This has to be the dirtiest Firehouse Sub location I’ve ever entered, the restroom was filthy as well was the floors throughout, tables, soda machine, trash can tops, and the tray my food was placed in. The soda machine had no ice and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. I mentioned my discuss to the girl who took my order and she just shook her head and stated she was aware of the problem… The management of this store has totally dropped the ball! Will not return!

Clean and somewhat friendly staff. However my sandwich had no flavor and couldn’t seem to taste or locate the cheddar cheese on it. It also took WAYTOOLONG for four workers to handle three customers.

I love Firehouse, but the location I stopped at today on 38th ave n in Myrtle Beach is one I will never stop at again. The floors were dirty and the bathroom looked like a dirty truck-stop. There was also one female working that could have said hi, or thank you. But, I guess she just did not care about good customer relations.

Appreciate the fact they used grubhub and delivered. That being said, a small $ 7 sub really is small! Tuna sub was adequate, chicken salad sub left room to be desired. Delivery was quick.

Sometimes you can’t fix stupid — idiot at the register and a girl with her hands inside her apron — had to ask her to change her gloves before she made the subs. I gave it a 1 start just because I had to! Being from NJ this place is a joke!

Based on reviews we decided to give Firehouse Subs a try and we are glad we did. Enjoyed a great meatball sub and grilled chicken sub. We will definitely make it a frequent stop.

Usually an empty eatery is an eerie omen. However, I came away impressed with this establishment. The service was excellent and relatively quick. Not Subway speed but a speed associated with precision and care. I tried the engineer, steak and cheese, and the steamer. The engineer was a pleasant but subtle sandwich with not one thing standing out but a delectable combination. The steak and cheese was predictable and tasty but forgettable. The tiny pieces of chopped steak fell to the ground during consumption. The standout sandwich was the steamer. The pastrami and beef brisket combined with the Italian dressing and mustard for a salty and savory treat. I definitely recommend this sandwich and would probably visit Firehouse more if not for the price per size ratio. A medium sandwich for around 6 dollars isn’t bad but it does leave you feeling unsatisfied compared with that of Subway despite the admitted blandness. Anyway, if you haven’t tried Firehouse and love subs you won’t be disappointed!

Great sandwiches and it is always consistent. I frequent this location quite often. Good customer service and quick sandwiches made fresh. what else could you ask for.

I’m from NJ. We know subs. This place is like a Quiznos(everything toasted), and the meat is decent — but like Quiznos, and other wanna-be sub places, the meat/cheese is pre portioned and meat is steamed. Italian dressing, not o&v, and yes, there’s a difference. Place was super clean, staff very pleasant, but I’m a Jersey girl(and I don’t necessarily embrace that title) but I know subs, and these are sandwiches, not subs, by my definition.

We dined here a couple of nights. Not bad at all. A «go back» for sure.

Firehouse subs was great! It was fresh and the bread was really good. It was one of the better chains I’ve had for subs. I had it in Myrtle Beach and now I’ve seen two pop up in Michigan that were not there before. It looks like this is a booming franchise and I’m glad I got to try it! The pop(coke) machine is one of the newer ones where you can mix and add flavors to the drink. Fresh sandwiches are always good!

Fantastic. This was the first time that we had been to a Firehouse Subs, but I must say I’m now a fan. They are heads above Subway and Quiznos in terms of taste, presentation, and staff friendliness. The Coke machine that can do everything and anything is pretty rad, too.

lorand what ever corporate did has no reflection on the owners of the stores I know one of the owners personally and they are wonderful friendly people willing to help their crew no matter what always concerned that the customer has the best experiance, they hold fund drives for the tornado victims ect. And they have great food to boot love me some firehouse
