Emma does an amazing job. So why the two stars? I would have given her 5+ stars if she had not flaked on me twice. I had a set of lashes applied, scheduled an appointment for a fill only to have her cancel due to a «medical emergency». It was not a problem~ those things happen. I rescheduled, she confirmed the appointment. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, I was told she was out of town for the holiday weekend. By then my lashes were in desperate need of attention. They looked soo sad. I am only glad I did not have a special event planned. To make matters worse, I never received a follow up call. She must not need return clients. Unfortunate because like I mentioned initially she did a great job. When you are trusting your eyes/lashes to someone, you might want someone who is not only skilled but dependable.
