Maxx Pizza

I come here every Wednesday, and it’s been fantastic. Their pepperoni pizza is among the best in the pizza market, and the service is among the best I’ve ever had. The only problem I have is that there is a game in the arcade section that makes this loud noise and it’s pretty annoying. That’s the only complaint I have about this excellent place. That, and I am personally not a fan of places with TVS and sports and all of that. However, Maxx’s is EASILY the best one of its kind. Good job guys!

I have been here quite a few times with my family now and I have no complaints. The service, contrary to what I am reading on here, is absolutely amazing! It does take a while to get your food… that being said, since everything is made to order I have no problem waiting for hot and fresh pizza and wings. They also have service that allows you to call in your order ahead if you are trying to get in and get out. This is my new favorite spot for wings and pizza in Murrieta and I plan to continue being a regular with my family!

Maxx pizza. Maxx wait time. Been an hour and still no pizza. Was told we are busy and you are not the only one waiting

The food is good but overpriced and the service is horrible. My husband likes this place because they are 49er fans but that’s pretty much the only reason we have visited a few times.

Today 4 groups of disabled adults were singled out and told that they cannot come into this cavernous facility that can hold 325 people with a lunch that was made at home. The cashier that singled us out said that it was due to concern’s about cross-​contamination. Apparently cake, ice cream and cupcakes don’t cause contamination… But being developmentally disabled does. Don’t worry Maxx… We will take our business elsewhere

Extremely disappointed with our service last night. First the pizza was expensive, almost $ 18.00 for a medium pepperoni pizza! It took a long time to get our pizza. The place was dark and manger/​worker told us a few lights were broken so we were sitting in the dark. Then we ordered a few beers and a glass of wine. My wine glass was broken and when I went back to the bar to have it replaced, the bartender basically blamed me for breaking the new wine glass that still had the sticker on it! She told she was not going to give me a new full glass of wine and «what did I want done?» I simply wanted a new unbroken glass. Not the same place it use to be!

Food is alright. A three is generous. They messed up my order, gave me less wings than I ordered, and the vegetables look gross and old. Not happy

Bbq chicken pizza is really awesome here but wasn’t a huge fan of any of the other pizzas. They have really great weekly deals though so it’s awesome if your on a budget.

Ever since we moved to Murrieta 4 years ago, this place rocks. I love the buy one pizza get one free on Tuesdays and the lunch specials are awesome. They even made me a special heart shaped pizza for my daughter’s Birthday. She shared with her friends at school and it made her birthday just a little more special. If you like wings, try the spicy crispy ginger garlic ones.

Pizza’s fairly good. They do have a sweet lunch special. 1.50 pizza slices. The place also has a bar. If your down try the Wonger pizza or Paul’s Pesto. They are both really good!

Waited what seemed like over 30 – 40 mins for our food. Felt like forever and it was after 1pm. It wasn’t even that busy or crowded except for a small birthday party. How long does it take to make a bunch of kids pizzas? So unacceptable. Seen busier places than this with the pizzas ready in a decent amount of time. I don’t know if that smell at the table we sat at was the bottle of parmesan cheese on the table or something else but it was strong. Didn’t smell appetizing. Just wanted to give this place a try but don’t think we’ll be coming back.

They do Summer Kitchen tours on Mondays from 4:00 — 6:00. It’s really great for the kids. I suggest getting there right at 4:00. It’s not as crowded (and it’s happy hour ;)). The game room is clean and had normal games that all worked. The place was very clean. The bathrooms were clean. Overall this place is amazing for the pizza tour experience. Sometimes if you check in on Unilocal you can get a few deals!

Their food is delicious and well priced. Usually everyone is super helpful and polite but I had to dock a star because the girl who answered the phone was super rude to me and when I came in she still was not very nice at all. I asked for napkins and she told me to get them myself from the one of the tables…

Such a fun time! We had the most amazing service from Eric! He took great care of our kids during the kitchen tour and told them everything they could ever imagine about the kitchen and pizza making! And then our 3 little ones got to make their own pizza! He was even extremely patient when our kiddos wanted to turn in their million tickets for another million toys! Not to mention the pizza was awesome!!!

We brought our kids in today for the pizza tour. They had so much fun! Eric was their host, he showed them the whole kitchen including the walk in freezer… which the kids thought was awesome. They each got their own pizza to shape and squish, then picked their own toppings. While they waited we got them some tokens for the arcade and we enjoyed the pizza that we had purchased for the adults. The place was spotless, the staff was helpful, and nice. The food was delicious and our little pizza makers gobbled down their creations.
They are already asking when they can go back!

Wow! Finally found the BEST pizza place EVER! Clean, kid friendly (arcade & prize counter), & yummy food! Definitely coming back!

The food is good, but the service sucks. It’s always a hit and miss with this place.
Today, my sausage lunch slice of pizza came with 3 sausages. I asked the server if there was any way she could give me a side of sausages, and she said no and walked away! And I said «Excuse me? Can I have your name please?» And she said «That’s the way our lunch pizzas come.» And she walks away! Again, I ask for her name. She says, «I’m not allowed to tell you my name.» I’m in shock, and I repeat what she says in a question. She clarifies by saying, «Well I’m not telling you my name.» I ask for the owner, and he comes and repeats what the server says about that’s the way the pizza comes. I ask for the servers name, and he tells me it’s Sylvia. I said thank you, I just wanted to know who to name in my Unilocal review. He then offers me a free slice of pizza, but I say it’s okay.
Really disappointed considering my family comes here twice a week. Some of their employees are nice, others are not. SYLVIA definitely wasn’t professional at all today. I will ask for a different server in the future.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. The girl that I have always encountered is rude. Need to get her name next time. Yes, I keep coming back only because I book team parties or have to attend one every season for sports. Our league makes us or should I say encourages us to go there. Pizza is ok. Arcades are outdated. Restrooms need some upkeep.

Pizza was expensive for small portions. The girl at the register was rude and had a thing for rolling her eyes at customers. Ticket counting machines were broken and when we stood in line with people ordering food, I was told I had to wait so she could ring up the people behind me. She rolled her eyes at my children multiple times while they cashed in their tickets. The game room was dirty with trash all over the floor. Machines were broken with no signs on them so the kids would not waste their tokens. We went there with my daughter’s soccer team. We won’t ever be going back.

This place is great! Ordered an XL half combo/​half garlic veggie (garlic veggie had fresh garlic on top!) The girl who took my order was very nice.
As for the pizza, the crust was soooo good, crunchy and chewy! They do not skimp on the toppings either.
We will definitely be back!
