Jersey Mike’s Subs

The sandwhiches here are very good, but it takes sooooo long to get them that it is hardly worth the effort. I am not sure who thought it a good idea for the sandwhich maker to carry on conversation with every customer, but after standing in line for ten minutes hearing more chatter than food production I hate the concept. Just make food fast and solve the backup! Seriously, unless i am the only one or one of two customers in the shop, I pass on them. Just to frustrating waiting so long for «fast food».

First off; I LOVE the food and the employees are very nice. However, if this location can’t get their act together during lunchtime then it’s no longer an option. 3 out of the last 4 times I have been there for lunch, it takes literally 20 minutes to get a sandwich. And that is with a medium line; 4 – 6 people ahead of me. This isn’t L.A., or deep in the city in some large metropolis, we are talking about handling 5 people’s orders in front of me. I can’t even imagine an actual lunch «rush», they would be in serious trouble. Outside of phone orders I can’t recommend people coming here during the week’s lunch-​hour if you are somewhat short on time. It pains me to say it however I can’t do weekday lunches there anymore. Oddly enough, the Temecula location (which serves MANY more business-​lunch customers) never has this problem and mows through people like crazy. The Murrieta/​Madison location; not so much.

Nope. Not good at all. It felt like it took forever to get 2 simple sandwiches made and the quality just wasn’t there. I know they have mayo in the prep area but when I asked for mustard instead, the employee looked at me like I had 2 heads and had to go to another area for it. The bread was stale and crumbled all over the place and the lettuce and tomato was not fresh at all. The roast beef was okay, but they were pretty stingy with the portion size. We only tried this place because it was close to our hotel but we should have driven a little farther to Subway instead.

Probably won’t be coming back to this location. As other reviewers have stated, you have to watch them like a hawk when they make your sandwich. The last four times my wife and I have come in here, they screwed up our order three times. How difficult is it to make a damn sandwich? Look, mistakes happen, I get that, no big deal. When mistakes happen too frequent, it becomes a habit and that’s no good. The customer service has always been pretty decent, but it does seem like they rush you through. Lately, their quality of sandwiches isn’t justified by the high prices and it has become more or less an over-​priced Subway. As far as some of their «policies» that are mentioned by other reviewers, I got a new one: they’re not allowed to put your lettuce on the side. Say you want to get a sandwich to have for later (lettuce that’s kept on a sandwich for a long period of time can make the bread soggy-​YES, it’s happened to me several times), apparently they’re not allowed to do that. They can put everything else on the side for you, but not the lettuce. Huh? Although, they DID do it for me. Thanks guys! The two stars is because they’re always messing up our order. The employee’s have always greeted us and are always nice, but folks, you gotta pay attention to what you’re doing. Another reason for the two stars is that the quality of the food isn’t the same as it used to be. Too bad, we always liked this place.

Not a bad sandwich. But the customer service or sandwich policy is a little ridiculous. I have been going to this location for probably two years now and have ordered hundreds sandwiches there for myself and my office. Now all of a sudden, you can’t substitute anything on their sandwiches. Or they will charge you for it. I tried to order a sandwich with no ham and to replace it with turkey. And they wanted to charge me two dollars to do so. They wanted to charge for the turkey but wouldn’t credit me for no ham. I will not be back to Jersey Mike’s anytime soon. Stupid policy. Just cost them a customer that orders for up to 20 people at a time. Good job guys.

I love jersey mikes. I usually eat there at least once a week. I always get my usual sandwich at the same location but decided to try a new location. Yeah, no… bad idea. Obviously not every location will taste the same. Upon taking a bite of my sandwich it was already soggy and disgusting and I had to rip off more than half of the bread. And the weird part is I didn’t even ask for the juice. That’s never happened at any of the other locations. It was disgusting. And I felt like I just wasted my money. Plus it tasted really bland for some reason. Again, it was my usual sandwich I always get. Definitely never coming to this location again. Yuck.

Thought we’d give this place another try! Huge disappointment! We came in and it was only us and another family ahead of us. We were the only ones in here for almost 20 min (family before us had big order) So it was obvious that we were the next in line! Nope! She started taking order from the people who had walked in 20 min after us! She obviously knew she had messed up when she said «have you placed your order yet?» When I said «No» she got rude and said well you need to get in line! WTF? Have you not seen me here standing for the last 20 min! Plus where is the sign that says LINE STARTS HERE? She had nothing to say other then to have a dumb look on her face! We ended up walking out FOR A SECOND TIME!!! This place could really use some customer service classes! WE WONT BE BACK!
Update: Got an email from corporate offering me a «free cookie» what a joke!!!

My family and I decided to go here for lunch big mistake. The employees were extremely rude we found about 3 to 4 hairs in the sandwiches we asked for a new sandwich because we weren’t going to eat the ones with the hairs in it and the waitress refused to make a new one. The food was good i was really hoping this place would turn out to be awesome but sadly we will not return

While packing for an early morning flight out we decided to order from their app. After getting the food home my daughters sandwich had tons of mayo on it… This is not the first time this location has made our food wrong when we order on the app… My daughter is allergic to dairy so she couldn’t eat it. We had no time to drive out to get something else. So I called but of course there was NO manager working tonight and the employees are not able to help… A real customer service place would have offered to deliver a new sandwich or at least refunded my money but they can’t do that until the manager comes back tomorrow. I am done with this place they always seem to screw up our order. And yes we saw a mouse run by the door when we were leaving with the food.

Today we had an excellent cheese steak! I will return for sure an it may become a habit. Experience was great from start to finish.

Great sandwiches. Always taste fresh and the friendliest staff. We love coming here as a family.

This was the first Jersey Mike’s I ever visited. Since then Jersey Mike’s has become my favorite chain sandwich. I absolutely love their Italian Sub, it is their best sandwich in my opinion and of course you must get it «Mike’s way!» To mix it up I also enjoy their Philly cheese sake. Moreover, I also love their managers special which is a great value went eating with a friend. Keep it up Jersey Mike’s I am fan!

Jersey Mikes makes the best sandwiches! We always order our subs «mikes way», a must! The location is okay, a little out of the way but worth the drive for these sandwiches!

Food was great, but the staff here is fantastic! Super friendly, respectful, all while helping us pick something off the menu (our first time). 2 Thumbs up!

Using for a catering event and received excellent service. Be sure to ask for Kristen who will go out of her way to help you! I will be using this site for all my catering needs! Nice presentation, easy set-​up and very dread and delicious!

By now Jersey Mike’s has become a well-​known sandwich chain, with recent expansions in the area. The Madison location will always be the original in this region. Right off of the I-​15/​I-​215 split at Murrieta Hot Springs, it sits in a corner of strip mall with a strangely designed parking lot.
I’ve been back a few times since my last review and the service has improved again, reminiscent of the standard I’ve seen at nearly all their shops and experience for the last few years. On my most recent visit, the afternoon staff was friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic when greeting, taking orders, making the sandwiches, etc.
As usual, I got the #8 Club Sub, made Mike’s Way. The sandwich was made in accordance with the brand’s quality: neatly packed, delicious, and satisfying. With a promotional Chip & Drink coupon + donation for the Day of Giving, it was a great meal.
Though other Jersey Mike’s have opened up around town, I’ll still be going to this one for my sub fix.

Quick stop at one of my fave places on the way out to the wineries. This is a very small location and was quite busy. Still same good sandwiches just a bit of a wait this time around. No big deal. Everyone was friendly and tables were clean. They didn’t have my fave cookies either but oh well. Lol …

Yes, 5 stars for a chain. I can hardly believe it myself. I’ve lived here for 3 years and never came in until now. How I am regretting the last 3 years of disgusting Subway!
I ordered the Italian sandwich on wheat. What I loved most was that they slice up the meat for you right there. No presliced meat like at subway! They added their own special sauce to the sandwich and I added some red pepper smash dip thingy they had and my sandwich was delicious! The bread was still hot from the oven which took it up a notch!
My husband ordered the philly cheese steak on the rosemary bread they have and that was good too. The bread was really good. But he took a bite of my italian and instantly regretted it. That sandwich is that good!
Now it is a little pricey here. I wouldn’t go with the whole family as it cost me about 45 buck for all 5 of us, yikes! So from here on out this is a lunch spot for me and the hubby while the kids are at school.
Oh do check the sizes of the sandwiches because they do run big! And if you are firdt time visitor you get a free cookie!

Only one visit, but I’ll be back.
Managers special is a decent deal.
Long line, moved at a reasonable pace. Employees friendly, polite and professional.
Food fresh and good quality.
