Bob Evans Restaurants

We have been to Bob Evans alot but on 9÷8÷15 we went and all the advertising on the menu on the windows and even on TV say everything is FRESH. We had a straight line eye into the kitchen and watched our food cook in the MICROWAVE. This is not fresh.

It was definitely not slow service. Food is good and the staff are very warm and welcoming. I love Bob Evans! :)

Excellent service! Great food! We stopped here on a trip from WV and were pleasantly surprised. After reading the other reviews, we were concerned that stopping here would set us back quite a bit of time on our trip but, we were in and out within an hour. This was at 1pm on a Sunday and the restaurant was packed. Sierra (SP?) was extremely friendly, personable, outgoing and an awesome waitress! I have severe food allergies and she was very kind and made sure that my meal was prepared safely. The cook and manager came out to confirm that my meal was prepared correctly and took great care to attend to my needs. They even prepared my food in a separate pan instead of on the grill to avoid cross contamination. I hadn’t even asked them to take this step but, was very grateful!

We go to bob Evans often. Service is usually just okay. But today at 10:30am it was horrible! There were only about 6 – 8 tables occupied, but you would have thought they were slammed by the very poor!, & slow service. My Carmel Mocha had powder chocolate floating in it, my waitress was ignoring me when I tried to get her attention. We decided to leave after 30min of waiting for our food in an empty restaurant. I will call to talk to another manager, besides the one I spoke with.

This is your typical Bob Evans which I really like, However the service was very slow and the food coming to your table was very slow. Not sure if there just isn’t enough help here. The food was very good however. We usually hit this Bob Evans after Michigan Adventure.

The food was good, but it took forever to get served. We did have a group of six and our waitress was very attentive but the cooking was really, really slow.
