dunkin Donuts to open across the street. The shift manager was very short with me and rude. She even charged me for a pump of syrup even though it was a free refill with gold membership. They nickel and dime you here unlike the ones I go to normally.
The store itself is very dirty. If you need SB go to another one.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to get the order wrong already late where we had to be didn’t offer to remake wife said what ever and we drove off. Bad customer service in the drive thru and one drink wasn’t even close to being full. Won’t be back to this one many more around that do care about their customers.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Starbucks. I travel all over Orange County, San Diego, and riverside and this one WINS the award for being the friendless, fastest, and having THE BEST STAFF! Michelle is always hard at work but never to busy to say good morning and make you feel welcome. They always know my order since I’ve been getting fix here for the last 8 years. I pass by a few Starbucks, as this one is not the closest to my house, but I know I will get greeted with a smile and a great cup of coffee! Thank you to Michelle and Team for always giving the best service and making my mornings better!!!

The drive-​thru line is insane. They make their drinks watery and gross. They don’t call out the name of the person that ordered the drink so it leads to people getting mixed up. We won’t be coming back. It’s not worth it.

Late at night was misled by the hours of operation doors are closed at 10:30 the drive-​through is open until I guess 1130. Kept on driving.

Everyone who works here is really friendly; one of the baristas forgot my breakfast sandwich so I just got up and stood by the counter waiting for a moment to speak to her and she apologized as soon as she saw me — it was ready in two minutes. No problem! However, if you’re looking to relax or find a table with a power outlet — good luck. I’ve been here at all times of day and there is just not enough seating inside for how busy it gets. If you’re willing to sit in the heat there are maybe five tables outside that are rarely occupied. Wi-​fi is strong even when it’s busy.

I made the mistake of stopping here on a friday at 9:15 thinking i could relax and grab a cup of coffee after dropping off my kids at school before i head in to work. It was anything but relaxing! It very hectic and packed! So i stood on line for 10 mins then waited another 10 to get my order leaving 60 seconds to relax :-(maybe its just friday at this bucks or always but i wont gambling on a second vist here just saying

Standard Starbucks. The drive-​thru line in the early AM (5am-​ish!) is actually pretty darn fast, and the baristas are friendly. Nice that it is right off the 15 fwy as well. No complaints so far…

I ordered a grande java chip frappuccino. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing 5 people get their coffee before me I told the barista I hadn’t received my order still. Then she finally makes it and it’s not what I ordered after repeating to her! Don’t go here!

I’m a regular Starbucks drinker, I come here at least once a day. So far the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s convenient because they have a drive thru and it’s close to where I live. The only down fall about this place is that it gets really busy. Sometimes the drive thru line is too long and I actually have to come inside (ain’t nobody got time for that… Lol)

This particular Starbucks drive thru line can get preeeettttyyy long so just be prepared. But all in all, I’ve never had a complaint about my drink being made and friendly customer service. I’ve also had my order paid here a couple times and of course have paid it forward! They are close to Rancho Springs Hospital so probably one of the reasons it gets pretty crowded here.

Every single time I have chosen this location over my regular on Madison, they get my order wrong. They have no problem charging me for modifiers but don’t actually deliver.
They are by far the slowest location. I was literally stuck in their drive thru for 28 minutes. They didn’t even acknowledge it.

Hit this location today because it was right next to my hair appointment. Drive thru was very fast! They whipped up my drink quickly and perfectly. Also, it seems like this location had different things on the menu, like more of a variety of snacks and goodies.

In the 2 months Ive lived here so far starbucks gets my order wrong about half the time if not more at the drive thru but with 2 little ones I am not getting them out of the car seats in the crazy parking lot to get a coffee so I drive thru. Today we drive thru and its buy one share one breakfast sandwiches for members (we get the email its attached to the card) they say they have no knowledge of such a promotion and give us half off. Seriously all card holders got the same flipping email and you don’t want to do it. Next time I will be sure to print off multiple copies its super ridiculous. At least my drink was right this time. Not going back again Ill drive to another one even though this one is super close to my house.

With long lines at drive thru so it’s best to walk-​in. However with only one person in line, waited almost 10 min to be asked what I wanted because their focus was on drive thru.
8 people working around 9 am And only one person attending the walk-​ins. Not a great balance!
Not my first time at this particular Starbucks and I’m sure I’ll be back since I drink way too much Starbucks coffee.
