The Color Lounge

I was nervous to try a new place, but was very pleased with the owner for being so accommodating and scheduling me an appointment that fit my schedule. I tried a fairly new stylist at this salon– Rose– and was so happy with her work. Rose was great and she delivered exactly what I was looking for and more. Not only was the color great, but so was the cut. Thanks Rose!

Love! Love! Love! Ken! He takes his time to really find out what you want and what works best for your hair. Best colorist around. Would absolutely recommend him.

Alyssa!!! Omg she is beyond amazing. I have been going to her for over a year now and referred my best friend to her too. She does a fabulous job every time I go in and I just can’t say enough about her mad skills! One day when I win the lotto, I’m going to hire her as part of my glam squad! She’s just fabulous!

I was very nervous to try someone new… Especially because my hair was so dark and I wanted to go almost blonde for summer. I walked in on a Friday and they fit me in right away, Ali did my hair and its AMAZING!!! I love love love it!!! I was in shock to see myself! She did such a great job! Definitely will recommend her to my friends and family!!!

my daughter came here for a totally different «pixie» look a few months ago. emily did such a great job, and my daughter was thrilled with her new look. at 15 years old, it could have been a disaster, but it made her feel so pretty! today, i went in at my daughter’s insistence for a cut. emily is the best! the washing room is pretty awesome too. thanks emily, we will be back!

I’m truly grateful to owner Stella and her assistant Chelsea for correcting a long standing problem involving my sensitive skin and hair color. Stella very carefully assessed my needs and came up with a solution that solved my issues. Her knowledge and experience were so welcome after several years of being frustrated with how my hair looked. Thanks, Stella… you’re a sweetheart.
Oh, and the hair washing was amazing. One doesn’t expect that to be a highlight, but their Wash House room is designed for a soothing, relaxing experience.

I made an appointment for an up-​do with Alyssa right away in the morning. I am new to the area and chose this salon because they opened the earliest. I am beyond satisfied with my up-​do for the ball tonight! Alyssa was very nice and listened to what I wanted done. She went over and above my expectations.
After my appointment, I still had time before I had to leave and asked if my makeup could be done. Amy had just finished with a client and stated that she would start my makeup and Alyssa could finish it when her next client arrived. Well Amy worked efficiently and was able to finish my makeup before her next client arrived!
I love my look for the event today. I am excited to show it off! Thank you ladies so much! I will be back!

I’m new to the area and based on reviews I did a walk in on a Friday. I asked for someone that had experience with blonde hair. I was placed with Emily. What a great choice! She was super friendly and took the time to ask and listen to what I wanted. I had my base touched up and highlights added. I also asked for a trim. Since it was my first time in, I was given a discount on services. This is a Paul Mitchell salon so there is one area for color, separate room for shampoo and then station for blowouts. Couldn’t be happier with color and style from Emily. Looks and feels great. This was my first time to change stylists in over 5 years and I got so lucky. My daughter dropped by wanting a haircut and they got her right in. For me it’s a plus to have someone at front desk to greet you and offer you a drink. Great salon and daughter and I will be back. Salon has an industrial look and was very clean inside.

I love this place! I’ve seen Jacqui and Amy-​both are excellent! Jacqui’s nickname should be «The Chemist» because she is so great at color (changes, correction, creative colors, high/​low lights, etc). The service that sets this salon apart from the rest… is the wash house experience. I’ve never had such a relaxing, wonderful hair wash in my life!
No matter how great your salon is… The Color Lounge is better!!!

So this middle aged «Rocker» named Ashley did an OK job,
but over charged me because Im young and was in a rush to leave with my busy schedule,
I payed, but I should of just walked out, because $ 50 was too much,
sure I’m young and can afford it, but I feel like «Ashley» hustled me.
Plus the fat, ugly, snookie look alike at the front desk was awkward and quiet.

Let me tell all you ladies something in Temecula… Amy Grieser is THE BEST! She did my makeup for my wedding. She should be doing hair and make up for Hollywood and magazine covers! Everyone asked me where I got my make up done. So ladies… if you are getting married or going to prom you MUST MUST MUST see Amy Grieser because she is the BEST!!!

I have been in hairdresser hell for the past year, finally I am in heaven! I happened to just decide to try this salon and I happened to get Amy G. also. Love, love, love the salon itself. As I told Amy, it is perfect. Anyone can feel comfortable here. The shampoo experience is to die for. I was thinking if I had a bucket of cash, I’d just go in there every week for that! The owner is friendly as can be. You are made to feel welcome from the minute you walk in the door. My only criticism is the receptionist kept saying I was «cute».Honey, I am old enough to be your Mom, I am not «cute» was what I wanted to reply. But I realize she meant it in the «cutest», nicest way ;)
Amy is a good stylist, she listens, she doesn’t try to sell you a bunch of products, she’s so friendly & nice. She is excellent at color-​EXCELLENT and a decent haircutter, too. Finally I found a salon I plan to return to again & again. Oh, the pricing is comparable to other salons. The cleanliness was A+

I decided to get my hair chopped off and donate it to Locks of Love. My hair stylist
Amy was on maternity leave and I couldn’t deal with my long hair anymore. So, they made an appointment with Katie. She was super nice and gave me this super cute bob style that I fell in love with. She gave me tips on how to style it and what products are best. I was a little nervous to try someone new but she was great and now if Amy isn’t there I can go to Katie!

Amy G is my gal all the way! She has the personality of your best friend and mad skills of only the best stylist around! Looovvveee her! Just had to tell the world!
