WOW! Never again in my life will I visit again. (Any locations) I ordered a hot coffee and a turkey bagel. Tasted great, followed by 2 days of sever food poisoning. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an establishment. It appears to be a great coffee shop, but in reality it is a feasting ground for bacteria, disease, plaque, and ebola. I may be exaggerating a bit but I did actually get sick, very sick. That’s the point I want to make to others who think they’ll be enjoying a good coffee or bagel, then bam get sick, and find themselves calling into work, crying, and sobbing. Just be very careful, I’d be sceptical of a black coffee.

Nice workers and amazing coffee. Only problem I have is the high prices but other than that its amazing.

This is a relatively new bigby, coffee is good and pretty fast. Price is on the little higher end for coffee but it is good so thats more of a personal thing on price. Staff always smile and are friendly, i like this location better then henry st because of this. If you plan to return ask for a bigby card to get rewards points and earn free coffee.
