Fantastic service, I called trying to schedule a last-​minute appointment and they had me come right in, very helpful staff. DR Poole is very knowledgeable and always offers helpful solutions!

they are so nice and I never had a problem with them, the lady that help me she was a Hispanic lady she was so nice when I went to get my prescription, and also when I went to pick them up. they have really low prices for brand frames.

If i could put a ZERO I WOULD.
Well, my 1^st ever visit i walked in looking for prescription glasses as i was in need of new ones and they had very few selections for men. i picked out one glasses and told the i guess shes the «head lady in charge with glasses and short hair» she said okay and ran my insurance and i paid my half.
Well one week later got them and the vision was way off!!! I told her right there when i tried it on. She literally turned around and said «you’ll get used to them» so i walked out more blind than ever. I go to my doctor 2 days later and she told me the frame is bending the lens distorting the vision and asked if they measured my eyes and lens and frame at the murrieta optometric. I said no she was in a rush as they just opened and she said take them back and tell them its bending the lens. So i go back and explaining to some dark colored hair woman that my doctor said the frame is bending the lens. The short hair lay comes over and says whats the problem.
I tell her and she yells «WHOS THIS LADY» and i say MY DOCTOR!
She says well shes wrong and she doesn’t know the problem.
Worse part the doctor of Murrieta Optometric walks by looks at my glasses and stands there doesn’t say hi or ANYTHING AND LEAVES !!!
She measures the glasses and writes on the lens with sharpie and says «OH they are bending the frAme and she measures my eyes and what not. What she should’ve done in the fucking first place !!
So I’m there for an hour measuring my eyes and she says okay pick out new frames as these one don’t fit your nose.
So i pick out ray bans & she measures them and what not and says okay they’ll be ready in one week.
I go back in one week the day i leave on my vacation as i will be driving 9 hours and she hands me the same ones that don’t fit my face! And i tell her what about the ray bans they were suppose to be raybans and she literally says no.
As i was late for my vacation i grabbed them and left and i will never deal with them again! Now I’m stuck with glasses i paid for 240 $ that DONT FIT !
DONT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
