The food here is definitely delicious without a doubt. However, I decided to only give three stars due to the lack of variety. When we visited this establishment it was almost empty. We were greeted in a timely manner and shown to our table. I can’t remember the waiters name but he was very nice. There was a nice variety to choose from like the fried and baked pork chops, fried shrimp, fried fish, baked and fried chicken, corn on the cob, mashed potatoes, gravy, black eyed peas, etc. I wish there were more vegetable choices, and a choice of baked fish and grilled shrimp. I will definitely eat here again because the food again was delicious. There’s nothing like seasoned southern food!!!

Food is good but extremely disappointed that they jacked up the price for Fathers Day… we were shocked when we received our inflated bill for the same buffet.

It serves its purpose for Myrtle Beach: a quick and easy food option if you’re staying along this area of Ocean Blvd. Magnolia’s isn’t fancy. It’s a diner type place with a buffet. They also deliver across the street to the Anderson, which is a nice option if you’re so hungover that you can’t find the will to leave your hotel room. Four of us ventured over here as they were switching out the buffet from breakfast to lunch. We didn’t get too crazy ordering from the menu. Chicken tenders, breakfast plates/sammies, grilled cheese, french fries, bevvies… total for our table was $ 34 before tip. It’s also a great place to people watch. A lot of characters and regulars here.

Well, if you don’t like to read the novels I write, and have more than 4 white teeth in your head, or don’t carry AARP maybe just don’t come here. Not for the millennials or a foodie. They have a menu that we didn’t know about before we got the buffet but I saw a turkey club grandfather time sitting next to us ordered, and it looked good. Over all, I was disappointed in this place. I said something to our waiter, who was adorable btw, he looked like a boy band member, and was super sweet & professional even when I was cracking jokes about how I was giving this place a 2 star review. Everyone was really friendly, and it’s not the front of the houses fault the back of the house was bringing out overcooked food. I’m not going to go into all the disappointments, but basically all the meats & fish were over cooked. The mashed potatoes & gravy, and the salad bar was great. They had greens, and okra that was pretty good too. The peach cobbler was on point after the burnt one was taken off. I don’t know how the hell you can dry out Mac & cheese but they did! I think the owner has a great location, and gets people in out of connivence. The wait staff is being failed by the kitchen. Who is responsible for quality control?!? My biggest thing with places like this is price for product. If your going to charge more, I expect more. I shouldn’t be paying almost 50 bucks for a family of three, and we only drink water so that’s just two adults, and a 6 year old it better be worth it. Save your money, and go someplace else.

Unprepared for start of day. 15 minutes to get something to drink. No eggs on buffet until getting ready to leave. We won’t go back.

Hidden gem in Myrtle Beach! Great food buffet for an affordable price. This place will be my new go-to when in town. Check it out!

Buffet was great with good fish and meat. Couldn’t taste the crab in the entrée(too much filler)… If you want to try them get the appetizer size. Service was good. New server did well on the first night there.

Worst experience EVER! My family and I are visiting from out of town and wanted to walk down to magnolia’s for dinner. We arrived at magnolia’s at 8:30 and along with a party, we were told by the male host, «we’re trying to close everythjng down so you all can’t sit down but you’re welcome to take anything left Togo» coming from a working in restaurant I personally think turning away a large party(three cars full) and a family of 6 is very rude and a big loss of money. Making your guest feel unwelcome is unacceptable, we all took our business else where and will be posting a review on every website possible so no one else waste their time or money at this this business!

I’m giving two stars because the server was a delight. As for the food — if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all. So, I’ll say that there is a FlapJacks around the corner and you will want to go there.

Stayed across the street, and wandered over for breakfast. Kids enjoy a breakfast buffet to get loaded on bacon. It was typical buffet breakfast quality food, reasonable price, and no issues, however the selection of food was not very large. Menu also available. Place was clean, seated quickly, service was average as far as drinks and bussing table.

Another holiday buffet at this restaurant. Everything was delicious. Starting with the clam chowder soup, turkey was very good, moist and not dried out, mashed potatoes and dressing and end with some nice deserts. The waitress staff was very friendly and efficient removing dirty plates and refilling beverage glasses.

We went here for breakfast a few mornings ago as it was recommended here. Honestly, I’ve had better free breakfasts at hotel chains. It’s a buffet that didn’t have eggs out(but you could order them) make your own waffles where the batter was so thin it burned away and left holes when using the timer(even though I used a full cup). The bacon was more like bacon-flavored paper. The coffee was weak. The service was good but I also wished some one would’ve mentioned the Christian music playing. Not my thing.

What a fantastic place. I’ve been to plenty of buffets and this place has outstanding food. Great space and awesome people working here.

We were staying at the Anderson right across the street so stopped in here twice over the course of our one week stay. The first time was for a late lunch. They had a buffet with various items, but some looked like they had been sitting out there for quite some time. We chose to order burgers and fries, and both were really good. The fries were tossed with old bay so that had some flavor. Our second visit was for an early breakfast and this time we did go with the buffet. Many different items, some of the highlights were the bacon, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks. The lowlights were the sausage and the grits. The grits were horrible. Very disappointing since we are in the south. For the convenience and price, it’s not a bad option.

I’ve been to a couple restaurants I’ve looked up with good reviews in the myrtle Beach area, and they have all been sub-par and very over priced. Magnolias on 26th though was AMAZING! The second I walked in and the nice lady at the counter told me the lunch buffet was only 10 bucks I thought to myself this is a great deal. When we sat down we were greeted by possibly the nicest and cutest waitress I have ever dealt with it was like we were guests at her home! THEFOODWASAMAZING! it was what I was looking for great fried chicken amazing mac and cheese delicious rice just everything was great! Even the sweet tea was a home run. I highly suggest if you visit myrtle Beach to try this place!!! I don’t think I’ll ever forget our waitresses smile! Or the taste of the food!

My wife and I stayed at the Anderson Ocean & Spa resort across the street. Ordered room service that comes from Magnolia’s. Quick service, nice people, fabulous taste. Highly recommended!

We were excited to go to Magnolia’s because of the reviews however, our party of four was NOT impressed. My breakfast potatoes were cold. My vegetable omelet was flat(not fluffy) and greasy and you could have fooled me as there were hardly and vegetable’s in it. The greasiness was a general review in each of our meals. We left feeling very disappointed. Will not go back.

This place can only be described as eh. Our waitress was kind but very slow, maybe we were used to New York pace but it took longer to pay than it did to eat. There was a broccoli salad that was good at the buffet and so was the croissants but I have to give 2 stars because I found not 1 not 2 but three bone fragments in my chicken salad! And It was a small portion from the buffet line. Needless to say we did not return the rest of our trip even though we were staying directly across the street.

Ugh. Eff this noise, this place is terrible. I’ve eaten in better cafeterias. Seriously. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible. It’s conjoined with Anderson’s /Hilton Vaca’s across the street, which(I assume) is the only reason they’re still open. Blech. Will never go back. Don’t care that it’s nearly free and that Anderson staff push it like Salt ‘n’ Peppa: just don’t.
