Hooters

We visited this Hooters in North Myrtle and found the food (wings and sauces) was not as great as other Hooters restaurants we have been to. Gave 2 stars because our server was great and very attentive!

Last night at the beach. I want to go somewhere where to honor that. Where do I go? That should be an easy answer: Hooters. Nothing beats the food, service and atmosphere at hooters. The food is incredible. I ordered a burger, curly fries and tots and they tasted pretty swell. Speaking of pretty, the waitresses are beautiful. From the hostess who looked exactly like Ariana grande to the waitress had a nice ass… et to the team at hooters. Great girl! Anyway, hooters is an awesome place, especially if you’re a young single guy. In fact, why are you checking reviews of hooters? Just go there!

There has to be something wrong with the manager or ownership here. Only 4 waitresses and a hostess on a Saturday night. Story was many waitresses didn’t show up. That is not them being irresponsible. It indicates a serious problem with management.
It was a 20 minute wait to get seated with many empty tables. Our waitress did a great job even with how overworked she was. Food was slow. No excuse other than poor management because the place was half capacity. It was pretty mediocre too.
How far the mighty have fallen. I used to truly love Hooters and this restaurant is a yearly tradition. I hope they get their crap together soon. Waitress was awesome. Rest of the organization let her down.

Worst service ever. When we told them we had a table of 10 she said she couldn’t seat us. We asked for 2 tables of 5 and she said she needed to seat everyone else before us. She wouldn’t even take our name. Finally a manager came over and asked us how many we had. We told him what had happened and he sat us immediately because there was plenty of seats. We left after 25 minutes and never even had a waitress take our drink order.

Was surprised, very clean and remodeled ! Good friendly staff! Food was good and hot and fresh! Fried pickles are the best ! Cold beer and great wings !

I’ve eaten here before but this is the first time I’d ordered the «all you can eat» wings. They take forever when you finish to get you another batch of wings. I guess they hope you’ll give up and go away. Plus, they wanted to charge me a dollar for another 2 tablespoons of ranch to go with my «all you can eat» wings. Absolutely ridiculous. Good food, mostly okay servers, questionable policies.

Just had the Buffalo chicken dip and what a disappointment!!! Says on the menu huge portion but when u get the meal the bowl of dip is not even have full… they give u alot of chips tho… Really!!!

great food and waitresses. Great fried pickles, curly fries, and grilled cheeses. And blue motorcycle drinks for the adults.

I’ve been to Hooters many times, in many different cities, always a great place to eat and maybe catch a game. My wife and I ordered the usual breaded wings with hot sauce. I ate one and my wife another. Wings was very greasy. I asked the waitress to ask the cook to prepare another order, in which see was happy to do. She brought back another order minus the two we consume. I felt slightly to say the least. Not that I was worried about two damn wings but I guess they did. When I addressed this to the manager who walked by he did not feel they had done any wrong. Then as the waitresses spoke to the manager she roll her eyes at us. Damn the nerve of these people. Never did they give an sincere apology. Bad attitudes from both.

They have such a nice service here and the remodel look very nice! I like their deals very reasonable prices

Great remodeling job and the wings are absolutely amazing. The servers and bartenders have great attitudes which at a place like this they should and that’s a good thing.

Guys, I wanted to hate this place. Like I really, really wanted to hate this place. I hate that they’ve made it normal to objectify women, and I hate that their entire atmosphere is based off this «men only like boobs and beer» mentality. It’s just gross.
But I let a friend talk me into coming here to watch a Football game and enjoy their Monday night all-​you-​can-​eat nachos, and I… I have nothing bad to say. You have no idea how much this upsets me.
The waitress was phenomenal. Half-​way through each all-​you-​can-​eat-​order, she’d check in and ask if we wanted to get our next order in so we were never without food. Drinks were refilled when they were about ¼ to ½ full — so we were never out of drinks. She was super friendly and checked in often. The manager even checked in a couple times.
The game was playing on most of the TVs while a couple random TVs had other things to watch for non-​game fans. The sound was loud enough to be heard while not loud enough to distract from conversation. Perfect.
The food itself was pretty good. I’m not usually a huge chicken fan, but I enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan boneless ones. Always came out warm with the right amount of sauce. In fact, even if you weren’t getting «all you can eat», the friend who regularly goes to Hooters says that their boned ones are waaaay larger than most Hooters, so you get a ton of food to eat.
And the bill wasn’t bad. $ 12 for all-​you-​can-​eat boneless and $ 15 for boned on Monday nights after 6PM. Plus a couple beers, and you have a totally-​decent bill for a two-​hour stay.
I still hate everything that this damned chain stands for — including the normalization of objectifying women. But as far as a restaurant experience goes, I have to admit that it was amazing.
Note: It seems like other reviewers have said it’s had a renovation recently, so it may not be the same Hooters that some of the older reviews are mentioning.

I ate at hooters while visiting myrtle beach. I ordered the boneless chicken wings. I ate all of them except one. The last one was larger than the others and it was obvious I needed to cut it with my fork. To my surprise it popped open and was shiny and purple. I honestly wish I could have stomached further assessment because it freaked me out so bad. The manager said it was a veins. Unless it was the aorta and vena cava that was a crock of crap. I have not ate breaded chicken since. No Bojangles no Chick-​fil-​A. The thought of that chicken makes me want to vomit. This was in June.

Went there before heading to a breaking Benjamins cocert for sum drinks and wings. Garlic Parm wings were awesome! My wife got Chipotle Honey and they were good. We both got not you father’s root beer and it was also delicious and cold! The staff and services ice was all good! It’s been a while since we both have been to a hooters and we r planning on going again sooner than later this time.

Terrible food terrible waitress terrible hostess and a long wait. Definitely not worth even stopping.

I have been to this Hooters several times and several others. This was by far the worst Hooters experience we’ve ever had. We waited almost 30 minutes to be seated (15 of that was without any acknowledgment, but we had two babies with us and packing them up to go somewhere else was too much of a hassle, so we thought). Once we were seated, it took one hour to get our food. Everything was terrible. Salad dressings tasted like cheap store brands. Chicken on the salad was fatty and nearly inedible. Salad greens were wilted and turning brown. The fries and Tater tots were fine, per usual. The chicken wings came out cold and had to be sent back. Everything about this experience was horrible. We will be making our complaints to Corporate as well because clearly management has suffered at this location.

Horrible service and bad food. Our table was beside where the waitresses got the fountain drinks and they bumped into us on 9 different occasions without once saying they were sorry. One of the times it made my son spill his drink on the floor. We bought tshirts and they told us they didn’t have the change to give back to us. Now granted it was only 60 cents for one transaction and 5 cents for other but I thought it was crazy. It’s a restaurant and change all around. Crazy crazy bad!

A total joke! A girl who can barely form a sentence playing hostess and a bartender who can’t pour a beer. After waiting a half hour for our 15 minute wait we left. There were about 9 empty tables needing cleaned during our entire wait. We were told that was the kitchens fault, whatever that means. It’s amazing how one place can have so many moronic employees staffed at the same time. Don’t waste your time.

The wings were delicious and hit the spot! We ordered traditional chipotle honey and general tso’s. Both sauces were really good, wings were big and crispy and the fried pickles were thick and crunchy.
Bri was our server and she was super sweet and totally adorable!

Greatest Caesar salad in the area. (And believe me, I’ve eaten them up and down the boardwalk)
