We had a blast. We called that afternoon and ordered reserved seats although all seats are great. We had dinner on the«bar» side. Food is very reasonable. Note: the 2-item per person minimum applies to the comedy club side, so if you order in the bar, you will still have to order in the club. For the 8pm show, they. seat you at 7:30. We saw three comics: the emcee, opener and featured comic. All were great. The show lasts 2.hrs. Highly recommend.

Four stars for the comedy show– the comedians were great. The food was nothing to write home about. Priced reasonably.

Complete transparency: My time at this club was as a performer. Not a patron. That being said … I’ve seen lots of comedy clubs. This one is a rare treat. Husband & wife team run it. It has a mom & pop feel to it that’s refreshing. It’s a real comedy club. The food was very good. The talent that I’ve seen on the schedule, is very good.

My husband and I went to the Comedy Cabana on a Wednesday night. It was very entertaining and turned out to be a great time. The MC, Cooter, was hilarious. Both the opener and the headliner were also very funny, they kept us laughing the whole time. The only downside was the food and drinks. The food is definitely lower quality, but the service was great. I ordered a drink called an Alabama Slammer, which for my taste was sickeningly sweet. My husband, however, enjoyed the drinks. Overall, a very good comedy club experience!

Cooter(the host) was hilarious. So were the other two comedians. However, our server(Gena) provided terrible service. There is a two item minimum order per person. She said for us to order both items up front so she wouldn’t have to bother us during the show. So I said I would first like a glass of wine and then later in the show I would like an Irish coffee. My husband asked for an Irish coffee first and then a beer later. She brought all four drinks at the same time!(So, of course, my coffee was cold by the time I got to it and my husband’s beer was warm.) Later, I asked for a glass of water. She brought me a bottled water and charged me $ 2.50. Terrible customer service.

Went there for dinner and hopefully a night of good comedy. Had no problem with the fact that the place had a ticket charge, but you also had to purchase a minimum of two items. And this was after dinner. I am not cheap, but this practice is usually demonstrated by a venue that is about to tank. Nobody was there to eat dinner if that indicates the quality of their fried food menu. Ah well.

If nothing else go see Cooter! Always good for a laugh and great way to spend a couple of hours. Two drink minimum is easy to handle. Waitstaff quick and efficient.

Fun times. This was our first comedy club experience. Prices were reasonable. Entertainment was good. Small crowd, but that didn’t matter. A little sketchy looking from outside, but all and all, a great time

We go every time we visit Myrtle Beach. It’s like any comedy club, depends who the comedian is that night. Usually they have 2 – 3 different comedians, so if one blows, there is usually another guy that makes it alright. It cost $ 32.50 for me and my boyfriend to get in, so it’s reasonable. They do require you to buy 2 items per person. The food isn’t the best, we usually eat somewhere else before the show. The MC’s name is Cooter, and if you go more than once, get ready to hear the same jokes every time, don’t worry he only talks about 10 minutes! Last time I went, one of the comedians made me laugh till I cried.

I came in on Feb 13 and had a great time and laughed all night with the two comics and cooter the mc . I walked in and had no reservation and was accommodated without a hassle . Waitress and bar staff where very friendly and enjoyed my evening of laughter.

This place was fun, went there on a Thursday night on vacation with two of my buddies. Cooter was our hype man and he was a riot. The acts were really good. I would go again. The only annoying thing is that they have a minimum two drink rule, what’s up with that?

Made a reservation around 630pm for an 8pm show. Was not told that you could not cancel after 5pm or else you would be charged the full price of your tickets. My boyfriend and I only made reservations to hold a spot, but ended up opting not to go, called the establishment back and THAT is when they explained the policy. Went to the show, explained our grievance and they STILL wanted to charge us the 2 item minimum-The«manager» Kandy said she would need to ask the owner to override thei minimum(which I know to be a manager function) but she was even shifty about letting US speak to the owner, actually we wernt able to speak to him/her. Whaaaat? Luckily the show was very funny! However, because of the unprofessionalism of «management».which I would dare call racism, as liberal as I am, I would not return.

My wife and I are regulars at the Cabana. We have seen the likes of Killer Beaz, Bobby Collins, Jeff White, and many others. Last night my son and I took some friends to see Eddie Clark. There were two other comedians and Cooter who MC’s Suicide Jimmy and Brian Shirley. This was one of the best yet. All three Comedians where great at crowd interaction. I definitely recommend going to the Cabana when visiting Myrtle Beach or if you live locally. Jeff and Christine run a great place!!!

I’m torn with this place becuase I’ve been a couple times and it’s hit and miss but I leaned to the 4 star side just strictly based on the great service at the bar and while in the room listening to the comic. They are good to make sure to keep you from getting thirsty and food delivery is available. The venue itself is a hole in the wall with low ceilings and very intimate. I actually prefer that in a comedy club but it’s not for everyone I suppose. Come see Cooter(the host) and have a laugh!

Had a great time here the comics were hilarious, the food was good and so were the drinks. Would definitely recommend when in Myrtle Beach. It’s best to make reservations, the earlier you make them the better the seats you get.

I came here with my family to watch stand-up comedy. What a blast! drinks and laughs! Can’t go wrong! And my mom got bashed as a tramp by the comic. Priceless! ha ha. They have food and drinks at this bar, so if your not there for the laughs, you can be there for the drinks and food. Pool tables as well.

The people here are great and the service is fantastic. The food was surprisingly good, not great but definitely good. The comedians who go through this place are amazing and it’s a great atmosphere. It’s also Fairly priced. A good night with comedians and food and booze barely dented the wallet.
