This place was just awful. We stopped in after a flight into Myrtle Beach, before we started driving to Charleston. We could have gone to the Hooters, but this was the last of the ‘Breastaurants’ that we’d not been to, so we gave it a shot. First, it was a Tuesday afternoon, the place was relatively busy, and they had three people working — a server, who couldn’t be bothered to do anything other than stand at the front podium, a bartender, who didn’t help out the server, and our poor server, who was struggling to get anything done. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was completely half-assed. Meghan C. ordered a burger, medium rare, and it came out completely torched. Even the fries were crappy. The upside was that they had beer, but they didn’t really have a decent selection, just standard macrobrews. The inside was cool, and I like the concept, but this place just couldn’t pull it off. Maybe it was because we were there just after Labor Day weekend, and they had given people some time off, but damn, it sucked. I don’t throw that term around a whole lot on here, because there’s usually some good to be found in any situation. The food was just awful. I feel bad for the server, because she was obviously working to make a bad situation better, but I just can’t give anything more than one star, and I think that’s somewhat generous.

Avoid like a plague the Happy Hour/Late Night bar food specials menu which is a total rip-off and horrible value for what tiny portion you are served. Should have known when there were no pics on the menu. Order from regular appetizer or sandwich/entrée instead which is a little better value and some decent selections. Service is good every time I have been there at multiple locations and bartenders always lively and fun.

We went here because it was an easy stop and we will never go again. The service was nothing short of a complete disaster. It took 45 minutes to get a drink order and another hour for food. Our server, Paris, had no idea what she was doing.(The place wasn’t even half full.) Furthermore, while voicing our displeasure with the manager a woman walked over with her food and said, «you can take this back, it’s disgusting.» Our food was okay at best. The spinach artichoke dip was nasty. Don’t do it.

Great food great place. Had a great time there. During the summer they have a magician Tuesdays & Thursdays. We came on a Tuesday & my kids loved this attraction. Made time go by pretty quick. Had the wings they were great. Also had a burger that was done just right. 5 starts for The Tilted Kilt.

Went here with a large group and there was a large variety of food ordered. All was mediocre at best. I ordered the fish and chips which somehow came out 15 minutes after the rest of our items and everyone was done. Our waitress was apologetic but offered no explanation or anything to make the situation better. The atmosphere is ok… lots of tv ’ s which kept losing their signal. I’m pretty sure I will not revisit.

Went here a few years ago when they first opened up so I can’t speak about how it may have changed within that time frame, but I will say that upon first impression it was def a rip-off of hooters with a lot skimpier outfits. So this was slightly awkward. I just would have liked to have been told of this beforehand and then I wouldn’t have felt so taken aback by the tits and ass the second I walked into the lobby! Anyways. Our waitress was a redhead who was very sweet and friendly, she did her best to get the food out quickly and do the flirty small talk for her tip. The food was just okay, nothing to rave about although we did just order a bunch of apps. We sat at the bar. Overall it was not what I originally expected??? So I figured i would give u a heads up(no pun intended???) that I didn’t have!

The food is nothing impressive, standard pub fare. I do warn of the up charges. My sister ordered chicken tenders and they were served with some dipping sauce she didn’t want. Instead she requested honey mustard, she was charged for the side of honey mustard even though she didn’t receive the spicy sauce they came with. My boyfriend opted not to have the cole slaw he just said extra fries. Our server never mention that there would be nearly a 3.00 up charge for that(he didn’t even eat them all). They also failed to mention there was an up charge if you had your tenders tossed in a sauce(this is an option on the menu no additional charge mentioned) We ended up paying a fortune for nothing special and learned do not deviate in anyway from the menu! Also, the waitress are more scantly clad than Hooters, we were not expecting that.

I’m from an Irish family and I love the food so whenever there is a pub around I’m game. To put it lightly this is the Irish/pub version of a Hooters except with kilts instead of those tight orange shorts. The service was decent but I couldn’t help to imagine how uncomfortable some of those girls must feel. Anyway, the atmosphere was nice even though it was a massive building and I like the smaller pub feel. The beer was just fine even though special wasn’t so special. The fish and chips were okay too but the main focus should’ve been the fish and it wasn’t. The fish was bland and needed more salt and the tartar sauce needed more tang. The chips(fries) were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The prices were fair. The place seemed clean. The overall experience was only meh. I bumped it up a star because my partner says his burger was quite tasty.

Average food. Exorbitant prices. Guys in Kilts. Too many better options within a stone’s throw.

I am a myrtle beach local and while some friends were in town visiting they wanted to try this spot. We got there a few minutes before they were«closing». However the sign said midnight and we arrived at 9:40. They did not seem very interested in having us, but assured us it was ok to dine. The food was mediocre, the beer wasn’t as cold as it should be, and the service was just ok. We only saw the waitress three times and there were only 3 tables in the very large restaurant. I probably won’t return. This was a disappointing experience :/

Very unhappy! We are from NY staying in North Carolina and we drove quite a bit to visit this bar. The sign outside said open 11:00 to 12:00am daily. We arrived at 10:07pm and were told it was closed. We showed the employee the sign and he could not come up with an answer other than«I don’t know». Really disappointed and cannot recommend

Again, I found an incredibly tasty veggie wrap. Warm and welcoming hostess. What’s not to like! A must visit for every tourist in town. Waitresses can barely fit into their kilts! You can love it, or loathe it ;-)

We met up with people in Myrtle Beach for a later dinner and were very disappointed in the quality of food here. Irish nachos were pretty much just doused in nacho cheese with small clumps of ground beef. Not filling at all. The drinks were okay but I that shouldn’t be too difficult to accomplish with beer. The service was very slow and there were so many waitstaff just standing around and goofing off. If you can, avoid going here for an actual meal. It is not worth it.

First time trying this place and upon entering you’re hit with these waitresses that can barely fit into their kilts, which is not a site I want to see before dinner… but I digress. I wasn’t expecting much from the food but I was looking for somewhere with lots screens to watch the playoffs and this is definitely the place and shout out to the wait staff for accommodating our request to change a few screens to the game. We ordered light and the food was actually pretty good… I had the chicken wrap and the girls had a salad… not bad.

Touristy and themed out… lots of young lassie’s and lads in kilts to wait on you. Okay that’s about it as far as Scottish, Irish and English you’re gonna get outta this place. I mean how do you call this a pub, where you serve Dos Equis, and Coors Light and serve French Dip Sandwiches? LOL! Seriously, it is what it is and it was what it was! A group of Marine Corps veterans that I was in town with held up here for a little noon time chow. I had the«French, I Mean Irish Dip» Sandwich with Garlic Fries and New Castle Brown Ale to wash it all down! Food was pretty good for lunch and priced fair. The staff were friendly… so friendly that the young lady waiting on our table, was verbally chastised by her manager for providing outstanding service at out table. Yes, that’s what I said. I mean she did nothing out of character or unprofessional. She was attentive, and friendly our party and our spouses! Our spouses were so pissed off at the manager for pulling her aside for telling her«how does it feel to know you’re going to be the best looking janitor tomorrow ?» I mean how unprofessional can you be to your employees when they doing their job? I think he was jealous knowing she was getting a huge tip from some Desert Vets? None the less, our experience was pleasant, up to the point where we dealt with a insecure and egotistical restaurant manager!

Tilted Kilt at Broadway was a disappointment. Service was really slow and our Irish lass was just not pleasant. Not sure if her boyfriend broke up with her that day or what, but she was not happy to see us. We had a group of 6 and went with the typical fare, wings, burgers and meat loaf sandwiches. The wings are baked, which is not my fav, but they were ok. The meatloaf sandwich was dry and tasteless. Only thing that keeps me from going 1* is that Killians(Yes, it still exists) was $ 3. Myrtle has more to offer, I’m going to pass on the Kilt next time I’m in town.

Ok The Tilted Kilt back home in Illinois is mine and my husbands spot. the Tilted Kilt in SC. yowza… Service was medicore, my husbands burger was meh… and we always love the food here. My hubby ordered a jack on the rocks and they gave him a slippery glass that had just been washed which litterally he picked up and slid out of his hand and spilled… I almost cried at the thought of $ 8 – 9 being wasted… but our waitress was semi cool and only charged us $ 3 for us. and did not replace it. I know it was his fault, but come on, we were 1 of 5 people in there! There cookie dessert was off the HOOK omgee! THat was the best part of the visit. Pricing is much higher then back home…

We had a good time at the Tilted Kilt. The place is very clean and staff is very friendly. The waitress talked us into trying their Irish nachos, and I glad she did. The nachos were very good and they had a generous amount of cheese and meat on them. We visited on the first day of their new menu. So, my wife and I both tried new items and they were amazing. I had the chicken tacos which had an amazing sauce on them. My wife had their new burger(I don’t remember the name of it, but she said it was very good). My tacos had a good portion of chips and(spicy) salsa with it and my wife’s burger came with a large portion of fries. We took both of our sides to go and ate them later. The manager came out during our visit to see how we liked the new menu items and to see how our experience in general was. It was nice to see a manager come out and talk to customers(we don’t see that much anymore). We really liked the food and décor of this bar/restaurant and the location is excellent. We will be sure to visit this location again on our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Fast food… Shepard’s pie awesome… kids meals quick out… lots of TVs. talent consists of 4 – 8. Reminded me a lot of an Irish Hooters and in no why do I mean that in a bad way. I love Hooters. This being the only location that I’ve been too, I can see it is a great place to watch sporting events. There were lots and lots of TV’s everywhere and very large bar area, located in the middle of the place. I don’t know who they have cooking in the back, but it must be Kazaam, cause as soon as we ordered, BAM the food was out. Now I am quite a Shepard’s pie snob. I have had at a many of places, that I thought was horrible. I am going to put it on record that I think they have the best SP eva! Now its not served in the traditional way and what I mean by that, is that first I’m not Irish, so I would be guessing the traditional American way. It comes almost as a thick stew in a pot and a large dollop of mashed potato’s in the middle of it. It was tasty though. If I could have fit my head in that pot, I would have licked every drop out of it. Wife has a steak salad. She thought the steak was very low grade and it was a bit chewy. She asked the sever if she could return it and get another and she did not problem. Kazaam back there, popped one back up in mins. She was more happy with the second. Now I bring my kids to Hooters all the time and since we were on vacation we had them with us this time as well. I get frustrated all the time with people who act like Hooters is a strip club and«THEY» would never visit it. Ho hum to the nose turner upers. Well this place goes the extra mile and I’m not sure I would bring my kids to the Tilted Kilt all the time to watch sports. The«Talent» is more Irish, dirty school girl. Like my two year old said, «I can see her belly» they wear tight white button up shirts around there tops, mid-rift open and short little«kilts». I don’t have a problem with anything they wearing, but they are a bit more revealing at the TK. Now without my kids, YEEHAW! LOL All I have to say is, the«Talent» ranges, my waitress had tramp stamps all over her that you could see and not quite that appealing in the dress-up, but a very competent waitress. I liked the place overall. Pool tables and dart boards. Looked like a fun place to hang with the boys and girls to watch some sports, food was good if not great, prices were not bad.

This location has been open since summer of 2011. The décor gives the look of a «naughty» Irish pub with lots of limericks posted above the bar and a few other places. Many tvs including at least two huge projection screens. Lots of seating for the summer MB tourists. In February at lunchtime it’s a quiet place. This was my 1st visit here and my 2nd to a Tilted Kilt. This visit I examined the menu a bit more before ordering. One of the lunch specials was the«Sloppy Jane» with your choice of turkey or roast beef and served hot or cold. i went with the roast beef and hot. Served with pickle and fries. Meal was ready with minimal waiting time. Sloppy Jane is served with slaw already in the bun. It is certainly sloppy — you will be using the napkin a lot! Good portion, good flavored sandwich. Being the Hooters expert that I have been known to be, I have to do a little comparison. Tilted Kilt has much more variety in menu offerings, and some of them can be rather pricey. The Tilted Kilt female uniform is certainly skimpier than the Hooters Girl outfit. The two things main things I noticed missing from the Tilted Kilt is the Hooters«girl next door — cheerleader» attitude and the lack of locally done photos on the walls. I’ve seen none of the Hooters Girl interaction with the customers and have seen nothing but corporate issued photos on the walls. Without that the Tilted Kilt is just a restaurant with a pretty girl serving you in a skimpy outfit.
