JGB Heating And Air

My contractor subbed our ac and heating to these guys and we couldn’t be happier. They did a great job and were very professional. Jorelle and his team were done in 3 days from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They were knowledgable and Id recommend them for heating and air any day.

I am finding out fast how useless and frustrating some vendors or service repair people calls can be. First they tell you to wait for several hours, which is so aggravating but one has no option, then when they arrive (they being whomever walks through the door with your permission), it takes almost a couple of hours and they leave the problem equal or worst, with some lame excuse. I had several visits, for example, to fix a gas range that was making clicking noises uninterruptedly. That meant I had to wait three separate times for unprofessional, waste of time of so called experts, and it never did get repaired, until finally a true serviceman, one that knew what he was doing, came by and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes with no problems.
So why do I get excited when a business like JGB Heating and Air comes by to fix my air conditioning? Well, as I came to find out, they really know their business, do not play games, and work very efficiently to the point that you realize this is the outfit you would call every single time. I would even let them sell my new air condition and maintain it, for they showed concern and dedication, in more ways than one. Joel, the big boss it seems, is a bright local young man that knows air conditionings inside out. He took the time to inform us about the condition of the unit and what was needed to keep it going the best way possible. His assistant, DJ, quiet and well mannered also seemed to have the skill to pay the bill, sort of speak.
Yes, when someone provides as good of a service as JGB provided for us, I think I owe it to them and the community in which I reside, to let anyone know a fine outfit is available. They are based in Murrieta, Ca, and these guys took apart the whole unit, cleaned it inside out, left it running better than it had been, and were extremely respectful and helpful throughout their work. Does not get any better than this. 5 Shinning Stars, that is for sure!
