Little Caesars Pizza

I’ve actually had very good experiences at this one until lately.
The first cashier totally messed up our order. We wanted a cheese deep dish, cheesy bread and 2 garlic sauces. She said it would take 5 minutes.
The order took about 20 minutes.
The pizza, it was left on a shelf the whole time, not heated. Where it became almost ice cold (it’s in the mid 40s outside, resturaunt inside is in the high 60s.)
Got home, opened it up, sauces were missing. Pizza, it was pepperoni (not a big deal to me, wife is sick and she doesn’t want any spice)
So, drove back. 2^nd cashier was much better.
Pizza was much better, wish it was right the first time around is all.

I’ve been ordering for 12 years for the class Christmas party. This year ordered 27 pizzas to pick up at 11:00. Got there at 10:50 to find 3 employees and no pizza made. Many other schools were also finding that there was no record of their order and no pizza. Hundreds of kids didn’t bring lunch, had no cafeteria order because they were expecting pizza. The manager took my order on Tuesday for the Friday pickup – NO RECORD, really? BTW, this same manager was 2 hours late and unreachable by phone. So in the end, I waited 1 ½ hours (told 30 to 45 min. wait) so that my kids would have their pizza. Their lunch time had come and gone. So stressful, so frustrating. Bah humbug Little Caesars. Shame on you.

Waited over 30 mins for two pizzas because they were forgotten about. Once the employee found out that they messed up, she didn’t even bother to acknowledge me and let me know that the wait would be a little longer.
Plus they play music at an obnoxious volume out of a really crappy speaker.
So much detail could be added here but i won’t bother. Just won’t ever return nor recommend anyone there. I can get cheap pizza elsewhere.

they as a corporation said in their ad that vets get a free pizza and soda. but in lawyer font (small) it said for the first «30“vets only!!! hey vets. please find another pizza place to deal with. pizza factory is great!

It’s funny how I’ve been coming here for the sole purpose convenience, I picked up 3 «hot and ready pizzas» and an order of breadsticks, drove home and got my kids sat at the table only to find out that when I open the lid the pizza inside is cold hard and looks disgusting, I called the store and spoke to Gary, I get to the store to have my pizzas replaced walk in and ask for Gary the words out of his mouth were…“is it a guy asking for me cus if not I’m busy” ummm no excuse me I said it’s the lady who just called about how NASTY LOOKING COLD PIZZAS, he came to the front and had food in his mouth, he obviously didn’t know how to deal with me so he passed me on to Edward or eddie, who quickly kicked in to action apologized and gave me fresh hot pizzas and breadsticks after he saw how I got crazy on his coworker gary, YOU HAVE PERMANENTLY LOST MY BUSINESS AS WELL AS EVERYONE ELSE I KNOW SINCE I’VE SHOWN THEM THE PICTURES OF THE PIZZA, IT’S A SHAME MY BOYS LOVE LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA, but we will no longer be patrons again unless something is done, as far as witnessing employees with thier mouths full while making pizzas I hope your enployees all have food handlers cards because putting your hand to your mouth and touching other people’s food is a major health code violation, I’ll be sure to report it.

The pizza for 5 bucks is ok… hence you get what you pay for. The kid working the front was not very bright. I asked for two 5 dollar hot n ready pizzas and he rang up my total and said 32 bucks. I’m like seriously… I had to explain to him that’s not even possible. The young female work came over and helped. She was fast and had great service skills. She handled my situation. There was a ten minute wait that I didn’t mind. During my wait I watched the two young kids eat breadsticks while making customers pizzas. They also had Eminem playing, the un edited version. If it wasn’t for the female worker I don’t know how this place would even be open

I walked in while a guy was complaining about his pizza. They had the box open on the counter I saw what it looked like. How could I forget the huge bubble on one of the slices. I ordered my 2 pizzas and waited 10 min for them. I come back in to get them and left. Got home and they gave me the same pizza the other guy complained about! And the other pizza looked like someone took a huge bite out of it. I’m disgusted. I’ll never go back to this location.

Ordered food on the phone. Showed up 20 minutes later and they never started. The place had no customers and was busy. Employee then was very rude to me. Afterwards he started speaking Spanish to his coworker while occasionally looking at me. Made me very uncomfortable. Those guys made it an awful experience

this place is the downfall of a great pizza chain.
i love little caesars and the little $ 5 pizza pies they have to offer. they are definitely not the best to eat but heck, i’ll take a five buck pizza! just like jack in the box taco’s. they’re just a buck for two!
anyways, i had called and i said i want a simple pineapple and jalapeño, nothing else nothing more nothing less. with that call i had to repeat pineapple and jalapeño at least 3 or 4 times because the worker had kept asking what i said. i could tell they weren’t listening cuz i had to repeat the dang order so many times.
my thoughts were confirmed when i got there and received a pepperoni and jalapeño.
i am mind blown at this point and can’t bare to stare the casheer in her face. my girl had to deal with that thing. in the end i received a passive aggressive ‘thank you’ and what not.
with that said, avoid this place at all cost

I have to agree with other reviews about service. I called in an order of pepperoni cheese bread and wings and was told 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting and the 4 people working don’t seem to care to move any quicker than a dead slug. The guy I dealt with. Was nice– but it was quite obvious they didn’t take the order correctly and didn’t make it until I got there.

Absolutely awful. Intentionally waited 10 min for «fresh» crazy bread only to find it hard and disgusting at home. Half of the pizza didn’t have cheese-​I kid you not. By the time I called, they were closed. Wish I could give no stars!

I like it, can’t beat 5 dlls for a pizza. I’ve been coming here for 6 yrs and I’ve always had good customer service.

Worst service I have ever had. They guy and girl are in the back talking back and forth I knocked on the counter with no response. Then I called to them. The girl looked at me then went right back to talking to the guy. I left the store and went to a good pizza place. Rock on papa johns

It’s true when they say customer service is everything and at this location there is none. Every time I go I wonder what attitude I’m going to get from the girl cashier. After tonight’s service I felt it was necessary to post a bad review. You don’t have to be a complete bitch in order to make it a point that you hate working here. The attitude is not cute at all. I thought my boyfriend and I were the only ones who thought this, but reading the other reviews definitely makes me question the management here.

I called twice and was hung up on immediately, called 3^rd time, supervisor John answers phone, I start to talk, he talks over me says I cant hear you and immediately hangs up on me again, called 4^th time a girl answers, she takes my order, I ask for the name of the owner, she said she cant give out that information, I place my order, she puts the phone down, hear her talking to that john guy again, she comes back and says the guys name is Donald is the name of the store owner, so John gets back on the phone pretends he’s Donald, and eventually his voice sounds just like John’s voice, nice try! I don’t have time for games, I’m a customer if the owner wants idiots running his business to the ground or is unaware of what happens when he’s gone, this is whats happen. Needless to say this ididot John hung up on me. I then called Pizza Hut and got my order from them without this crap.

Pizza is ok for 5 bucks.
Here’s the issue, I asked for peppers and cheese packets, they said two of each per pizza! I use one per slice myself, but come on, how cheap is this place. If that’s police, I will head on to another brand. It’s not the greatest pizza, and without the peppers to add flavor, it’s not worth buying !

Customer service is terrible! Came in to get 5 «Hot-N-Ready’s» and I had to wait 10 minutes. The other people after me had to wait too. There was no else in the place ordering pizza when I came in so I’m not sure why they didn’t have a bunch of pizzas hot and ready to go. Too bad there wasn’t another Little Caesar around, I’d go there instead.

If u really need to have a pizza and every other place is closed I highly recomend it.

You get what you pay for right? Yes, but I’ve never puked off of Jack-​in-​the-​Box food. For $ 5 dollars you get the «hot-​and-​ready» pizza, which isn’t cheap when you have factor in time missed from work or the money you have to spend on Pepto or Imodium AD. This location is by far the worst I have ever set foot in, and I’m from the Bay Area.
Aside from inconsistent food, their staff is just horrible. I almost feel like bitch slapping them each time I come here. Seriously. Snarky ass attitude is not what I need when I’m just trying to get something to eat. And if I’m not being rude to you, you shouldn’t be rude to me.

And lastly, thugs don’t exist in Murrieta right? If so, can I pick you guys up and drop you off on the corner of 88^th and Holly in East Oakland? If you make it out alive, then you’re a thug. ;)
