My friends and I visited here. I had a taste. Their mocha macaroons are good according to my friends. I tried a bit of the strawberry cream drink; refreshing for a hot day. I could feel that the atmosphere was not so welcoming. There was a slight attitude given off from the woman that checked my friends out. Like a forced smile… Killed the mood. The inside is beautifully themed and clean, the food is delightful, but they need to work on being more. inviting. To all customers.

Great little French-inspired café. Had great tuna and mozzarella sandwiches. Banana and Nutella crepes too.

This is one of the most beautiful hidden treasures in North Myrtle Beach. The owner is very sweet and charming. The food could not be better. The first day we all had smoked salmon sandwiches, crepes, and croissants. The portions are generous and priced fairly. You will not regret a trip here with all of the delicious food and baked goods. The best macaroons I’ve ever tried with perfect flavor and texture. Thank you Le Bön for the amazing experience!

Absolutely delightful. A true French café we stumbled upon the first day we got here. A menu with things like crottin, croque monssire and escargot. The owner and her staff are all European, French, Greek. Very very good food. Superb coffee, beautiful presentations, perfect music playing for the French café experience. We wanted something with eggs but don’t eat pork and so she offered to make us something off menu that is very French because the other egg dishes on the menu all had bacon. Amazing! Must go!

Authentic French pastries and delicious coffee served in a clean, bright café. Prices seemed a little high. But this is a nice option if you’re attempting to avoid the commercial tourist traps.

What a treasure! This little gem was recommended to us by a friend and how glad I am that we were able to try it on our last day here. I had the bacon quiche and my husband had a piece of baklava. The quiche came with a scrumptious side salad of fresh mixed greens and tomato topped with a homemade vinaigrette. I think it was the quite possibly the best quiche I’ve ever had! A perfect balance of flavors! The baklava was rich and flaky. The location was a little north of the area we normally stay in, but we will GLADLY go out of our way to come back to Le Bön the next time we visit. I already have a hankering for their croque monsieure…

The ladies there are very pleasant. The food is delicious. It is very cozy and elegant. I loved every bit of the experience. The dessert display was very tempting but I didn’t partake, maybe the next visit. I will be sure to visit Le’Bön whenever I am in Murtle Beach!

Compelled to give my first ever Unilocal review for this place. Wonderful fresh-made pastries, amazing baguettes, and the best cappuccino I’ve had! We discovered this charmer on day 2 of our vacation, and came back every day until we went back home. Loved it.

Really? We walked in, looked briefly at the slim selection that also looked dry and was VERY expensive, and walked back out to another local bakery. Very overpriced and disappointing! $ 3.50 for a dry-looking tiny cinnamon roll? Come on folks.

We drove out of our way to have breakfast here this morning. It was worth it. The French pastries were authentic and super fresh. The lattes were very tasty. We purchased macaroons & some cookies to go. I had banana/strawberry Nutella crêpe and it was excellent. It’s a 5 star food café. The service was very friendly but when we arrived they were having issues keeping up with the orders. The music was not turned on till we were leaving. :/ I think it was an off morning for the two ladies working there. They seemed short handed. I think if there was one more person there today, it would have been a much better experience for us. Still, I would comeback again for the croissants.

Tucked away in a little strip mall you will find this charming French café. Upon entering you’ll be warmly greeted with smiles and if you need help selecting from the menu they’re happy to explain their offerings. The quiche is fantastic and offered daily, I highly recommend it! It is so perfect and absolutely delicious! Coffee is made to order and absolutely perfect! Also recommend crêpe if they happen to be serving it that day. The batter is thin and the filling was eye rollingly delectable. The environment is calm, relaxing and inviting with French music transporting you. You really want to stay a while just like you would in any European bistro. It is a refreshing surprise to find this special café in such a commercialized city. You will be delighted! So please make it a point to visit this French experience.

I’ve come here 3 times in 3 days, and each time I was blown away by the quality of this restaurant/café/bakery. The food is amazing, and the desert is the best I’ve had in North Carolina. Their chocolate croissant is the best I’ve had. I can’t wait for next year’s conference in myrtle beach!

Originally planned to get Greek food in the same shopping center, but since that door was locked, I hopped on over to the café. I was NOT disappointed except that there was only 1 other customer there. With the warm greeting by the owners while walking in and the care to the authentic menu, I thought there would be a line, but it is around 2:40 and between lunch/dinner. I ordered the prosciutto and bri sandwich with pesto, but they also had quiche, escargot, pates, soups, salads, and my fave, a goat cheese crotin. Their croissants and cakes looked amazing on which I refrained, but I helped myself to a pistachio and hazelnut macaron instead. ;) I chatted with the owner for a bit, super welcoming and made me feel at home. Nice and welcoming, good ambience, large portions, authentic and unassuming cuisine, I can’t wait to be back for their goat cheese crotin or smoked salmon and to try a cheesecake. For now, I’m just going to get some espresso for my trip north.

Super nice and interesting owners. The food and coffee are excellent and the prices are very reasonable, especially when considering the quality of the products. This is a locally owned business with caring and passionate owners that is worthy of your support ! Where else are you going to get incredibly plump and juicy escargot ??

Excellent find! Staff is very pleasant and French chef was simply delightful. We had the quiche and French onion soup. Delicious! Almond croissant was very tasty as well. A little hard to find using GPS so an important tip is… It is beside of the Kroger. Definitely will return for lunch again!
