Great time! Awesome atmosphere! Delicious meal! Amazingly friendly wait staff! Tim was helpful, provided great suggestions. Tim was always available for our needs! Kept checking on us and made us feel welcome. Will continue returning to this location! The crab dip was amazing. Of course the margarita drinks exceeded our expectations!

Good family get friendly restaurant. I’m given your stats because then menu is very limited. If it weren’t for the flight if very tasty margaritas, the score may have been a 3-star.

Great food! Great experience! So glad to have Dustin J. as our waiter! He is a real asset to the restaurant and we can’t wait to visit again this summer and ask for him!

Best experience ever. Our server Tim recommended two of the greatest frozen drinks ever. We also got a mountain of nachos! Tim kept us laughing and made the experience Amazing. Will definitely be revisiting this location and hopefully we are lucky enough to get Tim again!

Horrible. No, seriously — where is management? Even if the food is decent, a disgruntled staff can really ruin your dining experience. My siblings and our spouses(10 of us total) went in the other night to have dinner. It was supposed to be a fun dinner to hang out and relax with no children since we hadn’t all seen each other in a few years. First, the hostess attempted to seat all 10 of us in a straight line in the bar area overlooking the restaurant. She asked if it was okay if we weren’t facing each other! When we finally did get seated, a waiter came over who clearly hated his job(and possibly his life) to take our drink orders. There wasn’t a «hello», «how are you»…nothing. He asked if we wanted apps and when we asked one of our siblings, he turned around and walked away. Eventually he came back and we told him we wanted a different server. It was clear he didn’t give a crap how he treated us because there would be a guaranteed 18% tip. But even after that, we just decided to leave. I have come here so many times over the years and most Margaritavilles are great, but MB needs new management. This place blows.

We came here with some friends recently and were not impressed. It’s a cool tourist spot if you like the vibe, but the food was well below impressive. It wasn’t very busy because it was non-tourist season, but I am very sure this place gets packed during the summer. They even have a line area like a theme park for people waiting to eat. The meal for the two of us was something like $ 60.00 and we didn’t go very extreme. I had a chicken sandwich that was nothing special. In my opinion, you could find a better meal around Broadway and especially around Myrtle Beach.

Great atmosphere and great way to start our mini vacation. Service by John B was perfect. Cheese curds appetizer was delicious. Wife, daughter, and I each had cheeseburger in paradise. AWESOME!!! Excellent toppings, bread, and meat. Son enjoyed kids shrimp. Drinks were great as always! Margaritaville is ALWAYS our first stop in MB!!!

Went with a couple of friends not too long ago, for the first time. I wasn’t really impressed. Definitely a tourist stop for food. Jimmy buffet concerts playing all over the big screens. A margarita tornado focal point in the middle of the restaurant. Kind of weird. They have an awesome margarita selection. But after all, it is in the name. The food was just okay. I was pleased with what I chose. But my boyfriend did not care for his meal at all. One of the most expensive places we’ve gone to in Myrtle Beach, so far. A check for 2; 2 meals and only 1 margarita cost us $ 60. We can get amazing sushi for a cheaper price than that. We agreed we would not be back. Much better options in town, over this place.

Stopped in for lunch after exploring Broadway at the Beach. There was a line outside but we went in to see if there were seats at the bar. There were so we did not have to wait in line. Both of us ordered the black and blue burger after a recommendation from Bo, our bartender. I ordered mine well done and Mike had his medium. The burger came with fries, slaw or for an extra charge sweet potato fries. Our burgers came and were cooked the way we ordered them. To me fries are fries and these were fries. I did see Bo wiped off the mustard bottle of the crust on top which I thought was a nice touch. Black and blue burger had tomato, onion, bacon and a blue cheese sauce. It was quite good and I meant to take a picture of it but before I knew it, it was gone.

I tend to keep my expectations more on the modest side when I go to large corporate restaurants, especially multinational chains. Margaritaville is designed for tourists. It’s tacky, gimmicky, and they are unapologetic about it. The food, overpriced as it is, isn’t really that bad. The menu has a wide variety of options and the food is always consistent. The major gamekiller is how loud it is in this place. The music is so loud and the décor lacks any sound absorbent qualities, so it feels like a night club. A cross table conversation is near impossible. They have a great selection of margaritas(duh…) and other requisite beachy concoctions, but fall short on beer selection. Ok…now that I’ve blasted them on what is not so good, I have to point out that they have bomb fish and chips. They use cod and it is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly fried. Sadly, they are not good enough to warrant a willing return. The only way I see myself returning is if I have an out of town visitor that wants to check it out.
