This starbucks has terrible customer service. I get at least 2 starbucks a day(yes, i’m aware it is excessive.) I know if my drink is made correct or is fresh by just looking at it. So when I received a black iced tea that was supposed to have no water added and it looked like green tea I didnt even have to taste it to know my tea was wrong. I asked the guy at the window(who possibly had the IQ of a pinworm) if he could remake it for me. He just sort of stared at me and gave me a long weird pause like I had just asked him to be a get away driver to rob a bank. He tried to tell me it was correct which was really rather insulting as I had just paid three bucks for a black tea that was either green tea or water down so badly it looked like green tea. I asked for a refund and instead doofus brings over the manager who was a total capital b if you know what I mean. She pops her head out the window and opens her eyes really wide and says, «is there a problem???» all snooty McHiggins at me. I didnt even bother explaining and instead asked for a refund. I figured at this rate with these employees I would have better luck at another location, afterall, even the manager seemed a burrito short of a combo in the customer service dept. A third employee came to the window as snooty McHiggins was getting my refund and was very nice and seemed caring but scattered quickly when the two buffoons came back to the window. Instead of my money, now I was getting an entire presidential address on black tea and that they had to brew more or something so I drove away(wrong drink in tow) and pondered the events that had just taken place. I really wasn’t aware that working at starbucks was rocket science. I went home, took the pathetic drink I just wasted 3 bucks on and slammed it as hard as I could on the ground. Then I went over to the Starbucks off of Ethanac and they made me a delicious starbucks-worthy black tea, free of charge for the trouble when I told them what happened. Just don’t waste your time and money at the clinton keith location, there is no word proper enough to describe it in the english dictionary. It has been 8 months and I havent been back and I will never go back.

Worst Starbucks ever. I buy my drinks from the other Starbucks off the I-15 side Monday-Friday and I have never had an issue with them, every now and then I stop at this Starbucks over the weekend when I’m on this side of town and every single time they get my drink completely wrong, it never fails. Last time coming here ever.

Terrible Starbucks. Went threw drive thru, staff was nice but drinks were horrible. I literally paid $ 4 a drink for a coffee icee. Barista at this location needs way more training. They over did it with ice. Hardly any milk or actual coffee. Such a waste of my money. Wont be going there again. @ least not this location.

I drink so much Starbucks(iced drinks) that I developed a super power, I can tell if my drink is made right, just by looking at the color. Thinking that the employees should also posses that super power. Sadly I keep getting drinks that look like and taste like mostly milk, I have milk at home, I come here for the espresso. Don’t know why I kept coming here for so long, not only do they constantly mess up my drink orders, but the drive thru takes forever and the employees are rarely friendly(they don’t like being asked to remake a drink!!) I posted the picture with the three caramel brûlées, side by side comparison. That day I was in my PJ’s and went through the drive thru. Was handed my drink and I noticed the color was off right of way but I kept my mouth shut. I drive away, but after a few sips I decided I didn’t want a cup of milk, so I went back and had to suffer the drive thru again, remember I’m in my jam jams. I decide to order my drink with an add shot(middle picture) my drink was still pale, ugh I was frustrated by this point having spent like 30 mins in a drive thru. I drove over to the Los Alamos location and as you can see by the third picture, they got it right and didn’t require an add shot. They didn’t even mind having to correct an order from a different location.

ALWAYS out of something! I have yet to come to this Starbucks and receive the drink I wanted!!! They are always out of ingredients, cups, life… get it together guys & order the proper amount of stock necessary to run a high-volume store!

This review is for Jessica. I frequent this location almost everyday. Service is usually decent. This afternoon however, as we were trying to place an order in the drive-thru, Jessica’s first offense was interrupting our order because she wasn’t paying attention and having a conversation with someone else. We ordered 3 iced coffees sweetened with cream and extra ice. We tried one and there wasnt enough cream or sweetener. So we kindly asked her to doctor all 3 coffees. To which she replied, «you know, it’s a lot easier if you ask for it at the intercom so that we know». I’m sorry, but that’s an inappropriate answer when they weren’t made correctly to begin with. Maybe if you weren’t having a side conversation you would have gotten it right the first time around. From now on, I’ll take my Starbucks business at the other location by the I-15. That location is not only more efficient but the service is consistently friendlier. I understand why this location has such bad ratings now. Also, because she was annoyed at us for asking for a little more cream and sweetener she spitefully added WAY more cream than necessary. ALSO, they needed an extra person to SHOVE the coffees at us. Rude. I’ve never been treated in such a disrespectful manner in my life. So disappointed.

Over a year later I step back into this Starbucks, mind you, DD’s has a line out the door, as well as the StB’s off Los Alomos … This one is dead empty, it was seriously the dirtiest place of business I’ve ever walked into. Reminded me of a neglected public restroom. There was trash EVERYWHERE the staff spends their time talking loudly to each other about the drama from last night. I ordered, and was the only one in the place, I was hovering by the register, and they still dropped my stuff off at the pick up counter near the back of the store, without calling out my order. Are you dumb? Management should really step it up, or just walk in the building one day and take a look for yourself. Sad representation of Starbucks :(

I’m a Starbucks lover and love this store. I’ve never had an issue with my order or the staff. It’s always been clean when I’ve walked in and even when it’s crazy busy, the staff is great. There’s a barista named Alex and she’s so sweet & funny. I always leave this store with a laugh and a smile.

This is verbatim how the conversation went in the drive thru: Guy: what can I get started Me: hello, can I have a tall, hot caramel brûlée please Guy: anything else(rude tone) Me: yes, can you please add soy m. Guy:(cuts me off mid-sentence) anything else? Me: what does it come sweetened with? Guy: caramel brûlée. anything else? Me: yes… can you add an extra pump. Guy: anything else? Me: no thank you Guy: ok, roll up to the window.(once again, very rude tone) Guy: $ 4.55.(Hand him my phone to scan and say hello; no response. Hands me my drink and closes the window before I can say thank you.) I’ve never been asked«anything else» so many times within the span of 2 minutes. Horrible attitude. I understand you’re having a bad day sir, but no need to be rude to your customer. The drink wasn’t made right, so I ended up just tossing it. Didn’t feel like dealing with him again so I went elsewhere for a coffee. This was the African American male whom I believe manages the store? Very disappointed. Will not be returning.

I usually enjoy this Starbucks … but often it’s a toss up as to whether my drink will be good or if they’ll even have what I want. They’re often out of white mocha(I mean, seriously?!), a certain sized cup and more. The coffee often tastes burnt or watered down. The baristas are nice. The lines are often extremely long. But sometimes my experiences are wonderful. It’s a coin toss and just hope you go on a day when they have what they’re supposed to and they’re paying attention.

Terrible customer service! My mom ordered a frap and unfortunately she has health issues, so her drink is a little more complex than most. Immediately the gentleman was annoyed. Then we wanted to order a sandwich and got mad because I forget to say we had a coupon even though it was displayed on my phone. Then he got annoyed again because I wanted to pay separately because I have my own card. Being in the customer service industry myself this just left a bad taste.

This drive-thru always has the LONGEST wait. They’re also always out of cups or something else that I’m ordering that day. This is on my way to work so it’s the most convienen but I think I’ll start finding another Starbucks to stop at. The wait is way too long here, on the average 15 – 20 minutes. Ridiculous! Something needs to be done.

Line gets pretty long which is normal for a Starbucks. They make my drinks great every time. Location is kind of funky and hard to get to but all in all, no issues. Nice outdoor seating area as well.

Slowest Starbucks in town. You can spend up to 20 minutes in the drive thru here and the person at the window won’t even thank you for waiting. Generally, from my experience Starbucks baristas are over the top friendly but not here. Disappointing since this is the closest one to my house

So I was craving the addicting Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and decided to go through the drive thru. I was very surprised when I pulled up and the cashier told me my drink was free. She told me the car ahead of me paid for my order. I questioned her as I just moved here, don’t know anybody and definitely didn’t know the person in the car ahead of me! She said some times random people just«pay it forward». It thought it was very cool. I never heard of this or thought of doing this so in the moment, I decided to do the same for the person behind me. I felt good all day knowing there are people so kind and generous still left in the world. I now«pay it forward» once a month because I like knowing that someone else may feel the way I did that day. The employee’s that work here are great and my orders are always perfect. Clean, friendly environment.

Slowest drive-thru ever! Seriously, the point of a drive-thru is because people are in a hurry. It should not take 20 minutes! AND when we finally got to the front, our drinks were right there, yet she took another two minutes to slide our card. That was it! No apology. No fuss. Never going back to this location.

Asked for a double tall latte. Received a tall vanilla latte only ¾ full. Unfortunately I was in the drive thru. How hard is it to not mess up an order when it’s just shots and milk nothing is complicated about that.

Really friendly baristas! The drive thru is fine if you’re still in your PJ’s or in a hurry but if you go inside you get to see the smiles of these guys and its a nice experience. Very clean and lots of seating, especially outside. They always get our order right, five stars.
