This place is super clean and the owner(Luis) and his staff are very friendly. I get lunch here two or three times a week and I’m never disappointed.

It’s been a very long time since I have stepped foot in a Subway and now I have ate at two in Murrieta in the last 3 weeks. The one off Clinton Keith and this one on Los Alamos. In the past I had been very unhappy with the quality and freshness at any location I visited. The service was great the gal that made my sandwich was helpful and easy to talk to. I wish I remembered her name. No complaints here! I hope this Subway keeps up the great work!

Came in to grab a few sandwiches for dinner. He guy working think his name was Dillion he was one of the best subway employees I’ve seen in awhile. Very professional listened and wasn’t in a rush just throwing meat veggies and slopping sauce on my sandwiches. Very pleased with my visit and will be back!

California law requires restaurants to have restrooms available to customers. One star

It took me 25 minutes to get a sandwich two people in training that did not know how to give a Senior Discount to the gentleman ahead of me. Then they were all out of Mayo, Chipotle Southwest and Banana Peppers«their shipment did not arrive». Lettuce was brown so I passed on it and when I went to eat the sandwich the bread tasted old as well. I work close by and would rather go eat at the McDonald’s for a salad you’ll be in and out in less than 5 minutes!!! Not going back to this location maybe weekdays are better…

I enjoy coming to this location, the staff is usually friendly and polite. Can’t think of any time where I had a negative experience! The only ‘down side’ to this location is the parking lot/access. This location shares a small-ish parking lot with several other business in the same structure. There is also a McDonald’s across the parking lot. The access isn’t really their fault; Los Alamos has a center divide, so when exiting the lot, you are forced to take a right turn and then bust a u-turn at the Hancock/Los Alamos light.

Definately not the best. The sandwiches are weak with very little meat. Customer service is not great. They need to say hello and be friendly.

Since this subway has been under new management, the service has been great. The employees are always friendly. The place is very clean and my sandwiches always taste great. I also like that they offer spinach, not all subways do.

To solve everyone’s problem on not enough meat put in to your sandwich here’s the answer When they put less than you asked for just politely ask if they can add more to your sub and they will. It’s as simple as that.

Los Alamos Subway haiku: Workers were friendly Bread was so dry it crumbled You can do better The end.

Service was bad, the person who prepared the sandwich was very skimpy on the meat and accompaniments. It amazes me that when you ask for a sandwich, the meats are weighed out already to be made. How cheap is that! When I asked what the choices for soup were, they only offered one, The counter person said perhaps they will have more choices later in the day! Um, wrong answer. As I was leaving, a «regular» customer came in and spoke to another counter person, in watching their sandwich being made, the portion size was more substantial. Bad customer service for sure. I will never go to this location again and may rethink about ever going to a Subway again. I think it’s better to pay more for a sandwich and go to a real deli. At least you get more on your sandwich for the price!

This particular subway is always really clean, and the family that runs it are all very nice. The sweet onion teriyaki foot long is the best thing going, or get two and save the other for later.

Nope… just can’t deal with the people that work here. The Los Alamos location must look for the rudest people to hire. Sorry, but it’s true. Stick with the one on Clinton Keith, where they actually welcome you with a smile every time you walk in. Food’s pretty much the same everywhere, but I make it a point to give my business($$) to the one’s who deserve it.

When I think of Subways, I think of fast, inexpensive and healthy food. People who is looking for something that will make you go to the throne right away, Subways is not for you, go to Hometown Buffet. Tonight was one of these nights when you can’t come up with anything to cook, so best place to go after work, have a sub sandwich. Now you can come up with own variation of a sandwich and it’s up to you if you want to pile on as much as you can. So for a quick and healthy bite to eat, eat a Sub sandwich!

Every time you walk into a Subway you have to ask yourself am I going to get the sandwich I want with enough meat and condiments??? Doesn’t that just SUCK! This location is notorious for skimping out on the good stuff! Even when you ask for double meat/cheese you get what the regular sandwich is supposed to come with, and when you ask them for more they look up at you like«Are you kidding me I didn’t put enough on there for you» Screw this location I want to go to a subway and get a healthy perfect proportion of food I’m not a baby I’m an adult give me an adult size meal!
